After all, Yanarym left him without saying goodbye on the puod of Rajah. But right now, she was astonished at how he was. She was expecting that he would go berserk and force or do sothing to her again, but guess he would not.
Guide-sama: "Are you disappointed?"
"Guide-sama."
Guide-sama: " Yes?"
"Shut up."
"I'm done." She said as she had finished putting on her clothes.
"Can I hug you first?" Achis walked slowly towards her, when she nodded her head he extended his arms and embraced her so tight that she felt that she couldn't breathe. "I miss you, I miss you so much, Rym." He whispered to her and let her go. He stared into her eyes and longed for her warmth. He can't still believe that she's back in his arms.
"I'm sorry for doing things that violated you, I'm sorry for being such a bastard. I will never do it again, I will not disrespect you again. I promise. I will not hurt you again." He caressed her face, just like he always does, and felt the softness of it against his callous fingers.
"Achis, if you are saying sorry for to go back, I'm sorry too… but I can't be with you at that little safe place anymore." She pursed her lips and seriously peered at her. Achis frozen from his spot. He had anticipated this but hearing it from her mouth still stings his heart.
"...I-I know you won't forgive that easily." He stamred as he tried to convey his words but he was cut off before he could say the least of his dialogue.
"No, I already have forgiven you, but my Baba needs . I can't leave his side anymore. I realized it was foolish to run away and Maki... Maki told that he wouldn't harm ."
"Maki? That guy, Rym..." Maki, that na. That man, he ruined everything about them. He was the reason why she left him. What's the worst? He is the Tala people, he will bring disaster to Yanarym.
"He won't hurt , I know. He promised ." Achis grits his teeth hearing how she protects him. He was the one who ravaged her before wasn't he? Why is she on his side now?
"No, Rym, you can't trust him." He refutes firmly but she creases her brows on him. "He's not as good a person, he is not what you think he is."
"What do you an? Do you know him? Do you know Maki? How?"
"Yes, I know him." He gulped after admitting he had to tell her everything. There's no hiding it anymore.
"How did you find ?" She sterns up her voice and looks at him with a firm gaze. Achis felt anxious, thinking about the possibility that she will get mad at him but he continued, whatever happened, he will not let her go.
It's better to be hated now than sprinkle her with lies and suffer from the consequences later. Yanarym is a clever woman, she will know things eventually on her own. And if she does, she might go away. Sowhere, where he could never see her again. And it's the most terrifying thing that could happen.
"...from Tala, I heard it from her." He mumbled, he studied her reaction but she didn't look surprised.
"I know, Maki told , you are conspiring with her to kill my Baba." His eyes widened and shook his head in panic.
"No! No! Listen to , it's not what you think." He cupped her face but she evaded and shoved him away. She looked at him gravely and tried to move away but he held her shoulders fearing that she would run.
"You know who I am from the start, right? Why did you not tell ?" She struggled to break free and he pulled her closer to embrace her. "Are you allies with Tala from the beginning?"
"No! Yanar… Rym, it's not like that. I can explain everything. I am in love with you, that's why I hid the truth about you before."
"...I can't believe you." She pushed his chest away but he did not budge. He kissed her head and felt like his eyes were starting to water. He felt so hopeless, he didn't want to be abandoned again.
"I know, I was the bad guy to you. I was a bastard. I did things that I should not do. But I was jealous… I was going mad, Yanar, I am scared that you will leave … " His voice broke as he tried to calm her down, he was the one losing composure.
He knows this is not enough of an excuse but this is his genuine emotion.
"But I did leave you Achis, and I won't be coming back." She uttered without remorse, Achis felt his bones weakening, his grasp loosening. Why is he so weak when it cos to her?
"Rym," he gasped for air as he felt a sharp pang on his chest with her statent. She pushed him away again and this ti she successfully freed herself. His body was too sluggish, he felt so overpowered. He can't fight with her. He was automatically the loser in this battle.
"Why do you want to kill my Baba?"
"I'm not! I will not kill him, I swear I was not scheming anything to your Baba. I won't cause you more harm." He reached out to her and held her hand. But she just brushed him away again. He bit his lips to stop his tears. It hurts being pushed away. The constant rejection, he was not so used to this. She's always smiling at him and sweet… but now she's cold and indifferent.
"Then, why are you conspiring with my evil sister?! If you know sothing, you should know she will kill ! She will harm ! You are allied with her! Then, you are my enemy too!" He violently shook her head as a response.
