An Tian went to Jiang Yuyan's room where she was sitting quietly on the bed while resting at the headboard.
Seeing him, Jiang Yuyan averted her sight and looked at the window as if she didn't wish to talk to him.
An Tian smiled lightly and went towards the bed where he dragged one chair closer to the bed and sat in it.
"Ignoring like, not going to solve anything, Yuyan," An Tian said only to get an expected reaction from her as he called her by her na.
She glared at him and he said, "Am I wrong, Yuyan?"
"You are forgetting sothing, An Tian?" she said.
"I call my patients by their na. But if you don't like it, then will it be fine to call you Mrs. Lu?" He paused and looked at her with a sly smile. Before she could say, he spoke, "But first make it clear to which Mrs. Lu- third or fourth one."
"You are getting ahead of yourself," she warned.
"I have a question," he asked, ignoring her annoyance.
"What?"
"Were you third Mrs Lu or fourth one when you were in the hospital?" An Tian asked.
"You seem to be out of your mind to ask nonsense. Get out of here," she was angry and looked like might kill this guy.
"Okay, calm down," An Tian said with a smile, "I don't wish to die so soon."
"Then you better get out of my sight," she warned again.
"I will but before that let's talk about sothing serious," An Tian said and Jiang Yuyan cald down.
He turned serious and said, "You know your condition a few years back. With so much effort we got you out of it, didn't we?"
"Hmm," she nodded.
"This ti it's not serious and your tests are fine too, but you still need to be careful and follow the treatnt."
"Hmm."
"For that, you need to accept reality and don't run away from it."
"Hmm."
"Don't hold back anything and let it out. If there is a need, don't hesitate to ask for help instead of trying to bear it alone."
"Hmm."
"Also, make sure to get all the dicines without a miss. Got it?"
"Hmm."
"If you get nightmares, then have soone by your side for the ti being."
"Hmm."
"If you love him, then say it."
"Hmm."
"Good," An Tian said and Jiang Yuyan realized what she had just humd to. "That…."
"No need to explain. Just do what you feel right," An Tian interrupted her. "You seriously need to consider it. It's not every day when you get a second chance and that too with a person like him who is already your life."
"It's not like that…" she tried to explain.
"One more important thing for your treatnt is- to be honest with yourself," An Tian said. "He is always there for you. Just take your ti and make the right decision. I understand why you don't want to go for it but you are fine now and he will accept you the way you are. He will take care of you. Don't think that you will be a burden of his life. With you around, he is happy with everything. Even I can see it, can't you?"
Jiang Yuyan could say nothing other than to be quiet.
"I'll take a leave now. I will keep visiting you as I am in England for the ti being," An Tian said as he stood up.
Jiang Yuyan nodded, "See you."
Just as he turned to leave, Jiang Yuyan called him, "An Tian."
He turned to look at her and heard her, "You have always been my strong support. Thank you."
"There are other ways to thank ," An Tian said, only to see her puzzled. "You can thank by giving yourself a second chance and always be happy."
"Not sure about it," she said.
"We are not in a hurry. Take your ti," he said and left.

An Tian ca out in the drawing room where Lu Lijun was waiting for him.
"She needs to rest and make sure to be around her. If she has nightmares, don't worry much. Just be with her," An Tian said and Lu Lijun nodded.
"Make sure she takes dicine regularly. We will do a few tests again after a week."
Lu Lijun nodded again.
"I'll take a leave then."
They walked out of the ho towards the parking lot as An Tian had to leave. While sitting in the car, An Tian talked to Lu Lijun, "Don't be surprised with any of her actions. You know she is not well."
"I know."
"Good. Just go with the flow," An Tian comnted.
It puzzled Lu Lijun but he just nodded.
An Tian left and Lu Lijun went to Jiang Yuyan in her room. She looked at him silently and heard him, "I am not going to the office and will be working from ho. My study room is next to your room. If you need anything, just call ."
Jiang Yuyan nodded and Lu Lijun went to his office in the ho that was next to Jiang Yuyan's room on the ground floor. Noah accompanied him as they had work to do.
Though Lu Lijun was trying to focus on his work while sitting at his work table, his attention would shift to Jiang Yuyan in the next room and then to what they did the previous night. The way she kissed him and asked him not to stop, her sweet voice and her needy eyes, the way she held him closer to not let him go away, her soft moans and that delicate skin's sweet scent.
'If it has to happen again, I won't be able to hold back. I need to maintain distance from her. Even her presence in the next room is enough to drive crazy. He exhaled through his mouth and ran his hands through his hair, turning them ssy.
Noah noticed him, "Are you okay?"
Lu Lijun got back to his senses and cleared his throat before answering, "Hmm, I am fine."
"Doesn't look like it," Noah countered, "You can take a day off, if you want. I can handle the work."
"No need," Lu Lijun said coldly and repeated in his mind, "Work… I need to focus on work..or…"
