Chapter 390: Get Out Of My Way!

Olive frowned at him. "So what if it does?"

"Asshole, your friends and my brother know my scent. If they sll it on you, they would assu. People are fast to assu," Valentine mumbled.

"Val, are you into n?" Olive asked.

"What? No." Valentine shook his head.

Olive took a deep breath, rolling his eyes. "There, you have your answer. There is no issue here unless you want to die."

"I really don’t care if you mark

or not. And neither do I care if your scent is on , it will wear away soon enough anyway. Besides, it’s not full bonding considering I am not going to mark you or anything, so relax, will ya?"

Valentine narrowed his eyes on him. "Are you sure about this? Will you really be okay with it?"

"Take it before I change my mind!" Olive hissed, adjusting closer to him. He bared his neck, raising his eyes to stare at the ceiling.

Valentine was too reluctant, not sure if he should go ahead or not. "What if I...lose control and take more than I should?"

"It doesn’t matter. I can always stop you," Olive said, taking a deep breath.

Valentine swallowed hard and brought his legs down from the couch. Uncertainty was brimming in his eyes, but he moved closer regardless, grabbing hold of Olive’s neck with his left hand.

He stared at the part of his neck that was pumping frantically and gulped, already feeling the taste of blood in his mouth. His fangs elongated and he spared Olive one last glance before leaning in and biting into his neck.

His teeth pierced his flesh and Olive winced in a quick, bad amount of pain. He’d never been bitten before and this was the first. That was more painful than he’d expected. He felt like a knife was being cut into his flesh. Was this how it felt? Wasn’t it just a quick pain that subsides imdiately before one can even process it?

But that’s when he realized that Valentine didn’t just bite in with his fangs but with all his teeth. He’d teared flesh.

Blood oozed down his shoulder and even though he wanted to stop him in order to register the pain, he couldn’t bring himself to. It wasn’t too much of a pain that he couldn’t handle.

Valentine gulped mouthful after mouthful of blood, so hungrily as though he had been starved of blood for weeks. His erald eyes darkened deeply, almost turning a dark shade. His grip on Olive tightened and he bit deeper into his flesh, causing Olive’s eyes to fly wide open.

"Valentine, it’s enough. Stop, you are hurting !" Olive grimaced, grabbing hold of his skinny body to push him off, but Valentine was surprisingly not bulging, wanting more. He hadn’t had his fill yet.

"Valentine!!" With gritted teeth, Olive forced him off but scread in the next mont. "Fuck!" His neck was bleeding heavily, as Valentine had torn off his skin. "What the fuck is wrong with you? Are you an animal?! Why did you—"

Valentine pounced on him with blank, dull darkened eyes, pushing him down against the wooden floor. He bit into his neck again, drawing even more blood and satisfying his horrifying craving.

Olive struggled, trying to push him off with every last ounce of strength but Valentine wasn’t budging. He was growling like a feral animal as though he’d lost his mind.

This just made brutally clear the difference in strength between re common vampires and Royal blooded vampires. Even with such a weak strength, Valentine was still much stronger than he could ever be.

He’d been ignorant when he stated he could stop him whenever he wanted. His breath hitched as he trembled in a very awful amount of pain. That was his scent gland that Valentine had not only marked but injured as well.

It was a very sensitive area, thus the pain was agonizing, like sothing he’d never experienced before.

Maybe he shouldn’t have offered his fucking blood! It was too late anyway.

Was he going to be killed? Would Valentine take every ounce of blood he had to offer? Would he kill him?

Olive was becoming too exhausted to even think anymore, so he just laid there helpless, while Valentine had his way with him.

His vision blurred and he wasn’t exactly sure when or how, but he’d stopped seeing, everything turning completely black.

.....

When Olive ca to be, it had already been an hour since what happened. He blinked his eyes open and stared at the white-colored ceiling. His breathing was slow and steady, but he could feel quite weak which wasn’t how he usually felt.

"Olive...?" Valentine’s low voice sounded.

Olive turned his head, eting his gaze. There on the floor, Valentine was seated by the couch where he lay with his teeth biting onto his lower lip and drawing blood. He held this apologetic painful expression on his face which did nothing but piss him off.

"Don’t fucking look at

like that!" Olive glared and sat up on the couch. He settled his feet on the floor to stand up, but Valentine grabbed his hand, wanting to talk.

"Olive, I’m really sorry, I didn’t an to—"

Olive slapped his hand off and stood up from the couch. "Don’t apologize to ."

"But I didn’t an to hurt you! I wasn’t in my right mind!" Valentine hurried after him, desperately wanting him to hear him out.

Olive was gritting his teeth in annoyance and it was only by a heavy amount of self-control that he hadn’t turned around and punched him in the face. He stord into the bathroom, but before he could shut the door close, Valentine went in after him.

He stood in front of him, spreading his arms out to stop him from moving any further. "Please...just hear

out."

Olive stared at him, his hands balling into tight fists. "Get out of my way, Valentine, or else I might just beat you up. Don’t piss

off more than I already am."
