The next day, Dante t with Felipe Lobos in a building where many could see them. They were waiting for the entire elimination operation to take place.

"Tell just one thing—what would happen if that assassin sent to kill us arrived right now while your best n are out looking for the Jiménez brothers?" Felipe leaned toward Jason and whispered this question in a joking tone.

Dante shook his head and sighed in frustration. "I need to get back ho quickly. I’m tired of being away, and my n are also feeling the strain of killing so many criminals. If that assassin tracks you down, I’ll personally kill him. But I also believe you’re not foolish enough to co unard."

Felipe Lobos closed his eyes as his assistant massaged his shoulders. He had never taken such a big risk before to eliminate his so-called friends. These actions were beyond his control; he only hoped to rid himself of his enemies while going through this ordeal.

Being next to Dante brought Felipe monts of calm, but it was still risky to make these decisions while they waited for their enemies to be eliminated.

"I understand you’re nervous, but trust , my n are skilled enough to keep us alive while we wait for news," Dante said, fully confident in his personal security guards, leaving no room for concern.

"I hope so. I don’t want to die in a damn city where I shouldn’t even be," Felipe said as he looked at the computers displaying security cara footage and live feeds from each of the agents stationed here.

"I made sure nothing would go wrong. Since you’re here, I’ll personally handle your security," Dante assured him, glancing at his watch.

"I trust you, Daniel."

At that mont, a man dressed in black tactical military gear approached Dante and whispered, "Boss, we have a problem."

Dante imdiately stood up, walked toward the door, and asked on the other side, "Is there a problem with the elimination team?"

"No, they’re fine. But I believe we’re under attack. The containnt team is engaging ard groups trying to get close to this location. I recomnd you use the evacuation route and leave this to us."

"How many are there?"

"More than fifty ard n. They outnumber us five to one, so it would be wise to leave this place."

"Yeah, that’s not happening." Dante’s eyes filled with murderous intent.

If soone wanted to kill him, he would retaliate with full force.

He had anticipated sothing like this but never imagined they would send such a large group of hitn—not when he had sent his elite team after the Jiménez brothers. But even if they were heavily outnumbered, he would end this today.

"Did Anton Chigurh show up?"

"Negative, there’s no sign of that hitman."

Now what?

He never imagined there would be so many complications.

"What a strange coincidence," Dante smirked as he looked at one of his personal soldiers and said, "I bet they could use so help. Tell , where’s the fight happening?"

"Near the bus station. But sir, it might be a trap. You’ve made yourself too visible in the last few days, so they’re probably trying to hunt you down."

Dante shook his head and said, "Just give the details."

"You’ll know when you get there! But be careful—they’re ard with guns and explosives!" The soldier knew what Dante was capable of, so he didn’t reject his offer to help. He simply gave him a courtesy warning before running off to join the reinforcents.

While his n hunted the Jiménez brothers and Alejandro took care of the leader of the Sonora Cartel, he would help his subordinates.

...

The bus station was especially crowded that day.

In the morning, a dead body had been discovered, and in the afternoon, the murderer had been captured along with a gang of pickpockets. And now, a shootout was taking place.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The loud and harsh sound of gunfire terrified the civilians in the area, who hid under cars to escape the danger.

However, hiding did nothing to calm them down.

Their trembling bodies gave them away.

Boom!

The powerful explosion nearly scared the civilians to death.

Even the police officers facing the hitn and their n trembled as they gripped their firearms. They had been ordered to stop these criminals, but they found themselves caught in the middle of a shootout between three different factions.

"Dammit! Where did they get those weapons and explosives?"

"Kill them all," shouted a man who had unfortunately been caught in the crossfire due to orders from a boss he didn’t even know. He could only take cover behind a concrete wall to reload his weapon.

His n didn’t respond, which infuriated him even more.

But he found a better way to release his anger. The man jumped out of his hiding spot and fired his weapon nonstop.

After the gunfire, a scream was heard from the other side of the rooftop, followed by the sound of soone falling to the ground.

"I’ll teach you so manners, you sons of bitches!" shouted the man leading his crew against the hitn.

The sergeant’s precise shot lifted the spirits of his n, who erged from their cover one by one and began shooting.

Although it didn’t have much effect.

Dozens of guns fired at the sa ti, but aside from one man who got hit in the arm, no other shot found its mark.

"You idiots! Aim properly, will you? Are you blind?"

"We’re not trained like the others—we’re just gunn."

"You moron, we just have to buy ti until they get here." His lean but fit body and his roar nearly drowned out the gunfire.

"AAAAAHHHHH!"

Another scream rang out as another enemy fell from the rooftop.

"Nice shot! Who was it?" After his furious reprimand, a smile finally appeared on the man’s face. He turned to his n, who were trying to see who had fired. He definitely wouldn’t mind having a good marksman on his team.

But all he got from his n were blank stares.

Bang!

Another gunshot rang out as he looked at his crew.

A scream was heard, and soone else fell to the ground in the distance.

"Boss, over there!" A sharp-eyed man had spotted a figure slowly erging from an alleyway.

"A single man?" The police captain was surprised by the sudden appearance of a figure whose rifle was the only thing visible.

"Is it them?"

"Hold your fire, wait."

At the sa ti, more figures followed him and soon reached his side. "Who’s in charge?"

"I am. Na’s Ramirez."

"Good, Ramirez. I’m Dan. Your superior told you needed help!"

The man who had just arrived was Dante, and those with him were police officers.

Following the informant’s instructions, when Dante reached the area near the bus station, he followed the sounds of gunfire and explosions, pinpointing the exact location of the fight.

It wasn’t far from the bus station.

The police officers battling the hitn and their n were holding their ground.

They had occupied an abandoned two-story building and were using it as a defensive stronghold. The building’s height made the underground hitn stand out.

The faint moonlight revealed the location of the police officers beneath them, who were being suppressed.

anwhile, the police had taken refuge behind a building on the other side of the street. Every ti they fired, their position was exposed to the gunn.

Dante had already seen at least five injured officers, and the remaining ones struggled to avoid getting hit. They extended their arms from behind cover, blindly firing at their targets. The results were predictable.

Under Felipe Lobos’ orders, these police officers were engaging the hitn, who were now also fighting Dante’s n. There was no doubt that these officers were anything but skilled fighters.

But they were following orders, and Dante simply didn’t want these poor n to die.

While his n fought more hitn, the plan was for Dante and the reinforcents to finish them off from behind.

"We’ll take it from here, Ramirez."
