440: Chapter 438: Suicide-Monster Killing 440: Chapter 438: Suicide-Monster Killing “You monsters are always so antsy.

Can’t you let finish my damn line?

Besides, my current state is enough to scare the kids.”

The man casually set his head back upon his neck, and the wound began to heal rapidly.

After shaking his head and making a few crisp cracking sounds, he was completely recovered.

Ma Songran was almost scared to scream.

Had another monster appeared?

He was more afraid of this newly erged man than the one with the chainsaw.

“Allow to introduce myself.

I’m a Ranger, codena…

The Undead!”

This newly erged man was none other than Chu Wei, who possessed the power of an immortal body!

The monster with the bucket on its head simply paused for a mont before its massive chainsaw ca slashing down at Chu Wei again.

But Chu Wei dodged easily, about to spout so cocky remarks when he heard the dense sound of footsteps and the intermittent roars of monsters.

“They’ve caught up already, huh?

Well, that’s just perfect.”

Chu Wei closed in on the monster, and, unnoticed, pulled out a piece of chewing gum.

He stuffed it into the monster’s navel and then jumped out the window.

With a roar, the monster abandoned the search for Ma Songran and the others and leaped out the window, giving chase to Chu Wei.

No sooner had it jumped out than the chewing gum stuck to its belly exploded, causing the monster to fall straight down from the fourth floor.

Getting up off the ground, the bucket-headed monster looked dumbly at its cleanly blasted, obese belly and then, wielding its chainsaw, continued chasing after Chu Wei.

Chu Wei didn’t run away, but took off running freely in the narrow space beneath the building, while the earnest monster plodded tirelessly after him.

“The monster’s out.

Are we safe now…?” asked the pig-faced colleague to Ma Songran.

Ma Songran shook his head and said, “Wait a bit longer, it’s not safe yet.”

As long as that monster was still alive, Ma Songran didn’t dare make any rash moves.

He’d rather starve to death in this cabinet than beco food for those monsters.

And in the next mont, he found himself deeply applauding his own decision.

They saw the giant spider they had seen before peering out from the doorway and then jumping down from the window as well.

Then their office was filled with all sorts of bizarre monsters and crazed humans.

All of them bore so marks of explosion injuries, and they all jumped down from the upper floors, it seed they were all in pursuit of the man who claid to be The Undead.

After the last seven or eight monkey-sized little monsters had hopped down, the disaster-stricken office finally quieted down.

More than twenty monsters and humans parasitized by strange insects went after Chu Wei!

Chu Wei was still circling downstairs, followed by a bunch of monsters, as if leading a running drill, only the ones following him were nacing and fierce.

After arriving near this building, every ti Chu Wei encountered a monster, he would provoke it to draw its wrath before fleeing, thus attracting such a multitude of monsters.

When he saw the number was about right, he staged an exaggerated fall to the ground, and the monsters, without any doubts, sward onto Chu Wei to maul him.

Every monster wanted to bite off a chunk of flesh from Chu Wei, but no matter how they tore at him, inflicting any injury, Chu Wei wouldn’t die.

When all the monsters got close enough, Chu Wei took out a specially crafted bomb and detonated it.

The powerful explosion destroyed everything around, and smoke and flas ford a mushroom cloud.

Within the mushroom cloud, a skeleton staggered out, its flesh rapidly regenerating upon its body.

After walking out of the explosion radius, he had reverted to a normal person, and a black trench coat had reappeared on him.

Because Chu Wei had been caught in the awkward situation of not having clothes to wear after dying many tis, he had spent a lot of Demon Hunting Coins to buy a set of self-repairing clothes.

The sole ability of these clothes was that they simply would not break…

“To wipe out more than twenty targets with one move, among the Rangers executing the mission this ti, who could make as grand a gesture as ?” Chu Wei crossed his arms, looking at the monsters struggling in their death throes within the smoke with a faint smile of pride.

Chu Wei had arrived in Hua Shan City when Wen Wen and the others’ eting had begun and then imdiately received the task published by Hidden Thorn on the Ranger Terminal.

Thus, he began to quell the disturbance directly, and after discovering that this building was particularly full of monsters, Chu Wei started his unique hunting thod.

Suddenly, Chu Wei’s smile ca to a sharp halt, because, within the blaze of the explosion, a gigantic figure erged staggering out.

It was that monstrously large creature—it wasn’t dead yet!

Chu Wei felt a bit of pain literally at his core.

The power of that bomb was enough to blow ordinary Disaster Level monsters into pieces, even defensive types absolutely couldn’t withstand it.

So why on earth was this fellow still not dead?

The bomb was the most powerful attack Chu Wei could muster in his normal state, and as for the items that could harm Disaster Level beings, he didn’t have many of those.

Such items were very expensive, and he was not willing to use them on a creature below Disaster Level.

Therefore, he began to prepare to enter Assimilation State.

However, when that monster erged, Chu Wei breathed a sigh of relief—it was severely wounded.

If it weren’t for the iron bucket on its head, it wouldn’t have been possible for it to survive the explosion.

Just as he was getting ready to finish off the creature with a powerful blow, a pitch-black figure descended from the night sky, landing in front of the monster.

“Finally…

found you!” That figure was Wen Wen!

He pointed a finger at the creature’s chest and abdon, then a burst of purplish-black Strength suddenly exploded forth.

Imitating the explosive power of the Corrupt Blood, he blew a hole through the creature’s chest and abdon, and the blood mist that scattered was blocked by an invisible shield around Wen Wen, not a drop touching him.

Chu Wei smacked his lips and said, “The credit for this monster’s head is mine; you’re just picking up the scraps.”

“It’s yours, it’s yours, I have no intention of fighting over it with you…”

Wen Wen shook his head, then began to search the corpse of the creature.

He had only waited a mont when the bats relayed the commotion over to Wen Wen’s side, and by the ti Wen Wen arrived, he witnessed the scene of Chu Wei’s self-destruction.

Suddenly, from within the iron bucket, a ghastly, human-skin colored millipede monstrosity crawled out, attempting to burrow underground, but was quickly entangled into a ball by countless black hairs, yanked out from the soil.

“What’s this thing, it looks disgustingly creepy,” Chu Wei said disdainfully, looking at the insect; he had arrived a bit late and was not yet aware of the insect situation.

Wen Wen flicked his finger against the strange insect’s head, causing it to convulse.

He then bound the creature tightly with a rope and, while securing it, said to Chu Wei:

“This kind of insect can parasitize inside a human body and control its actions.

I didn’t expect it could even manipulate a monster…

In Hua Shan City, there are at least a hundred of these!”

“A hundred…”

Chu Wei shuddered, as he was most afraid of insects with such appearances.
