The 19th District.

Qiao Sang stepped off the airship, holding Yabao in her arms, and walked forward.

"Lu Lu."

A pet beast with a mostly brown-gray body, resembling a baboon, approached her, pointed at the backpack on her back, then flexed its arms to show off its developed muscles.

By now, Qiao Sang was no longer completely clueless about the situation on Chaosu Star.

She pulled out a ten coins from her pocket and handed it to the pet beast in front of her, smiling as she said, "No need to help carry my bag. Can you tell which direction leads to the subway?"

"Lu Lu."

The baboon-like pet beast took the money, grinned, and pointed to the left.

Qiao Sang thanked it and, without hesitation, walked to the right.

The "Directionally-Challenged Baboon" was a mid-tier ground-type pet beast. Forget about distinguishing north, south, east, and west, it couldn’t even tell left from right. Yet, it had an odd habit of enthusiastically giving people directions.

She had read in a book that if one encountered a Directionally-Challenged Baboon offering to carry things or give directions, it was best not to refuse. Otherwise, it would follow persistently until the person needed its help.

After about twenty minutes, Qiao Sang successfully arrived at the subway station and followed her pre-planned route onto the train.

The 19th District was classified as a Mid-Tier Ten District, yet the number of wild pet beasts here was no fewer than in the Lower Ten Districts. The district was divided into two parts by the Kotea Volcano:

Left Pang City, where a large number of wild pet beasts road.

Right Pang City, the most prosperous area in the 19th District, ho to nearly seventy percent of its population.

For the sa building design, housing prices in Right Pang City were nearly five tis higher than in Left Pang City.

Despite this, people in the 19th District still worked desperately to afford a ho in Right Pang City because safety was the most important thing.

Before coming here, Qiao Sang had already researched the 19th District thoroughly.

Last night, she had booked a hotel in advance.

She had carefully considered where to stay.

The Kotea Volcano was an active volcano, aning it could still erupt. Naturally, no one lived nearby, and only wild pet beasts road the area.

So, she imdiately ruled out staying in Left Pang City.

With so many wild pet beasts and poor regulation, the danger wasn’t the only issue, one might even wake up in the middle of the night to find a wild pet beast had broken into the room.

According to news reports, residents of Left Pang City frequently complained about wild pet beasts barging in while they were showering or during... intimate monts.

As for the Beast Taming Center in Right Pang City, it was located in the busiest area. While convenient for daily life, it was too far from the Kotea Volcano.

She wasn’t coming here just to visit the volcano once and imdiately complete Yabao's evolution.

Since Kotea Volcano erupted approximately every half-month, she planned to make two trips:

1. The first trip would significantly boost Yabao’s stats and observe if he had any reaction to the volcano.

Evolution was a one-ti event, she couldn’t afford to make the wrong decision.

2. She also needed to wait for the vice principal to arrive.

So, she had to find a hotel that was:

Close to Kotea Volcano.

In a relatively safe area.

Had a large-scale training ground.

Available for long-term stays (over a month).

The Sota Hotel was the perfect choice.

It was only a ten-minute drive from Kotea Volcano.

From the most expensive panoramic room, she could see the volcano from a distance and track eruptions in real ti.

Little Treasure could instantly teleport to any location within visible range.

Only one kiloter away, there was a large outdoor public training ground.

Except during holidays, when so tourists ca to see the volcano, the place was usually empty.

This ant she could unleash destructive skills without disturbing others' pet beasts.

Just then, the train's announcent played:

"Terry Station has arrived. Please take your belongings and prepare to disembark."

As the train doors opened, Qiao Sang stood up. A crowd of people rushed in, brushing past her.

Just as she was about to step off the train-

She suddenly felt her pocket beco lighter.

Qiao Sang paused, reached into her pocket-

Where was the Chan Chan Stone?!

She froze for a mont, then quickly turned back to scan the crowd that had just entered.

Who stole her Chan Chan Stone?!

Or did soone just try to steal sothing from her pocket without realizing what they took?

The Chan Chan Stone was probably asleep, or it would have reacted...

Qiao Sang frowned and raised her voice:

"Who took my Chan Chan Stone?!"

Just then, the train doors closed.

"Next stop, Nuss Station." The broadcast announced.

People inside the carriage turned to look at her-

First, their gazes landed on Qiao Sang.

Then, they shifted to Yabao.

She was carrying a pet beast…

One by one, they averted their eyes and remained silent.

Qiao Sang sighed and released her grip.

"Yap!"

Yabao leaped to the ground, baring his teeth, then began growing larger and larger.

The passengers panicked. So scread, while others scrambled to back away.

Qiao Sang's voice remained calm:

"I'll ask one more ti. Who took my Chan Chan Stone?"

"It was him!"

A white-haired woman grabbed a thin-faced boy beside her and shouted,

"I saw him reach into your pocket just now!"

The boy remained silent, his head lowered.

Qiao Sang stared at him.

After a brief pause, the boy suddenly pulled out the Chan Chan Stone, then hurled it toward her before breaking free from the woman’s grip and running toward another carriage.

Qiao Sang ignored him. She simply reached out and caught the Chan Chan Stone effortlessly.

"Chan Chan..."

The Chan Chan Stone was still fast asleep, completely unaware that it had almost been kidnapped.

Yabao shrank back to his smaller form.

The passengers breathed a sigh of relief.

At that mont, the announcent played again:

"Nuss Station has arrived. Please take your belongings and prepare to disembark."

The train doors opened.

Qiao Sang returned the Chan Chan Stone to her pocket and stepped out, with Yabao following close behind.

Nuss Station, this was already Left Pang City's territory...

Qiao Sang glanced around.

All around her, wild pet beasts were either lying down or walking about, their numbers surging dramatically compared to before.

She had almost forgotten about this.

After a mont of thought, she ford a hand seal, preparing to summon Gangbao.

The Mid-Tier Ten Districts were clearly much more chaotic than the Upper Ten Districts.

On the subway, Yabao and Lubao’s three-ter forms were too inconvenient to use at full size.

Little Treasure was too small to deter thieves.

Gangbao, at just over a ter tall, could ride the subway, and serve as a deterrent.

The bright orange summoning array flared to life.

Most people in Left Pang City were either ordinary citizens or low-level beast tars.

Upon seeing the orange star array, they instinctively felt a chill and hurriedly avoided her path.

Nearby, the thin-faced boy froze in place, staring at Qiao Sang with flickering eyes.

Then, a man in black, sporting a thin mustache, smacked him on the back of the head.

"Stupid brat! Who told you to steal from a beast tar?!"
