Perifa, as a Shadow Dark Soul, had a sound mind.
Jelos, however, was a mind-impaired Phantom Ghost, easily drawn to specific phenona, and could be utilized by Noland Lee.
Noland Lee lured Jelos away with a chanos enchanted with “ntal Illusion.”
—To Jelos, this chanos appeared as sothing that could bring him imnse pleasure.
Noland Lee didn’t know what Jelos saw, but as soon as Jelos laid eyes on that chanos, he was utterly captivated.
While Perifa was blinded by “sense tampering,” Noland Lee used the “Stone Imprisonnt Technique” to subdue Jelos.
The “Stone Imprisonnt Technique” was Level 100, Jelos was only Level 85, and was also entrapped by “ntal Illusion.”
Noland Lee effortlessly took him down.
By the ti Jelos realized he was in a Cage and wanted to self-destruct to die and resurrect within the City of Exiles, a treasure from Hickman Arlington helped Noland Lee seal Jelos.
This treasure was the Shadow Magic Orb in Noland Lee’s hands, a Magical Item capable of plunging Shadow Creatures into endless Slumber.
Initially, such Magical Items were ant to capture Shadow Demons.
Now, it beca Noland Lee’s powerful tool in sealing Jelos.
As long as the Shadow Magic Orb remains unbroken by external forces, Jelos will stay in a Slumber State.
He can’t engage in combat, and correspondingly, he can’t use resurrection to escape the seal.
“I have just found in ‘The Shadow Master’s Study Notes’ a Shadow Magic capable of transforming a Phantom Ghost into a magic puppet…”
Noland Lee’s lips curled upward:
“As soon as I gather the required materials for the magic, this Chief City Guard Wizard nad Jelos will beco my magic puppet. Heh heh heh, excellent, I’ll have this Shadow Magic puppet deal with those Short-sighted Light Wizards.”
“Sir, are you busy at the mont? I have sothing to report to you.”
Nolin’s voice rang out in Noland Lee’s mind.
“What is it, Nolin?” Noland Lee asked.
Nolin spoke:
“This is the situation, Sir. While I was directing the chanos to harass the Shadow Death Laborers, Xander took the chaos as an opportunity to leave the scene. He is now being pursued by the shadow death overseers. Do you want to send a chanos to help him?”
“He is quite cunning.” Noland Lee nodded, speaking admiringly:
“I like young people who are clever and full of conviction. Just keep an eye on him for now, I’ll et with him myself.”
“Very well, Sir.”
