The ride to Anzo Estate took about twenty-five minutes, and as they neared the location, they all began to notice the upscale surroundings.

It was complete contrast from where they were coming from and they felt slightly out of place.

"This area looks too fancy for you, Jas," Leslie teased, looking out the window. "Are we eting soone here?"

Jas smirked but didn’t answer. He was very curious and eager to see the look on their faces — especially Leslie’s — when they see the property.

As they drove further, the luxurious hos of Lower Bel Air ca into view — massive, gated mansions with extravagant architecture.

It wasn’t just the neighbourhood, even the air felt different as it had so sort of elegance to it, and they knew that this was due to the atmosphere.

Even from the outside, it was clear that this was one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Los Angeles. And since Los Angeles is a very expensive place, they knew that the properties in this place cost a fortune.

Patty glanced at Jas, feeling very confused. Jas told her and Leslie that he wants to show them sothing and he brought them here. Why exactly?

"Jas... where exactly are we going?" She asked, when she was unable to hold in her curiosity.

"We’re almost there," Jas replied, as he kept his eyes on the road.

A minute later, the GPS announced their arrival.

"You have arrived at your destination."

Jas pulled up in front of a double gated, massive, modern mansion with a sleek black and white exterior, tall glass windows, and a beautifully landscaped front yard.

Leslie’s jaw dropped at the view in front of her.

"Wait... what?"

Patty’s eyes widened in a mix of shock and confusion, as she took in the enormous estate.

"Jas... what is this place?" Patty asked.

Jas turned off the engine and smirked.

"Our new ho."

Leslie nearly choked.

"Bullshit!"

Instead of saying anything, Jas stepped out of the car, leaving them frozen in shock. He walked up to the front gate, pulled out the estate’s key card that he got from the docunts, and tapped it against the panel.

A soft beep sounded, and the gates automatically slid open, revealing the massive driveway leading up to the front entrance.

Patty and Leslie slowly stepped out of the car, still trying to process what was happening.

"Jas... what do you an ’our new ho’?" Patty asked, her voice filled with disbelief.

Jas turned to face them, arms crossed.

"It’s exactly what I said. This is ours now."

Leslie blinked, then burst out laughing.

"Holy shit! This has to be a joke. Tell this is a joke!"

Patty, still in shock, turned to look at Jas with a look of concern on her face.

"Jas... where did you get the money for sothing like this?"

Jas shrugged, keeping his usual calm composure. This was a question he expected her to ask, and he already has an answer for it.

"The project I’m working on with Ralph has been... extrely profitable."

Leslie’s eyes darted between Jas and the mansion.

"This is way beyond ’profitable’! Do you know how much houses in Bel Air cost?!"

"Yeah," Jas nodded with a proud smile. "This one is worth $12.5 million."

Patty and Leslie slowly turned, and stared at him in disbelief.

"Twelve... point five... million dollars?" Patty whispered.

Her emotions were all over the place at the mont and she felt like she was suddenly thrown into sothing she doesn’t understand.

Everything that has been happening lately, was very strange to say the least. Jas lucky got a substantial amount of money from gambling, then he invested it in a project he’s working on with Ralph.

The project was a success, he got so profits that he used to pay off the mortgage and to buy a car. She understood things — she tried to understand — but $12.5 million... That was sothing else entirely.

Jas smiled in satisfaction, enjoying their reactions. He knew that Patty was still confused and shocked by everything, and that she has a lot of questions. And he would answer them if he can.

"Let’s go inside," He said, and started walking to the building.

The mont they stepped inside, Leslie let out a gasp.

The interior of the property was even more breathtaking than the exterior.

The spacious foyer featured high ceilings, a crystal chandelier, and polished marble floors. To the left was a modern open-concept living room with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall overlooking the backyard pool.

To the right, there was a grand staircase leading to the upper floors, with sleek black railings and custom lighting.

Patty covered her mouth in shock as she slowly took in the surroundings.

"This is unreal..."

Leslie, on the other hand, was spinning in circles, taking it all in. Her eyes darted to every corners of the house, making sure to take in all the view and leave nothing out.

"Jas, what the hell?! This looks like so rich Hollywood actor’s house!" She exclaid in shock.

Jas chuckled at her reaction, as he started walking around the house.

"Co on, let’s explore."

They walked further in, property’s exploring the state-of-the-art kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, multiple lounge areas, including the professionally lit tennis court, a billiards room, the state-of-the-art theater, the bar, the wine cellar, and the personal gym complete with a sauna.

When they stepped outside, they were greeted with a massive infinity pool, a luxurious outdoor lounge, and a private garden.

Leslie turned to Jas, her hands on her hips and with curiosity burning in her eyes.

"Okay. I need answers. Now."

Patty nodded in agreent. She feels that Jas has a lot of explaining to do.

"Jas, this is incredible, but... are you sure about this?"

Jas gave them a reassuring smile. He was happy that they are concerned for him and he understood that they will always be.

"Trust , I’ve thought everything through. This place is completely paid for. No loans, no debt. It’s ours."

Leslie squinted at him and her eyes widened the following mont, in shock.

"Wait... you actually own this outright?!"

"Yep." Jas nodded his head.

Patty took a deep breath, still struggling to comprehend the situation.

"Jas... I don’t even know what to say."

Jas smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Then don’t say anything. Just enjoy it."

Leslie suddenly gasped and turned to look at Jas, with the shock on her face deepening.

"Wait — if this house is real, then that car must be real too!" She said, as she pointed at the black beauty in the parking area.

"You finally caught on," Jas smirked

He reached into his pocket and pulled out the Koenigsegg Gera’s key fob, and started walking towards the car.

Patty and Leslie were shocked when they see him pull out the key from his pocket. They looked at each other and followed Jas, as he led them to the mansion’s garage.

The mont Jas opened the door leading to the garage, they were greeted by the sight of a sleek, jet-black Koenigsegg Gera sitting under the bright LED lights of the garage.

Leslie scread.

"NO. FREAKING. WAY."

Patty covered her mouth again. She has no idea just how many tis she has been shocked today and she just can’t help herself.

"Jas, that’s... that’s a hypercar."

Jas nodded, with a smirk on his face.

"A $1.7 million hypercar, to be exact."

Leslie heard the price of the car and rushed toward it, practically drooling over it.

"Jas, I swear, if this wasn’t illegal before, it has to be now!"

Jas laughed, walking up to the driver’s side and unlocking the doors.

"Get in. I’ll take you both for a spin."

Patty hesitated for a mont. She didn’t want to go.

"Jas... you really own all of this?"

Jas nodded confidently, with a reassuring smile on his face.

"It’s all ours, Patty. No strings attached. Just enjoy it."

Patty took a deep breath, pushing out of all of the concern in her heart and finally allowed herself to smile.

"Alright. Let’s go for a ride."

Leslie imdiately opened the door and practically jumped into the passenger seat, when she heard what Jas said. While Patty slowly got into the back of the car and put on her seatbelt.

"Let’s GOOOOO!" Leslie shouted in excitent.

Jas smirked, revved the engine, and the Koenigsegg Gera roared to life.

As he pulled out of the garage and onto the open roads of Bel Air, Leslie continued to scream with excitent, while Patty held on for dear life.

Jas, however, was grinning the entire ti.
