"I will wash and comb your hair for you so it is as smooth as silk. I’ve heard the other young won speak of their mothers doing this for them," Jane said as she brushed Aurora’s hair while Aurora sat in the water with flowers floating at the top."We have to make you the prettiest you’ve ever been since it is a day you will never forget."

Aurora squeezed a rose seed she brought with her into the water and when opened her hand to watch it slowly grow into a rose. "Has your relationship with your mother gotten better?" She asked. It was sad to hear that Jane’s mother had not prepared her for her wedding to Derek.

"We have not spoken to each other since the girls have co to live with us. I hope you do not mind if I act like your mother today. I will offer you whatever advice you need and calm your fears. It is an experience I wanted so I want you to have. I will try hard since I’ve been told I don’t seem motherly," said Jane.

Aurora found it hard to fathom anyone telling Jane she wasn’t a mother when Jane had jumped right into taking care of the little ones and viewing them as her own. "Do not listen to their words, Jane. They are lying."

"I think it is hard for them to imagine soone as serious as I am to be affectionate to my daughters. You should have seen how shocked people were to learn that I was getting married to Derek. The community will be in attendance watching this wedding so I want you to be prepared for a lot of judgnt. I’m not trying to scare you," Jane said, realizing how her words could make Aurora nervous.

"I know. It’s supposed to be a happy day but there will be people scrutinizing every detail of the wedding. Saying what they would have done and more. What you want to say is to ignore them and focus on Vincent right?" Aurora asked, looking over her shoulder at Jane to see her nod.

Jane would be surprised by the wedding horror stories Aurora and Regina heard about.

"Think only of yourself and Vincent today. Anyone who talks badly can be dealt with tomorrow or at this point, Cherry might just kill them. I will keep watch for anyone trying to ruin the day and get rid of them for you."

"No killing anyone," Aurora joked but sothing in her mind told her she should be serious about it. "Did you see Vincent on your way here?’

"No," Jane replied, not recalling seeing his horse either. "He must have left before the sun rose in the sky. I can only imagine that he, Victor, and Derek are having the ti of their lives. We’ve all been waiting for Vincent to settle down so it is a big celebration. Thank you, Aurora. I cannot say it enough that I am grateful to you for not only stumbling into Vincent’s life but mine as well. I wish you a lifeti of happiness."

"Thank you, Jane. I am glad to have beco close to you during our ti here. I hope the wish will start working soon," Aurora said.

"Um. It should. When I told Derek about what he did, that man practically glued to the bed trying to get pregnant. I want to be angry with him for tiring out but I get he is excited. We have both agreed that if it does not work we are fine with that. We already enjoy being parents to the girls. They drew pictures of you in wedding dresses but I forgot to bring them. Sorry," Jane apologized.

"That is alright. I will pay your ho a visit after the wedding to spend ti with them. I hear that you and Derek intend to move once the new gates are up," Aurora stated what Cherry had told her.

"We thought about it but we might not. Our house has painful mories but as I was walking through it so many happy ones ca back to . I cannot leave it behind so we will remain not too far away from you and Vincent."

"I cannot believe the two of you are talking about hos and moving when we should be talking about dresses and hair," Cherry said, entering the bathroom and shaking her head. "I am here to keep things in order. I had the pleasure of being a part of a surprise Vincent put together for Aurora. A special guest has just arrived thanks to three sisters who are now attending your wedding."

"Surprise," Regina poked her head inside the bathroom.

Aurora sat up in the tub thoroughly surprised by Regina’s presence. "How are you here?" She asked since Vincent would not allow strangers inside the gates. If it would have been easy to invite Regina around all the werewolves, Aurora would have long invited Regina to her wedding. "When did you and Vincent talk about this? I can’t believe he let you in. I would stand to greet you but you know."

"It’s alright," Regina said so Aurora could remain seated. She entered the bathroom, looked around at how everything was, and leaned up against the counter. "Hello," she waved at Jane. "Imagine my surprise the three sisters showed up at Timothy’s ho with a ssage from Vincent. We used the spying spell and after a quick teleportation spell, here I am. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the wedding because he says I sll more of a human than a witch but I am a witch nonetheless so I am welcod inside."

Regina could not believe Vincent was giving her the opportunity to see Aurora before the wedding. She wished she had the opportunity to attend the wedding from beginning to end but she was satisfied with being here. She and Aurora would get to have fun when it would co ti for her to marry Timothy. "All this ti we were living our innocent lives while there was a place like this inside the kingdom. I can see why the kings were so paranoid."

"There is a forest inhabited by vampires and there is even a castle. I doubt the kings searched every inch of the land as they claid. They followed rumors of soone being a witch or God and set out to kill them," Aurora explained. She had been around long enough to rember what Artemis was being told about life outside her forest.

"I hope the next king will move past all of this so werewolves wouldn’t have to be wary about regular folk. I would like to visit you often. Back to your wedding. I am ant to be helping you dress. Let’s make you the most beautiful bribe anyone has ever seen. I got a glimpse at your wedding dress and I’d beat my arm that you’ll have n fighting Vincent to have you," Regina said, excited for Aurora to try it on.

"Thank you. It was made by yours truly," Cherry stated, feeling her ego boosted by the complint. She was easily becoming the best dressmaker in all the land. "I am open to making your wedding dress whenever you need one."
