The dusa Queen lay reclined on a soft couch, her colorful silk dress tracing every breathtaking curve of her figure — a vision of pure enchantnt.

Even with her face slightly pale, she remained stunningly alluring. Her voice, cool and elegant, carried an undertone of soft, teasing charm.

Her eyes were cold, yet within them shimred a faint, dangerous beauty — an irresistible mixture of grace and seduction. Beneath her slender, fair collarbone, the gentle rise and fall of her chest made any man’s heart burn.

But at that mont, Chen Mo felt not even the slightest impure thought. When the dusa Queen questioned him coldly, he obediently confessed about Yun Yun.

He did, however, deliberately leave out Ya Fei.

One step at a ti, he thought. Yun Yun was already exposed — that couldn’t be helped.

As for Ya Fei... he’d wait until he had completely conquered this srizing serpent before ntioning her.

When she finished listening, the dusa Queen’s chest rose and fell sharply, anger flashing in her eyes. Even Die, sitting beside her, showed a hint of wounded resentnt — though her temperant was gentle, far from her sister’s, and she could only pout quietly to express her displeasure.

The dusa Queen’s gaze turned icy and sharp.

"Who do you take this Queen for?"

Without a trace of hesitation, Chen Mo moved a round stool beside the couch and sat down. In his heart, he already regarded the dusa Queen as the woman he loved most. He smiled confidently.

"Of course, you’re my woman, Queen Baby."

He then glanced toward the pouting Die.

"And of course, my little Die Baby too."

The dusa Queen’s cold eyes glared at him, her expression unreadable. After a long silence, she finally spoke with frost in her voice:

"Since you know I’m your woman, then why are you still out there flirting around? Do you really take for nothing?"

Chen Mo reached out and gently took her jade-like hand, placing it over his chest under her astonished gaze.

"Queen Baby, not only do I see you — I keep you right here in my heart. Feel it."

"Let go! Once I recover, I swear I’ll kill you."

"Queen Baby, you can’t beat right now."

"Even if I die, I’ll still kill you." Her voice was firm and cold.

Chen Mo was used to her saying such things without truly aning them, so he ignored the threat completely. Instead, he smiled and brushed a strand of hair from her face.

"Queen Baby, you know... this is exactly the side of you I love."

With that, he lowered his head and kissed her red lips — a brief touch, pulling back before she could bite him.

"You bastard! Your courage grows by the day!"

"Of course, Queen Baby. It’s not like this is the first day you’ve known that."

Then, standing up, he leaned over and kissed Die. Unlike the Queen, Die shyly returned the kiss.

The dusa Queen’s eyes widened, stunned for a mont before narrowing again. Her tone turned mocking.

"Heh... quite fair and balanced of you. Do you really plan to make both and my sister your won?"

Chen Mo nodded honestly.

"Ever since I left the desert, I’ve been working hard toward that goal."

"You’re delusional! Impossible!" the Queen scolded furiously.

Though she didn’t truly mind sharing a man with her sister now, she still couldn’t openly admit it. With Die’s gentle personality and Chen Mo’s shaless persistence, she feared that, if she relented too much, she’d end up sharing a bed with her sister every night — both bullied by the sa man.

As for Die, lying quietly beside her, she had already co to terms with her feelings. She knew she could never leave Chen Mo. Since her elder sister had already given herself to him, and because she couldn’t bear to see her sister hurt, she had resolved to serve the sa man together.

Chen Mo smiled faintly and sat back down on the stool. From his storage ring, he took out rouge and nail powder he’d purchased earlier, then gently took the Queen’s hand and placed it on the edge of the couch.

Her slender fingers were flawless — soft, delicate, and elegant.

In this world, "nail polish" was known as nail powder, made from flower petals. It was harmless and carried a faint floral fragrance.

Starting from her thumb, Chen Mo carefully applied it.

The Queen watched his concentrated expression, and her gaze softened slightly. His attentiveness showed he truly cared. Still, with her pride, she couldn’t show gentleness and instead spoke coldly:

"You’re quite skilled at this. Have you done the sa for that fox Yun Yun?"

Although Yun Yun’s temperant and looks were nothing like a vixen’s, in the Queen’s heart, she was that woman — the one who’d dared to steal Chen Mo’s attention.

If not for Yun Yun taking a fatal strike ant for him, the Queen would have already killed her.

"No, you’re the first," Chen Mo said smoothly. Even if it weren’t true, he knew what to say.

The Queen saw that he didn’t look like he was lying, and a faint sense of pride stirred in her heart — though she didn’t show it. She asked casually,

"How’s your injury?"

Die, still sulking as she watched him paint her sister’s nails, perked up her ears at that.

"It’s nothing serious now. But you and Die Baby — I’ll refine a few Serpent Essence Restoring Pills for you later, to help nourish your bodies." Chen Mo’s movents were precise and gentle, the red nail powder never spilling beyond the nails.

The bright red hue gave the dusa Queen an even more dazzling allure.

"All right, give your left hand," Chen Mo said after finishing her right.

The Queen, secretly pleased, pretended reluctance as she extended her other hand.

"Hmph, troublemakers really do live long — you’re barely injured at all."

"You and your sister have already dood for life," Chen Mo chuckled, his words full of that "two beauties in my arms" arrogance.

The Queen decided not to argue further and turned her head away, unwilling to look at him.

But when she did, she found Die glaring resentfully at her, forcing her to turn back with a sigh.

After finishing both hands, Chen Mo gently blew over her nails and asked casually,

"How’s Yun Yun’s condition?"

The Queen, who had just begun to calm down, suddenly flared up again.

"Oh? So we two sisters aren’t enough for you? Still thinking about her? I advise you to cut things off completely."

Chen Mo didn’t take the bait.

"What are you talking about? She saved my life. I’m just asking about her condition — nothing more."

"Barely breathing. I had the Yunlan Sect take her back," the Queen said coldly, then added,

"But if you dare get involved with her again — even if I can’t kill you, I’ll kill her."

Chen Mo exhaled in relief, but shivered slightly at her words.

"Queen Baby, that temper of yours is scary! Also... do you sll sothing?"

"Hm?"

"Nothing... just that soone’s vinegar jar seems to have tipped over — the air’s thick with jealousy."
