CH.578 Four-Winged Lua

Lua’s evolution took just under two days. She began in the afternoon the day before yesterday, and this morning she is almost finished with it. At least based on her vitals. Her temperature is coming down, and her mana level has stabilized.

After she was completely back to normal temp, we took her out of the evolution tank and placed her onto one of the dBay’s beds to rest. It will likely still take her 30 minutes to an hour, or potentially more, to wake up. So while she slept, I cleaned up the evolution tank and made sure it was ready to go when the next person needed it.

I then just waited by Lua’s bedside for her to wake up, and since they heard she was about to, my other five fiancées joined and waited with .

I would question if they have nothing better to do, but I know for a fact that this is the most important thing.

As Lua began to wake up, we tried not to crowd her. … Yeah, it didn’t work out. We ended up in an assorted pile of bodies, but I suppose it was lucky that I was right on top of Lua, so I could use a few skills to make sure we didn’t crush her. Not that our body weights would crush her. Well, maybe if we had Janina’s true body here.

After we were able to give her so space, Alice helped Lua out of bed. Lua’s balance was a bit off, as she now had a second pair of wings on her back.

Unlike her white leathery wings, that co out of her lower back, her second pair ca out of her upper back, and were white and feathery. Kind of like angel wings. They looked really good on her.

Other than that, there were no major changes. Her crimson hair was a bit longer, as to be expected after an evolution, but Lua has been having her hair cut anyway, so I think she will just have it cut to just past shoulder length.

“... well, my dream wings ca in.” Lua said.

“Oh yeah. You did say you had them in that dream. So you’ve known about them for … how long has it been?” I asked.

“A bit over a year since I saw that dream the first ti.”

After a bit more chit chatting, we took a look at Lua’s status.

… Holy. Literally. She is of a Saintly race. Which is strange, because that probably shouldn’t even be a thing. You can have the class race 'Saint', but I didn't know Saintly was a race modifier or whatever it is. But her race is unique to her, considering she has Unique-Racial skills, so the System probably just threw together everything that fit and called it a day.

I wouldn’t be surprised.

Her first unique-racial skill, Dhampir Princess of Magic, seems to just be a combination of Dhampir Princess and Monarch of Magic. Which is kind of boring, but at the sa ti, it is also cool.

But I’m more interested in Dhampir Saint. I wonder what Lua can do with that? Probably healing and purification, as it is a ‘Saint’ skill.

After we have our fun fawning over Lua and her new body parts, a certain dragon was especially interested in wings, don’t ask why, we were able to get to Lua’s new unique-racial skill.

Dhampir Saint is … kind of basic for a unique-racial skill. It allowed Lua to imbue Holy Magic into her Blood Magic, as well as into her blood. Yes the skill is amazingly powerful when it cos to healing, as Blood Magic is already quite good at that, and adding Holy Magic to that just makes things go crazy.

But on top of just healing, Lua can also do things like turning her blood into a healing potion or a purification potion. And a super potent one at that.

Holy Magic can turn water into holy water, and Lua’s holy blood is a super boosted form of that. Holy water, by the way, is a type of purification water, but it isn’t that potent. So generally, it is further refined into either purification potions, or healing potions.

Using holy water is the other common thod of making healing potions, by the way. With the other being blood lilies. But Lua’s blood, by itself, is effectively a potion made using both holy water and blood lilies, which already rates it as a greater healing potion, capable of healing over 1000 HP with just 50 milliliters of blood.

The holy blood can also act as a purification potion, as is to be expected. It can cleanse miasma from objects quite well. Sadly it does leave the objects bloody, so unless you know how to use Blood Magic, it isn’t as good as a regular purification potion, which you can just easily wipe off.

I also made sure to have so of Lua’s holy blood to Sharon, and she said that we should be able to refine it further, making an even more effective healing potion. And that is ignoring my card installs, as I likely could install a card like Red dicine into Lua’s blood as well.

And there is a high likelihood that Lua’s holy blood will beco even more effective as she levels up the Dhampir Saint skill.

Because I wanted to run so experints with the blood, I made sure Lua gave a few vials worth of it. I put them in Storage and made sure they were analyzed. That way I can run Factory tests on it.

With Lua’s new wings, so of her clothes would need to be adjusted, or just tossed out. Okay, I wouldn’t actually toss them out, I’d donate them sowhere. I just need to find an organization that distributes donated clothes.

But honestly, we could just adjust Lua’s clothes to fit her second pair of wings.

Luckily the clothes she had converted into dresses with Dhampir Princess automatically adjusted themselves to fit her new wings, so there was no issue with them.

From there, Lua was all ready to get to training her new wings, but both Alice and I agreed that she should rest for at least one more day before getting to that. She also needs to adjust a bit more to her evolved stats, so she doesn’t move too quickly or sothing. Or blow up so part of HoBase with her increased Magic stat.

So while Alice was making sure Lua rested and adjusted, Janina and I went to the Dragon’s coast. Well, the scale copy of Janina stayed on HoBase, while I teleported to the coast to et up with the real Janina.

I had a simple goal for this visit. Get a dragon that is willing to move to HoBase to be Janina’s maid. During the Empire visit, I realized that Janina should have one, and having one of the dragons do it would be the best. In my opinion at least.

So Janina and I gathered a bunch of the younger dragons. Sure we could have gone for the older ones as well, but Janina said she’d rather have one of the young and more adventurous ones.

Most of them already knew, or were in the final stages of learning Soul Magic, so they could set out on an adventure in a dragon avatar. Sadly they couldn’t turn themselves into a humanoid form yet, but I have a card for that.

After Janina asked the dragons for a volunteer, two of them accepted. A male and a female dragon. The male was a wind dragon, while the female was a dark dragon.

The girls na was ছায়াযুক্ত এক, again, I can’t pronounce the draconic nas, they are still crazy. But it is basically Chayayukta Eka, or just Chaya. Her dragon form was that of a small black scaled dragon, with a pair of dark-gray horns. The mbrane of her wings and the bottom side of her stomach were also a dark-gray color. She had joined the play fights between the dragons and my monsters a few tis.

The male was বায়ু প্রবাহ or Bayu Prabaha. I’ll be calling him Bayu. His scales were light green and he had turquoise horns and underbelly.

After agreeing to the training, both of the dragons got an install. And an install of a custom card at that. I combined tamorphosis and DNA Surgery to make a ‘Human Transformation’ card. I then just installed it into both of the dragons, and they instantly learned how to transform into a humanoid form.

… they also went through an imdiate evolution because of the install, which made the dragons that didn’t agree at first want to join in. I asked Janina for her opinion, and she said we could take all of them for now, and keep the best students.

So I made six more copies of Human Transformation, installed them into the dragons that wanted them, and I took them all to HoBase where they will undergo maid/butler training, and Janina will eventually pick the best of them to keep on HoBase, while the rest will be returned to the Coast.

I also got a bunch of dragon scales thanks to all the dragon evolutions. Sure they are from young dragons, so they aren’t nearly as amazing as Agunan or Janina’s scales, but they are still quite good.

And yes I know, I haven’t made my armor from Janina’s scales. Do you have any idea how difficult it is? Because I do, and it isn’t easy. I’m working on it, okay? Give like … another year and I might be able to finish it.
