A video appeared out of thin air above it.
On screen, a middle-aged white woman with half-gray hair smiled and said,
“Congratulations on being admitted to the Imperial Beast University. I am Headmistress Theresa Dwight. I know you must have many thoughts, ‘Is this the right place for ? Do I truly belong here?’ I assure you, we see many shining qualities in you, even ones you may not have noticed yourself. You will find your place here.”
“Freshman Qiao Sang, welco to the Beast Taming Departnt at Imperial Beast University.”
The video ended.
Beast Taming Departnt… Qiao Sang fell into thought.
This was always a top-tier major in elite academies.
She had read about it in the blue brochure given by the Imperial Beast University instructor. Their Beast Taming Departnt ranked second across the interstellar domain and first on Blue Star, one of the academy’s most prestigious and competitive fields.
Since she planned to pursue a career as a professional beast tar, this departnt was indeed a great fit for her…
Closing the admission letter, Qiao Sang suddenly thought of sothing. She picked up her phone and snapped a few pictures of the letter.
Then, she reopened it, sure enough, the video played again.
Once it finished, she took pictures of the video content as well and sent them to her mom.
After doing all this, she opened her social dia for the first ti in a while, selected one of the photos, and posted it with a caption:
“I didn’t even take the college entrance exam, yet I got into university. Never saw that coming.”
Looking at her post, Qiao Sang smiled in satisfaction.
This was the Imperial Beast University. If she didn’t flex a little, it would be a cri against nature.

Under the night sky, the Ya Zai Pet Beast Breeding Shop was still brightly lit.
“Boss, you should go ho. It’s already late, and we’ve got it covered here.” A young, sweet-looking girl said.
“There’ve been too many custors lately. If I leave, you’ll all be overwheld.” Ye Xiangting replied, exhaustion visible on her face.
“The junior high students are about to awaken their ntal domains soon, and the internet just revealed the evolution thod for Fire Fang Dogs into Fla Hounds, of course, we’re busy.”
The young man beside her, handso yet equally tired, added, “I bet we’ll be slamd for at least another two months.”
Ye Xiangting picked up her phone and said, “You’ve all worked hard during this period. Close up in an hour, and dinner’s on -”
Her voice suddenly cut off.
The employees looked at their boss, only to see her staring blankly at her phone screen. Then, in the next instant, she beca visibly excited, her eyes shining with an almost tearful glow, as if she had seen sothing incredible.
“Boss, what’s wrong?” The female employee asked curiously.
Ye Xiangting looked up, eyes brimming with emotion, and announced, “She got in! My daughter got into Imperial Beast University!”
The store fell silent.
The employees exchanged bewildered glances, montarily wondering if they had misheard.
Imperial Beast University?
The top-ranked university on Blue Star, first among all elite academies?
But… wasn’t the boss’s daughter only a high school sophomore?!
Before anyone could voice their doubts, Ye Xiangting grabbed her bag, dialed a number while rushing out the door, and turned back to excitedly declare, “Go ho, go ho! Everyone take the night off! Tomorrow, dinner’s on !”
The employees stood frozen in place.
A few seconds later, the young male employee swallowed hard and hesitantly asked, “Did the boss’s daughter really get into Imperial Beast University?”
The older male employee beside him nodded.
“Judging by her reaction… it seems real.”
Silence fell over them once more.
Imperial Beast University was a place far beyond their reach, even Yuhua University was already an unattainable dream.
Now, soone close to them, albeit unseen, had actually been admitted to this legendary institution. It felt surreal.
Then, the sweet-looking female employee suddenly spoke up:
“Wait, wasn’t the boss’s daughter still in sophomore year? Did she get direct admission to Imperial Beast University?”
At that, the store fell silent yet again.

“Who got you that recomndation letter?! Tell so I can take them out for a al!” Ye Xiangting, riding on her Glide Owl, exclaid excitedly into the phone.
“It was the vice principal. He asked Professor Wang Yanmao to arrange it for .” Qiao Sang explained.
“That vice principal is amazing, he still looks after you even though you’re not at school anymore.” Ye Xiangting laughed.
“Send his contact info. I have to treat him to dinner.”
So she finally believed after seeing the admission letter… Qiao Sang smiled.
“Alright.”
Ye Xiangting suddenly thought of sothing and said happily, “Now that you’re in Imperial Beast University, you don’t even need to take the college entrance exam!”
Qiao Sang humd in agreent.
“Yeah, I don’t think I’ll take it.”
Ye Xiangting considered this and suggested, “You should go anyway, just for the experience. You only get one chance to take the entrance exam.”
Having already gone through it once in her past life, Qiao Sang had no desire to experience it again. She was just about to tell her mom that she planned to leave school early to find a volcano where Yabao could evolve-

Suddenly, an idea struck her. She grabbed an old address book, flipped through the pages, and started dialing numbers.
“Zhang Li! It’s , Ye Xiangting, your elentary school desk mate! I feel like we haven’t had a class reunion in forever… Let’s have one soon! Don’t worry about money, I’ll cover everything. Just show up!”

At dawn, Qiao Sang woke up naturally, skipping her usual early morning trip to send Yabao and the others to training.
She took her ti freshening up, dressed in casual clothes, prepared energy pills for her pet beasts, then leisurely sat at the table, savoring her breakfast.
She usually ate in a hurry, but eating slowly like this… sohow made the food taste better.
After finishing her milk, Qiao Sang packed her belongings into Little Treasure’s storage ring.
Once everything was set, she held Yabao, slung a backpack containing Lubao, and left her dorm room, stepping toward the school's gates.
She had already inford her horoom teacher about leaving early.
With the college entrance exam approaching, roads would soon face traffic restrictions.
And after the exam, students would flood travel destinations.
It was better to leave now while travel was convenient and crowds were minimal to find Kotea Volcano and help Yabao evolve.
