You arrive in sight of the fortified city of Thotherside. The walls are thick and sturdy, especially around the Earl’s castle, which, probably built atop the original hill, dominates the town. A busy flow of people and carts indicates a city with significant activity. There are a few suburbs, but they are at a reasonable distance from the moats surrounding the walls, leaving a defensive network in case of a siege.
