After the necessary preparations, Lyra and her mates left the lion tribe.

Killian wanted to take her through the portal to not cause any inconvenience but Lyra refused it. Dwelling in the sa place for several days felt suffocating for her. She wanted to face the sun and take in so fresh air. So she asked Noah to take the cubs first to the rose castle and she together with her other mates decided to walk.

It was still early morning and the sun was just starting to rise when they ca out of the lion castle. Lyra was completely covered in a thick blanket and Blake was carrying her.

She slightly removed the scarf covering her face and took a deep breath of fresh air.

Everything was peaceful until a loud commotion broke out at the lion tribe’s entrance.

Noah was still holding the cubs while glaring at the unfamiliar crowd of beastn. Lyra also caught a glimpse of Noah’s father arguing with the sa crowd.

Blake glanced at Lucas in inquiry and noticed that he was also just as confused.

Noah sensed his mate’s presence close to him and turned towards them. He threw a glance at his father before walking to them.

Blake put Lyra on the ground as Noah handed the cubs to her hands, "You guys go on first. I have so work to complete and will co later"

She cradled the cubs into her embrace and glanced at him worriedly, "What is going on? Who are they?"

"Beastn from fox tribe. They are here to discuss sothing important with father"

Lyra frowned at his vague answer. First of all, the commotion outside the tribe didn’t look like a re discussion but instead looked like an argunt. Tribesn from both the tribes were glaring daggers at each other and were talking about sothing serious.

Noah understood her gaze and smiled gently as he rubbed her head, "It’s just a eting between the fox tribe and ours. I will be back right after it is finished"

Lyra sighed and tiptoed to peck his cheeks, "Be safe"

Noah smiled dreamily at her gesture. Then he glanced at Lucas, "You should also stay back. Your father will be here soon"

Lucas nodded in agreent and Killian this ti had no choice but to use his portal to reach the rose castle because the entire entrance of the lion tribe was blocked due to the large crowd.

As soon as Lyra arrived at the castle, she saw little black figures scurrying toward her. She handed the cubs to Blake and bent down with a bright smile on her face.

"Did you guys miss mama?" She asked looking at the green and blue-eyed little snakes.

’Ssssss’ and received an affirmative answer from them. Lyra felt sad for not being able to understand them but consoled herself by rembering that her babies too will one day turn into handso beastn. She couldn’t wait for them to call her ’mama’

Kaizer gazed at the castle in front of him with a smile on his face.

He didn’t know that waiting for soone could also be this fun. After finishing that fox bastard, his entire day’s routine was waiting for his bunny’s return. He was loitering around the rose garden and kept an eye on the castle.

Kaizer felt like he had beco a guarding dog. He had no better work to do anyway.....he ca out of his thoughts when he sensed a killing intent behind him.

"What the hell are you doing here?" A cold voice laced with a threat made him turn around.

Raging red eyes glared at him with hostility. Kaizer raised his elegant brow as if taunting the male in front of him, "I should ask the sa question for you. What is a pest like you doing here?"

Kyrell frowned at his taunt. He had only seen this rootless beastman once while saving that snake. For the last few days, he ca to see Lyra but did not sense her presence inside the castle and hence went back. He asked his aid to investigate and found out that she was away in the lion tribe to give birth.

Then he decided to wait until she returned to only see this annoying beastman lingering around the castle.

As Kyrell glared at him, Kaizer too glared back. He didn’t like this male even a little. Kyrell’s light ability repulsed him. As a darkness wielder, he didn’t like staying in kyrell’s presence but he held back because of his bunny. He had not seen her for days and it was driving him to the edge.

Kaizer didn’t even know why he was acting like this. He did not have the guts to face her directly because all of their etings ended up with him embarrassing himself. He even knew that she might not even know that he is a beastman and thought of him as so wild beast. But it’s just that...he just wanted to see her smiling face even if it ant him hiding his identity forever.

He sighed and looked up at the male in front of him. Was this idiot also one of her mates? The eagle beastman was not even half as handso as him.

Kyrell felt sowhat uncomfortable by Kaizer’s criticizing gaze, "Why are you looking at like that?"

"Are you her mate?" Kaizer ignored his question and asked the topic that he was most curious about.

"Who are you talking about?" Kyrell asked in confusion.

"I’m talking about that blue-eyed bunny, Lyra" ca his instant reply.

Kyrell’s gaze turned sharp as soon as he said her na, "And what does it have anything to do with you?"

"I’m just curious" Kaizer replied sullenly. See....this is why he whacked soone instead of calmly asking them to talk. The beating worked wonderfully and answers ca quickly unlike now.

Kyrell felt that the beastman in front of him was soone crazy. He said bizarre words that did not make any sense.

"How do you know about Lyra?" Kyrell asked the most important question that he had. He couldn’t understand how a rootless beastman even ca near her. As expected, her mates are useless. He decided to beco her mate as soon as possible to look after her better than them.

"Wow...I didn’t know that we would get visitors as soon as we returned" Both Kaizer and Kyrell turned their heads towards the unfamiliar voice.
