Chapter 175: You Were Incredible, Sister.
"However, I believe that this has also presented an extraordinary opportunity for Wyatt Corporations."
She paced confidently, supported by Jason and the executives who stood united behind her, as she illustrated her proposal with a comprehensive slideshow.
Charts, market analysis, and strategic fraworks adorned the presentation, emphasizing the potential for a successful acquisition despite the past challenges faced by Beazell group.
Although she had concluded her plans on the acquisition which her imdiate family and a few executives were aware of and also in support of, she still needed to carry the shareholders along, explaining the entire process to them, but of course leaving out so sensitive details.
"Our due diligence has uncovered the untapped potential within Beazell group’s pharmaceutical assets," Kathleen continued, her eyes eting those of the board mbers with unwavering conviction.
"Their research facilities, patents, and product lines offer imnse possibilities for synergies with our existing operations."
Jason, standing beside Kathleen, stepped in to reinforce her points. "The strategic cooperation between Beazell Group and our expansion goals is very clear. Despite their recent setbacks, their expertise and assets hold significant value that can strengthen our position in the market."
The few executives she had carried along, echoed their support, highlighting the feasibility of integrating Beazell Group’s assets into Wyatt Corporations and leveraging their technology and research capabilities for mutual growth.
Kathleen further emphasized a new era of transparency and rebuilding trust, assuring the board that the acquisition would prioritize ethical practices.
"We have a unique opportunity to turn adversity into advantage," Kathleen concluded, her gaze firm and resolute. "Our acquisition of Beazell group will not only expand our market reach but also enable us to make a positive impact by restoring trust and fostering innovation in pharmaceuticals."
The boardroom fell into a thoughtful silence as the board mbers absorbed Kathleen’s compelling argunts and Jason’s unwavering support.
After a mont, murmurs of agreent and nodding heads signaled the alignnt of their vision.
The boardroom erupted in applause, the executives expressing their admiration for President Janice’s comprehensive plan.
They engaged in a discussion, probing further into the details of her proposal, impressed by her strategic thinking and thorough research.
"I must say, President Janice, your proposal is convincing," one of the board mbers acknowledged. "The potential synergies and strategic benefits are hard to ignore."
Another executive chid in, "And President Jason’s insights into the market alignnt only reinforce the value this acquisition could bring."
Her presentation was not only insightful but also infused with a sense of optimism and determination.
She had painted a vivid picture of how the acquisition could benefit the company, emphasizing a forward-thinking approach to navigate the challenges ahead.
"President Janice, your proposal is impressive. As expected of our able president, It shows a deep understanding of the market and potential opportunities," one of the executives comnded, echoing the sentint of the others.
To many senior executives in Wyatt Corps, she has long been regarded as a legend whom they dared not dream of working with.
But here she was, in their very branch as the President already leaving her trail behind.
They have only heard about how aweso she was in business and the many feats she had achieved abroad but they were witnessing for the first ti her prowess and unequaled ability to single-handedly acquire a company as huge as Beazell group without them, the higher-ups lifting a finger.
Her confidence and expertise in business strategy had not only earned admiration but also laid the groundwork for a potentially prosperous venture for Wyatt Corporations.
Between her and President Jason, they couldn’t determine who was more powerful but there was no doubt they were a formidable force none can go against when they set out to achieve sothing.
So of them even sighed in their hearts as they envied Director Wyatt for having such outstanding heirs. One was already a blessing, but two at the sa ti was simply too oppressive and unfair to other humans.
Kathleen maintained her composure, acknowledging the praise with a gracious smile.
"Thank you. I believe this acquisition aligns well with our company’s growth trajectory and the sky will only be our starting point as we engage in a relentless but dogged approach."
"By tomorrow, we will be closing the deal with the chairman of Beazell Group and operations will comnce as soon as that is done."
Jason, standing among the executives, couldn’t help but feel an imnse sense of pride and admiration for his sister. His gaze was fixed on Kathleen, his eyes reflecting an adoring admiration and respect.
With a sense of conviction in her voice, Kathleen glanced at Jason, catching his eye. His expression spoke volus; an adoring look filled with unwavering support and pride for his sister’s remarkable achievent.
It was a silent exchange of acknowledgnt and encouragent, which clearly showed the strong bond they shared.
Kathleen couldn’t help but be grateful to God again for blessing her with such an incomparable brother.
"Thank you," Kathleen said with a slight smile, addressing the executives and shareholders who were praising her as they left the room one after the other, leaving just her and Jason in the boardroom.
When it was just the two of them left, Jason approached Kathleen, a proud smile gracing his lips as he praised her,
"You were incredible, Sister. Your vision and leadership are truly remarkable."
Kathleen’s smile widened at Jason’s words, grateful for his unwavering support which he had never failed to show at every given opportunity he finds.
None felt threatened by the other’s achievents as they saw the achievent of one as the achievent for both.
This bond though fostered from the womb was activated the very first day they saw themselves in that room upstairs more than five years after being separated from each other for so many years.
Jason’s eyes sparkled as he took Kathleen’s hands. "I’m so happy for you sis. Where should we go to celebrate?"
A beautiful smile lit up Kathleen’s face as she indulged in her brother’s excitent. "Is there any need for that?"
"Of course. This is your first acquisition in Baltimore," Jason pointed out.
Kathleen waved her hands in dismissal, to her it wasn’t worth celebrating. "Does it really matter? This is no different from the previous acquisitions."
"In fact for this one I didn’t do half of the work I do to acquire other companies. You could say this one landed on my lap on a platter of gold."
"In case you have forgotten, this is not an ordinary acquisition. It is your total victory over your enemies."
"When you put it that way, I think it is worth celebrating," Kathleen agreed.
Jason had a sense of foreboding when he saw his sister’s smile. "Why do I sense a "but" coming, and that it won’t be sothing nice?"
"You are so discerning, brother," Kathleen said with a mischievous smile on her face.
"Before I agree, you have to tell
what dad told you last night."
Jason: "???"
’She was the one that got a win. Why does it sound as if he had sothing to gain from the celebration?’
He released a deep breath and felt helpless against his sister’s apparent manipulations.
