Chapter 150: Chapter 150: Just let her participate in the competition

Chapter 150: Let her go ahead with the competition

On Sunday morning, Tristan Collins finally had so free ti.

He stood on the second-floor balcony, watching his son Theodore playing with his skateboard alone in the vast courtyard. His clouded eyes were filled with thoughts.

"Honey, let’s go out to eat today. I made a reservation at a nice restaurant. Just the two of us, oh no, the three of us," she said, looking at her protruding belly and smiling happily.

Tristan glanced at her, "Just us?"

Rosalind Taylor nodded, "Yes, Raine is busy preparing for the Chemistry competition and researching perfu, so let’s let her focus on that."

An unusual look flashed in Tristan’s eyes, he paused for a mont and said, "Have you been saying so careless things in front of Theodore?"

Rosalind Taylor was taken aback, "What do you an? Why would you say that..."

Tristan let out a slow snort, temporarily putting aside his thoughts, and said, "You’re in your later months of pregnancy, so go out less. There are harmful ingredients in the perfu, so you’re not allowed to help Raine with her research. Just rest at ho today."

Rosalind Taylor felt that his sudden outburst was unexpected, but she didn’t ask about it, and just said, "What about you?"

Tristan turned and walked inside to change his clothes, "I’ll take Theodore to the amusent park, and by the way,"

He turned back, thought for a mont, and said, "As for the competition at the school, there’s no need to stop her anymore, just let her go."

With that, he went to change his clothes.

Rosalind Taylor was shocked.

Of course, she knew what he ant.

Last ti, when Raine Nolan ntioned the upcoming Chemistry competition, she said Chloe Collins also wanted to participate.

If one could win a high rank in this competition, the chance of being admitted to Capitol University would be very high. As a result, the school had set up a special Competitive Class to tutor students in solving competition problems during their spare ti. This included Olympiad training classes for mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Raine was in the Chemistry class.

As soon as he heard that Chloe Collins was also interested in participating, Tristan imdiately decided to tell the school not to let her take part in any competitions.

But now, he suddenly changed his mind.

Rosalind Taylor sneered with a cold look in her eyes, muttering to herself, "Do you think I can’t see through your intentions?"

The monthly exam results had refreshed Tristan’s perception of Chloe Collins.

He was a shrewd businessman, always seeking to maximize profits.

Daughters would always marry out soday, and to marry well, they needed to improve their abilities.

Although with the Collinses’ status, anyone who married their daughter would be considered reaching above themselves, Tristan was still a person who cared about face. If his daughter didn’t perform well, it would be a disgrace to him.

In the end, he just wanted to use her.

Rosalind Taylor’s face was cold as she contemplated her thoughts.

No matter what happened, she would never let anyone steal her daughter’s lilight.

On Monday morning, Chloe got up on ti, exercised, took a shower, and had breakfast.

Breakfast was usually served in the small restaurant in the East Wing Main Building, prepared by the chefs at ho. Occasionally, Evelyn Thompson would get inspired and cook herself.

However, today, after Chloe took a shower and ca out to the living room, she saw Alexander Foster busy in the kitchen.

The last ti he cooked was on the anniversary of Grandma Foster’s death.

According to Evelyn Thompson, Madam Foster was a gourt who loved food and was good at cooking. When she was alive, she hoped that Alex would inherit her skills, but he was not interested in it. After Grandma Foster passed away, he would cook a dish on her anniversary every year to commorate her.
