Jas stepped out of the Koenigsegg Gera with a wide smile plastered on his face.

The entire drive through Lower Bel-Air had been nothing short of incredible. The smooth roads, the towering mansions, the breathtaking cityscape views — it was an entirely different world. Even the air itself felt different.

Even after he got the property, Anzo Estate, through the system’s rebate reward, it hadn’t fully hit him just how luxurious and exclusive their new neighborhood was — until now.

He had grown up seeing mansions like these on TV, associated with billionaires, Hollywood A-listers, tech moguls, and old-money elites.

Yet here he was, driving through the very streets where these untouchable figures lived, in a hypercar that could outpace most Ferraris. It was nothing short of a dream for a young man like him.

As soon as Leslie stepped out of the car, she threw her hands in the air and scread.

Jas and Patty exchanged amused glances before bursting into laughter.

Jas shook his head, recalling sothing that had stood out to him during the drive.

"I was actually surprised to see Elon’s house," he admitted, with a big smile on his face as he thought about the future.

Jas knew that this wasn’t just about seeing Elon Musk’s property — it was what it represented.

Before acquiring Anzo Estate, Jas had never even considered the possibility of living in a place like Bel-Air. Not because he lacked the ambition, but because he understood sothing that most people didn’t:

Leslie practically bounced toward the house entrance, her eyes gleaming with childish excitent.

"I really wish we could move in already," she said, her voice filled with pure anticipation.

"We will move in after moving in the furniture and other necessary things from our old place," she said.

"And when we are don with that, I will put the place up for sale. I want everything to be handled properly," she added.

Jas heard what Patty said, but however, he wasn’t entirely on board with that idea.

"We should get everything new, Patty," he argued. "There’s no point in bringing old furniture into a place like this. It wouldn’t fit the vibe at all."

He felt that bringing the furnitures and stuffs from the old place to here, would cause a mismatch. And besides, Jas want to richly furnish the new place and he won’t be able to do it, if Patty wants to use old stuffs.

Patty shook her head on disagreent to what Jas said.

"That would be too much and unnecessary expenses. Why waste money when we already have perfectly good furniture?"

She was thinking practically, but Jas wasn’t bound by those sa concerns anymore.

It’s not that he wants to waste money but he just felt gang since the furnishings is only to be done once, then he should splurge since he can.

"Don’t worry about the money. I’ll take care of it," he smiled at her.

He currently has more than enough cash to furnish the entire estate with brand-new, high-end furniture that matched the luxury of the house.

Patty initially wanted to refuse, but she knew just how Jas is and she knew that he won’t budge. And besides, she understood that be wants to spend on the house.

So, she silently made up her mind that once the old house was sold, she would transfer the money from the sale back to Jas.

Patty, on the other hand, had already grabbed her laptop and started browsing furniture stores online.

"Already making plans, huh?"

Jas nodded and headed straight to his room to handle one last task.
