Vincent smoothed out Aurora’s hair as she lay fast asleep on the bed. He had to admit he might have overdone it in the bathroom and then once they made it to the bed but that was because of how much he loved her and needed to be closer to her. His stamina was different from any other man thanks to the beasts sleeping inside of him.
He stayed by her side while she took care of her matters with the humans just as she did when it ca to his uncle. It would soon be ti for the two of them to return ho. Vincent could imagine that Victor was already breaking from the pressure of having to make decisions for an entire community.
The new gates to keep vampires and other enemies had no doubt started already and he also had to deal with the preparations for his marriage to Aurora. He wanted them to wed quickly so that they may begin their own family.
Vincent leaned over to kiss Aurora’s forehead then stood from the bed as he had sothing to do. He was pretty certain the brother and sister would try killing one another. His instinct was hardly wrong but he would make it wrong tonight.
Vincent exited the bedroom given to him and Aurora by Timothy. "Where is that little fool?" He muttered.
His life with Aurora was ant to be peaceful right after the Hamiltons were dealt with but now Samuel ca with all of his problems. Considering that Aurora liked Regina, Vincent would see to it that no harm ca to her. Samuel on the other hand could die for all he cared as the young man had tried to take Aurora back to the old woman the night of the harvest festival.
Vincent thought about killing him but then Aurora might never forgive him. The only solution to make everyone’s life peaceful was to send the young man far away so he could not try hurting his sister or having anyone deal with his problems.
Vincent followed Samuel’s scent he had rembered but before he made it to where the scent was strong, he slled and heard Timothy nearby.
"Vincent, is there sothing you need? Only the butler is awake at this ti," Timothy said as he approached Vincent. So far a werewolf in his ho wasn’t so bad but that didn’t an he let his guard down. He had a lot of knowledge oF people like Vincent and how they could easily snap.
"I am doing the sa thing you are doing. Looking for that girl’s brother," Vincent bluntly replied.
"Ah well," Timothy scratched the back of his head. He was hoping no one would have seen him doing this and inform Regina. "He’s going to cause a lot of problems currently and in the future so I am going to send him away. Either that or kill him if he doesn’t react well. You can join ."
"Hmm," Vincent replied. He continued to walk in the direction he could sll Samuel.
"Where are you going? I assigned him a room this way," Timothy pointed over his shoulder.
"Well, I sll him this way so he must have found sothing interesting about your house over here. Do you honestly trust that he would stay in one place and not look around your ho while everyone is asleep? You welcod soone who is about to lose everything into your ho full of riches," said Vincent. This was why he hardly allowed anyone to co into his ho.
Vincent knew the only reason Timothy allowed Samuel to be here was because of his love for Regina but Timothy should have placed a guard by the door to keep Samuel inside the room.
"Dammit," Timothy muttered under his breath. He had been so focused on comforting Regina that he did not think about Samuel exploring his ho.
Regina had filled his mind earlier as comforting led to kissing and then they ended up on the bed. He had to stop it before it went too far as he did not want to sleep with her right after she lost her parents and her emotions were all over the place. He wanted to wait until all of this had passed by. It was only after Regina was finally able to fall asleep that he ca to look for Samuel.
Timothy followed behind Vincent to find Samuel who he now had another reason why he should kill him. No one could walk into his ho, steal sothing, and then walk away without any consequences. "Do you intend to kill him?"
"It depends on what mood I am in," Vincent replied.
"If you don’t, I might. I brought along money for him to leave and start a new life elsewhere so that Regina can be happy."
"You have to send him away or she might end up dying. I warned Aurora a long ti ago that those two would end up killing each other. I am only ddling to avoid Aurora having sothing else to deal with. Her last days before we return should be peaceful. She might not want to return with if her sister is also mourning the loss of her brother," Vincent explained his reasoning.
Vincent was hinting at why Timothy should not try killing Samuel. It would be better to send Samuel away and have a story about him running away made up. "What is that you have this way? I can hear many objects being dropped on the floor. He is not a good thief. One would think to be quiet with a werewolf present."
"I see you have not yet realized how much of a fool Samuel is. To answer your first question, it is a room filled with family heirlooms ant for to pass down to my children. If he has broken any, you will need to guard him as I will certainly slit his throat. Samuel," Timothy called for his old friend after Samuel exited a room with a bag.
Samuel’s eyes widened at the sight of the two n. "This is not what it looks like."
