Ireya fell asleep at night hugging her new treasures.

She slept particularly soundly that night and had another dream, but this ti she wasn’t being lifted by the ear. Instead, she was wielding the Hand of Judgnt in the Duel Arena and dominating the competition, making the other contestants cry for their mothers.

When she opened her eyes the next morning, Miss Rabbit felt refreshed and invigorated, with all her fatigue swept away.

Ruby knocked on the door from outside, "Miss Ireya, it’s almost ti."

The girl humd a response, sat up from the bed, and first stretched out one hand, with her thumb and little thumb pointing towards the sky while the other three fingers together pointed towards the ground.

She said a prayer in her heart to the great Saturday, thanking it for the mighty power it had bestowed upon her.

Afterward, she took the towel handed to her by the maid, wiped her face, brushed her teeth, and started to get dressed.

Despite having no intentions of actual participation when coming to the Royal Capital, considering that she might need to keep up appearances, she still brought all of her gear.

Including the emperor-gifted sword, the Dwarf Armor she wore during her previous dragon-slaying, and the Dragon Scale Shield, a specialty from Green Field.

Now, all these were put to use as the Lady, with Ruby’s help, donned each piece onto herself.

At least she looked the part when Ireya ca downstairs appearing before everyone.

Clad in full battle gear, her armor glistening in the sunlight, she indeed possessed a bit of the Dragon Slayer Knight’s allure.

The girl saw that everyone was eagerly watching her at this point, which built up the atmosphere to where she felt obliged to say sothing.

But what should she say? Miss Rabbit scratched her head; this was a historic mont, if she truly beca the champion at the tournant, everyone would definitely recall what she said this morning.

It might even beco a delightful tale, so she needed to say sothing with a bit more wit.

Perhaps sothing like "Watch poke them all!" or "I’ve claid this championship!" Both assertive enough, but still sowhat lacking in prestige.

Miss Rabbit wracked her brains and finally rembered a little story Li Yu had once told her about soone nad Guan Yu who slew Hua Xiong with warm wine.

So she decided to imitate the fellow called Guan Yu and told Ruby behind her, "Make a bowl of radish water."

"Okay." Ruby, though puzzled as to why the Lady suddenly wanted radish water early in the morning, complied and went to the kitchen to prepare it.

The expressions of other people in the inn varied as well.

The existence of the New Holy Artifact had been kept secret until now, except for Ge Lipeng, Li Yu, and Ireya, no one else knew.

Everyone seeing the Lady suddenly requesting radish water thought she was not confident about her prospects in the tournant, worrying that she might not return, thus wanting one last bowl of her hotown’s radish water before departing.

With this thought, many faces showed concern.

But the Lady didn’t even wait for the radish water to be ready. After laughing loudly twice, she straightened up and proudly walked out of the inn’s main door.

At Li Yu’s request, Ge Lipeng had temporarily beco Ireya’s squire knight responsible for checking and maintaining her weapons. He was already waiting outside, along with Ferdinand Batoris of the Batoris Family.

He too had enrolled in the tournant.

Ireya greeted Ge Lipeng first, then patted Ferdinand on the shoulder, "If you happen to face later, just admit defeat early."

However, the head of the Batoris family shook his head when he heard this.

"I can allow you other things, but not this ti in the tournant. I also want to use this opportunity to revive our family."

"Who said I was letting you win? I’m worried you’ll get hurt," the lady said, pointing to the three pistols and one axe hanging at her waist, beaming proudly.

"See? This is the new Holy Artifact that rlin gave . It’s really powerful, emits flas too. I’m set on winning the champion title at this tournant!"

"Then let’s compete based on our abilities," Ferdinand said.

"Hey, you... Never mind, you’ll see how powerful the new Holy Artifact is when the ti cos, and you’ll know how formidable it is. Have you still not considered joining the Double Rest Sect after all this ti?"

"Changing faith is a big deal, you know. Do you think everyone is as reckless as you?" Ferdinand said sternly.

"My actions aren’t reckless; they are wise, unafraid of change. Hmph, just wait a few more years, everyone will envy the decision I made before."

While speaking, the lady tried to mount her horse by stepping on a stool. However, after several attempts, whether due to her short stature or the heavy armor she was wearing, she couldn’t succeed.

In the end, it was Thomas who added another stool, and the young girl successfully climbed onto her horse. Pointing in the direction of the Duel Arena, she declared spiritedly, "Let’s go!"

It was then that a minstrel appeared from nowhere, shouting as he ca.

"Wait for , wait for , I want to go too! I will record the glorious manner of your battle and compose a poem after you win the championship for people to sing!"

His words made the lady view him much more favorably, and she no longer pursued the matter of the minstrel previously composing and leaking poems everywhere.

Most importantly, her upcoming brave battle indeed needed a witness, so she took Kieren with her as they left the city.

First, the girl went to the stands to pay her respects to the Emperor and Empress, but soon after, the lady received terrible news: her duel was scheduled for the afternoon.

By the ti her duel was over and she returned, the carrot water would definitely have gone cold, which left Miss Rabbit sowhat embarrassed.

It was like going to an amusent park to ride a roller coaster; though the ride ends quickly with a whoosh, the line before it takes two hours.

The lady even regretted having put on her armor before leaving ho, as after sitting in the sun for a while, she felt the outer shell heating up, sweat forming on her forehead, and her movents were cumberso, making it difficult to walk.

Ireya watched several other duels but found it hard to engage fully like the audience around her.

Fairly speaking, the quality of today’s duels was clearly higher than yesterday’s, with mostly experts taking the stage, their moves and sword skills impeccable.

However, in Miss Rabbit’s eyes, everything seed full of flaws, and she could take any of them down with a casual shot.

This was the difference in realm.

Being invincible is indeed a lonely thing.

The young girl couldn’t help but feel reflective, then noticed on the other side Ferdinand had already finished his fight, winning against a young noble from the south.

The latter’s freckled face was filled with reluctance, yet Ferdinand’s two-handed sword was already pointed at his heart.

"I, I lost!" the young man said, dejected.

"Thank you for the lesson," the head of the Batoris family said unemotionally, sheathing his sword and looking over to the lady, who was idly picking at the grass under her.
