Naturally I wanted to find out why Gojira went crazy, while Mothra didn’t, so that was the next thing on my agenda.

But honestly, it was pretty simple. It was the miasma overload.

Unlike humans, or people who carry the System, monsters have no resistance against miasma. And monsters evolve when exposed to a high enough amount of mana and miasma.

So with Ultra Evolution Pill forcing Gojira to evolve anywhere between 5 and 7 tis in one go, his everything was just overloaded with miasma.
