Originally, Hoshimi Miyabi had invited Keqing, Hu Tao, Xiao, and the Traveler to visit the Anti-Hollow Division headquarters together.
But in the end, Keqing brought only Xiao with her.
Like the Public Security Bureau and the Hollow Investigation Association, the H.A.N.D. headquarters was located in the extrely valuable downtown district.
On the way, the car passed through Lumina Square and the New Eridu Building, crossed a wide river, and finally reached the city center on the opposite bank.
Seeing the towering buildings—hundreds of ters high—Keqing's expression grew solemn.
The more she learned about this world, the more astonished she beca.
Noticing the change in her expression, Hoshimi Miyabi said lightly,
"Miss Keqing, the city you co from must look sothing like this too, right?"
Keqing shook her head.
"No... it's not the sa as here."
The buildings in Liyue weren't as massive as these, but Liyue was capable of building the Jade Chamber itself.
If they wished, they could certainly create skyscrapers on the sa scale as here.
Soon, Tsukishiro Yanagi parked the car in front of the H.A.N.D. headquarters.
He smiled.
"Let's head in. The commander just sent another ssage urging us—everyone's already waiting in the conference room."
Hoshimi Miyabi turned to them.
"Miss Keqing, Mr. Xiao, this way—"
Keqing: "..."
Xiao: "..."
Entering the headquarters, they were greeted by the sight of a bustling main hall.
The interior was lavishly decorated—far beyond anything Hare's House could compare to.
The staff quickly noticed Hoshimi Miyabi and greeted her one after another, their eyes inevitably drawn to Keqing and Xiao.
One staff mber smiled and asked,
"Section Chief Hoshimi, who are these two?"
"They're guests invited by the minister," Hoshimi Miyabi replied seriously.
That answer drew surprised looks from the surrounding staff. None of them recognized Keqing or Xiao, but anyone personally invited by the minister was certainly no ordinary person—likely a well-known powerhouse in New Eridu, or one of its few major tycoons.
Before long, they reached the conference room.
Inside, two H.A.N.D. commanders were already waiting, along with a commander from the Public Security Bureau headquarters.
The mont Keqing and Xiao stepped in, the officials' expressions grew serious.
The PSB commander, in particular, looked visibly startled upon seeing Xiao—he really did look exactly as in the footage: a boy who seed barely in his teens.
Yet his strength rivaled that of Hoshimi Miyabi, a Void Hunter.
It was hard to believe such a prodigy existed in this world.
The next mont, one of the H.A.N.D. commanders stood and extended his hand.
"Welco to the Anti-Hollow Special Operations Departnt—"
Xiao didn't know exactly what the gesture ant, but he could tell it was a show of goodwill. He mimicked the man and extended his own hand.
However, the two didn't actually et—just stood there awkwardly with their hands raised.
Seeing this, the commander chuckled, stepped forward, and firmly grasped Xiao's hand.
"You really have personality, young man. No wonder Hoshimi Miyabi speaks so highly of you."
Xiao's expression didn't change.
Being called "young man" by a human still felt oddly strange.
There was no need for introductions—thanks to Hoshimi Miyabi, both sides had already exchanged basic information beforehand.
They went straight to business.
After a brief silence, one of the New Eridu officials said,
"Hoshimi Miyabi told us you have a question for us?"
Keqing nodded. This was, after all, the main reason she had co—to investigate the matter of the Seven Heavenly Gods statue.
"I want to know about the Seven Heavenly Gods statue in the Federer District. Why is a statue from Liyue appearing here?"
Her words caught the officials off guard.
They hadn't expected her to ask about that statue—let alone reveal that it ca from her own city.
One of the H.A.N.D. commanders replied slowly,
"We don't actually know much about it. Two months ago, a Hollow disaster broke out there. After we suppressed it, the statue simply appeared out of thin air in the Federer District..."
He hesitated, then continued,
"And the statue is… remarkable. It blesses those who pray to it, granting them a gemstone that glows with golden light and bestowing upon them the power of stone."
Since Keqing had said the statue was from her city, she must know more about its abilities.
"Is it sothing like this?" Keqing asked.
She slowly opened her palm, revealing a gemstone that glimred faintly with purple light.
The mont they saw it, the officials' eyes widened. They stared at the stone as if they could see lightning dancing inside it.
But this was clearly different from the gemstone Seth had received—one shone golden, the other purple; one was square, the other round.
Even so, it was obvious they belonged to the sa power system.
Which ant that in Keqing's city, people could receive not only "Geo" blessings, but also electric blessings.
It was now clear—Miss Keqing was soone who had awakened to electricity.
As for the young man nad Xiao beside her, they couldn't determine his elent at all—only a faint breeze seed to brush past.
"Yes, that's it!" one official said excitedly.
So Keqing had been telling the truth.
The Federer District statue really did originate from her city. Who would have thought they were capable of creating such a wondrous thing?
And more importantly—the power granted by these statues was formidable.
Seth and Qingyi, for instance, had grown trendously since receiving their golden gemstones, becoming the PSB's trump cards.
If Keqing and her companions could help build more statues in New Eridu and allow more people to receive such blessings, then they might finally have the ans to defeat the Hollows.
Even more exciting for the PSB commander was the fact that they had already confird—these statues also had a suppressive effect on Hollows and Ether energy.
