"You an to tell that I am confusing the sight of you walking out of a room you have no permission to enter with items belonging to as sothing else? What could this situation look like Samuel?" Timothy sarcastically asked. He welcod Samuel into his ho only because of Regina but Samuel had the audacity to steal from him.

"Hear out," Samuel tossed the bag of items which only made Timothy angrier. "I know that no one wants here so I was just going to take a few things and leave."

"Seems like I didn’t misread the situation. You were stealing from , Samuel. I am not a man to let thieves get away. Tell why I shouldn’t kill you right now," Timothy pointed his sword at Samuel. He was tempted to do it quickly to get around Vincent.

"My sister will be angry with you if you do it," Samuel said confidently. As long as Timothy loved Regina, he could not be hurt. Regina might say a lot of hurtful things but she cared for him. She wanted her last close relative to survive.

"Ha!" Timothy scoffed at Samuel’s delusion. "She never has to find out I was the one to do it. Right now, you have sothing that wants to steal your body because of your greed. You are in my house, Samuel. Every servant here would lie at my command. Now tell , why shouldn’t I kill you?"

Samuel gulped, nervous about Timothy possibly harming him. He had enough training to put up a good fight against Timothy but he would be at a disadvantage if the werewolf joined in. "I was only trying to leave to prevent Regina from having to worry about -"

"Bullshit," Timothy interrupted Samuel.

anwhile, Vincent found the two n to be entertaining. It was wonderful he had to do nothing when the owner wanted Samuel out and away from his bride-to-be.

"Fuck it," Samuel decided to give up his act. "I wouldn’t have to be sneaking around like a thief in the night if my friend would try to help but you’re too busy trying to fuck my sister who has zero interest in you by the way. Regina has never cared about you and the only reason she is clinging to you now is that she has nothing. Wake up, Timothy."

Timothy’s fist trembled, tempted to punch Samuel for the way he spoke about his own sister. "I would take joy in killing you but I would rather not cause your sister to suffer any longer. Take this," he tossed Samuel a bag full of money and small jewelry he could use to survive until he found a way to take care of himself.

Samuel’s eyes lit up at the sight of money but he cleared his throat to pretend he was not happy. "You are rich, Timothy. Surely you can do better than this when you are expecting to leave town. Two more bags will do and a ho for to use. Better yet, let’s co to a better proposal. I want you to give a ho and send money monthly for to keep the lifestyle that I have. That is the only way I will leave."

Vincent admired the boldness Samuel had when the other man could clearly kill him at any mont. Personally, he would not be paying for Samuel to live in luxury. A quick knock on death’s door would be enough for a man like Samuel to accept the bag offered to him and live quietly.

Timothy gritted his teeth, annoyed with Samuel, and did not want to fund his life but he wanted him gone. "Fine," he agreed to the deal. He would send Samuel to a small house with no servants where he would have to cook and clean by himself or use whatever money was given to him to pay for his own servants.

Samuel felt as though he had stepped into a gold mine. If his only chance of surviving was to give up everything his family-owned, Timothy was the perfect person to use. He already had the plan to take the money Timothy would have to give him and invest it to create an empire once again.

Other people had built success from the ground up and he had plenty of experience watching his family run many businesses. All he needed was to save money to invest in a business idea and then watch his empire grow.

"I’m going to prepare a carriage for you to leave at once," said Timothy. He left Samuel with Vincent so he could not try anything stupid.

"The mont you return the deal is off. You should know that I already dislike you because I witnessed you trying to take Aurora back on the night of the harvest festival. I aided in knocking you out," Vincent inford Samuel after Timothy left. "I expect that after tonight Aurora will be able to have a peaceful life with . I have no intentions for our life to be disturbed and need to co back here to deal with the likes of you. So I am warning you."

In a flash, Vincent grabbed Samuel’s neck and pushed him against the wall. His eyes glowed and his voice beca deeper."Live quietly with the money he shall provide you with. Do not seek out your sister or speak of the events that happened tonight. Do not try to make anyone else’s life miserable because your own life is miserable. I am not a man you should piss more than you already have. Understood?"

Samuel frantically shook his head begging to be released as he found it hard to breathe.

Vincent released Samuel though the temptation was there to strangle him as he kept rembering how easily Samuel had turned on Aurora. "I do not want to see you after tonight or I shall kill you even if it will make Aurora furious with . I have long reached my end of letting people like you betray my woman and get away with it."
