Su Yao's classmates were all dumbfounded upon hearing this. For them, these elite families were already far removed from their world. They had only heard about them from afar, and now they had a chance to see them in person, which made them feel curious and eager to gain new experiences, so they weren't in a rush to leave.

As for the Five Young Masters of Beijing, the girls were purely driven by curiosity.

Su Yao suddenly noticed Song Xiaodong's face looking a bit strange and curiously asked, "Dongzi, do you know this Young Master Chen?"

Song Xiaodong smiled and said, "Kind of."

"You actually know Young Master Chen?" Su Yao's eyes lit up with excitent. She too was influenced by the notion that knowing Young Master Chen was a matter of great pride.

Song Xiaodong nodded. He did know Chen Yong, but their relationship wasn't pleasant. The last ti at a Beijing Families gathering, Chen Yong had directly crippled his True Qi, leaving him a wreck. This ti, who knows what kind of expression Chen Yong will have when he sees him.

But of course, Song Xiaodong wouldn't share such things with Su Yao or her classmates.

"Geez, guys, I really can't listen to this anymore. This guy is too full of crap."

The people at the table behind them started shouting.

"Yeah, he's really talking big. He knows Young Master Chen, but does Young Master Chen know him?"

"Ha...that's a good point. Everyone knows Young Master Chen, but does Young Master Chen know them? I know the President of the United States too."

There was a burst of laughter from behind.

Song Xiaodong shook his head helplessly. So people are just like that, projecting their own capabilities onto others, thinking if they can't do it, neither can anyone else.

Su Yao quickly grabbed Song Xiaodong's arm and said, "Don't say anything."

Song Xiaodong nodded. If these people insulted his classmates, he might talk back a little, but when they insult him, he really doesn't care. A person like him wouldn't bother with a bunch of kids.

Song Xiaodong didn't want to stoop to their level, but the people behind him didn't seem to want to let him go.

"Hey, you who knows Young Master Chen, want to play cards with us?" A guy behind Song Xiaodong turned around and nudged him.

Song Xiaodong said flatly, "Playing with you guys is aningless."

"What's the matter? Afraid of losing? Aren't you supposed to be pretty aweso, making over ten million a year?" The guy said, causing the whole table to burst into laughter.

Su Yao and her classmates had so awkward expressions. Being mocked like this was certainly unpleasant. Even if they weren't the target, they were now associated with Qian Lingling's high school classmates, so they felt like they were in the sa boat—sharing both losses and victories.

However, Su Yao had gained so insight by now. Her experience in the company had taught her not to act impulsively like an ordinary person. She quickly whispered to Song Xiaodong, "Don't stoop to their level."

Song Xiaodong smiled faintly, and indeed, he had no interest in arguing with these clueless kids.

"Co on, let's play a few rounds. You guys from the countryside, don't tell

you don't even have the guts to play a couple of hands."

While Song Xiaodong was able to keep calm, Zhou Peng couldn't hold it in and stood up abruptly, saying, "Fine, let's play. I'm not afraid of you guys."

One of the guys at the other table glanced sideways at Zhou Peng and said, "You think you can handle it? We're playing Three Card Brag, starting at ten thousand each round."

Zhou Peng did have so money, but upon hearing this, he was instantly scared. Starting at ten thousand ant each round could potentially involve winning or losing hundreds of thousands. He couldn't afford that.

"Kid, can't handle it? If you're not up to it, just tuck your tail in and behave. Don't try to show off everywhere. In a place like Beijing, it's not a playground for you countryside folk."

Zhou Peng's face turned even darker, but without the strength, he knew he couldn't enter such gas.

The other classmates' faces turned even sourer, but their capabilities were even worse. How could they dare to reply?

Song Xiaodong shook his head and said, "Alright then, I'll play a few rounds with you."

"No!" Su Yao and the other classmates imdiately exclaid in surprise.

Song Xiaodong smiled lightly and said, "It's fine, I'll just win so money and take you guys out to have fun later."

"Damn, this kid is really full of himself. I just can't stand people like you, co on then, co here!"

Song Xiaodong directly turned around and went over to their table, and imdiately soone made room for him.

After Song Xiaodong sat down, the other classmates quickly gathered around, standing behind him.

Most of the people at this table stood up too, leaving just three. To play such a high-level ga, not just anyone could afford it. In Beijing, naturally not everyone had money—most were just ordinary people.

The three people left sitting included Lin Bing, the head of Jinlin Entertainnt, known as Young Master Lin. Though he was called the head of the company, there were actually several shareholders, and he was just the son of one of them, yet still quite powerful.

The other two were nad Yao ngfei and Wu Jiang, both wealthy second-generation kids. The one who kept teasing Song Xiaodong earlier was this Yao ngfei guy.
