Standing in the pack’s lands the mbers cheered on after I was nad Alpha.
" Settle down " I commanded everyone and they all went silent. " There are going to be so changes in the pack. I want everyone to be involved in the pack matters and have mbers of each clan present at the KODA council. That said, the pack office will be run by Hunter Hemming. As an Alpha, he will brief
on everything happening in the pack. I have faith in Hunter as he is an Alpha who is just and fair"
" As you command Alpha " Hunter bowed in respect. "I pledge my loyalty and allegiance to you Alpha Conri Dolf.
" Good good" " I responded " Rise Hunter Hemming Office Manager"
Hunter lifted his head and Tala, Mrs, Hemming, Addison, and Aspen bead at him.
" Hunter will be assisted by the new pack enforcer Everest Gold. ’’ I announced and the crowd cheered on. Once they quieted down I added " Everest is a formidable wolf and he will do right by the pack. To assist Everest, I appoint Keith and Levy Isla. "
Everest, Keith, and Levy bowed and piped " We pledge loyalty and alliance to you Alpha Conri Dolf."
" Rise, " I commanded them." Pack Enforcer Everest Gold and your assistants Keith and Levy Isla.
" The pack secretariat will be run by Tala Elijah. She will keep everyone in check and ensure that you all coexist peacefully. She will be assisted by Anisha Freki and Addison Hemming. "
" What?" Both Addison and Anisha gasped, making the pack mber’s laughter rise.
" That is not the answer I expect from the two of you?"
Tala walked to Anisha, grabbed her hand, and pulled Addison along. She forced them to bow and then said " We pledge loyalty and allegiance to you Alpha Conri Dolf."
" Rise " I commanded them and Tala pulled them up and she looked satisfied while Anisha and Addison were still reeling in shock.
I turned to Lovita and beckoned him " Step forward Lovita Aria"
The whole pack gasped in shock and even more sore Aurora’s eyes widened in wonder. He walked over and then stood tall waiting for my command.
" What are you doing "I heard Lucian’s voice push through my mind.
" Correcting the wrongs that had been done. I don’t want any historical errors to keep happening in the Golden Shifter pack" I responded through the mind link.
" You sound so hot. I will reward you tonight" Lucian drawled seductively.
I coughed to cover the embarrassnt that I was feeling from his words and then put a serious face to address Lovita
" Lovita Aria. I can sense how strong your wolf is. Plus you inherited your mother’s power from the witch. Hence you are a formidable wolf and righteous. I trust my gut about you and hence I appoint you as the Beta of the pack. I could send your wolf as a Beta wolf. In battle you are unmatched. I have made this decision based on my wolf DOLF." I announced and there was pin-drop silence in the pack.
His eyes widened at my every word and his breath hitched in shock.
" Are you sure ?" He asked.
"Of course " I nodded and stood in waiting for his submission.
He went down on one knee and bowed " I Lovita Aria, pledge my loyalty and allegiance to the Golden shifter pack and Alpha Conri Dolf"
" Rise Beta Lovita Aria" I commanded him. " I will depend on your heart’s true nature and loyalty. Do not disappoint

He stood up and the Aurora storm rushed over to stand by him. " He will not disappoint you. I will make sure of that " She muttered as tears ran down her cheeks and a smile radiated on her face.
"Thank you Conri Dolf" Lovita Aria stated " It was my wish to co ho and serve the pack"
" Good." I nodded at him.
" And now to the mbers of the KODA council, Benjamin, my godmother Zaya Dolf, Levy Isla, Hunter Hemming, Luna Elijah, I declare that the KODA council is disbanded indefinitely. I will announce the new KODA council mbers in a week. " I announced.
" We agree with your decision Alpha " Godmother spoke up. " It’s about ti we rested.
" Good. I will be discussing with the previous KODA mbers who are to be appointed to the KODA council. The elders offer guidance and are ant to ensure that the pack Alpha does not misuse his power or any mbers in the pack office. " I explained.
" Thank you Alpha, " Benjamin nodded.
Luna Elijah stepped forward " Conri Dolf, you have finally taken your place as the Alpha of the Golden Shifter pack. I congratulate you and wish you all the best in your endeavors. " She bead and I walked over and embraced her. The pack mber lauded my move and clapped.
I stepped back and said " Thank you She wolf Luna Elijah. I will still rely on your wisdom and goodwill. "
" No. She is going to be at ho resting until she gives birth to my pups" Benjamin interjected and the whole pack laughed.
" What about ? " Lucian said.
" CEO Lucian Freki, you must ensure that all the pack mbers who are qualified get jobs in Due Corporation and any franchise that is being opened" I stated and loud cheers and happy howls followed suit.
" As you command Alpha Conri" Lucian responded.
" anwhile, Keith Isla will also have a part in the docuntation of all the pack lands and mines. I want what is donated to the pack used to ensure the old pack mbers get severance money to sustain them. "
" As you command Alpha Conri. I will do my level best and I will not disappoint you" Keith responded.
" Great. You are all dismissed. See you in the next pack eting that will be held in two weeks" I stated.
" Thank you, Alpha" They all piped and the mbers left the pack grounds but not after walking over to greet
and congratulate . Hours later we went back to the pack office and settled in Alpha’s office with Luna, Benjamin, and Lucian. Godmother left with Tizheruk and Haida and we agreed to have dinner the next day at the Frick Mansion. Anisha promised to host everyone as she excitedly pulled Zeeb away to plan for the dinner.
Then Alpha Luna’s secretary John Tharn arrived balancing a tray with cups of coffee. He placed them on the table and smiled at Luna who ignored him. Benjamin bead and smirked at John who pretended not to notice as he served the coffee. When he got to Lucian, his eyes sparkled and his body deanor changed. He offered the cup of coffee to Lucian seductively and I felt Dolf growl in my mind.
" Do you think that you are causing trouble in the pack office by seducing anyone who you think has powers?" Lucian spoke before I could.
John Tharn stepped back in shock and shook his head.
" Little boy, if you would have served my Conri here, coffee the sa way you did , I would not be rciful and slit your throat" Lucian continued and dumped the cup of coffee on the tray and snickered.
" That is not my intention " John tried to defend himself.
"But I heard about you trying to flirt with Luna and Keith Isla," Lucian’s voice growled.
" I am only here to work" He stepped back in fear.
" What are your qualifications? " Lucian stood up and I realized he was on a roll.
" He is a graduate and has good communication skills," Luna stated.
"Good. You are fired from the pack office. Tomorrow go to the Due corporation and ask for Zeeb Elijah. He will assign you to the right post" Lucian asserted.
" Why" John raised his chin in defiance.
" Unless you want to die young, I suggest you scatter from the pack office before I lose my patience. ’’ Lucian growled at him and John rushed out of the office, yanked the door, and disappeared as the door banged behind him.
" About fucking ti" Benjamin muttered.
" How did you hire him?" I turned to Luna.
She chuckled in response and said " His mother brought him to . She was desperate to have her son keep busy and keep away from trouble. "
" I will alert Zeeb and have her son kept out of trouble. "Lucian seethed.
" Calm down. I have no idea what I would have done if you had not interjected and dealt with him." Conri responded.
" I know. And that is why I decided to deal with him. " Lucian smiled
" So now that you will take over the office, what happens to the construction site? " Benjamin asked.
" Everest and the team will continue working. The Resort is ready for completion in the next year. We shall first halt the works since Christmas is near" I responded.
" There are many pack mbers who need jobs. I would suggest when you resu work, to hasten the finalization of the resort, hire the young pups and keep them busy. Everest will offer them guidance and it will keep the Golden Shifter pack mbers happy"
" Thank you Conri Dolf" Luna nodded as she stood up to leave" I leave the pack in your hands from now henceforth and I know you will do well."
I stood and vowed " I promise to take care of the Golden shifter pack. And defend it at all cost"
