"That trick will only work once," Leviathan said with confidence.
"Once is enough," an arrogant voice replied. "Also, cut so slack. I was just born. If I were as old as you, even if there were a hundred of you, I'd still win hands down."
Leviathan snorted. "That's if you can live that long. Well, as long as you stay by Ethan's side, you'll probably survive a century or two."
The black draconic snake that was only a foot long clicked its tongue, but it didn't affirm or deny Leviathan's words.
"By the way, did he give you a na?" Leviathan asked.
"Of course he did," the little Ouroboros replied. "And it's such an aweso na."
"Oh, and that is?" Leviathan arched an eyebrow.
He was curious to know what kind of na Ethan bestowed on the Primordial Beast, which had just hatched from its golden egg.
Depending on how strong their Master was and how much they liked their nas, newly-born Ouroboros could quickly increase their strength to mature faster.
"Listen well, and listen good," the little Ouroboros answered. "The na he gave is... "Aion."
Leviathan pondered for a bit as he tried to scrutinize the na. However, no matter how hard he thought about it, he couldn't figure out what the na ant.
Aion, who was looking back at the Progenitor of the Sea with a smug expression on his face, knew what the old man was thinking.
Because of this, he decided to throw Leviathan a lifeline.
"Do you want to know what my na ans?" Aion asked.
"Yes," Leviathan replied. "I want to know why Ethan gave you that na."
"I'm sure you do!" Aion raised his head arrogantly despite it only being a foot-long creature. "My na ans Everlasting. However, it also has another aning... Eternity."
Leviathan smiled faintly after hearing the aning of the Ouroboros' na.
"A good na," Leviathan replied. "But can you tell when Ethan will wake up?"
It had been three days since the battle in the Akkadian Realm had ended, and the young man was still sleeping.
Aion smirked before forming the symbol of Eternity by biting its own tail.
"He will wake up when it is ti for him to wake up," Aion answered through telepathy. "Do not rush him. Do you think it's easy to fight against my predecessor? My master only won by sheer luck."
Aion then glanced in the direction of the Royal Palace, where his master was sleeping.
The colossal Ouroboros who appeared in the battle wasn't Aion.
It was the Will of the Ouroboros before him.
This Will was so strong that it could destroy worlds if it wished.
When Ethan gained its recognition, the egg rged with the Will of the Last Ouroboros and took control of its body for a short period of ti.
And through that strong will, Aion was born.
The bluff Leviathan was referring to was the overwhelming display of power Aion had shown everyone.
But that wasn't really his power.
And now, that power was no longer available.
He couldn't make ti loop infinitely and prevent anyone from dying anymore.
He would need at least two to three thousand years before he could do sothing similar again.
Though he could still make a ti loop once a day, that was his limit.
"Can't you wake him up faster?" Leviathan frowned. "There are... a lot of things that he needs to take care of at the mont."
"Ah... right." Aion nodded in understanding.
Outside the small office where the two were talking, countless mbers of the Ocean Races, the Gargoyles, and the Fairies, were busy repairing the city of Atlantis.
Not to ntion that the Progenitor of Magic, Hecate, was also there, making everyone feel tense due to her presence.
She even went as far as to ask Ethan's wives to serve her tea and snacks.
The Progenitor promised that, with her help, getting all of them to conceive Ethan's child was just a matter of raising a finger.
Since no one wanted to offend her, especially given her history of carrying grudges, Princess Ramona, Joanne, and Illumina made sure that she got everything she wanted.
Lily, who was pregnant with Ethan's children, was currently under the heavy protection of the Protector Clans. Ethan was also being protected by Lilith and his other lovers.
The safest place in Midgard right now was Atlantis, which was currently at the bottom of the
sea.
While everyone was busy doing their thing, Ethan lay on the bed, sleeping peacefully. Chloe, Emma, and Lilith were by his side, working hand in hand in order to help him recover faster.
The Stone of Destiny, Lia Fail, hovered above Ethan's chest, sprinkling golden particles of light into his body, boosting his recovery speed.
Emma, on the other hand, slowly fed the young man a potion, which she had just finished crafting an hour ago.
"He should be waking up anyti now," Lilith said as she held Ethan's hand while sitting on the side of the bed.
"You're right," Chloe, who was connected with the Stone of Destiny, agreed with Lilith's statent. "Either today or tomorrow."
Emma, who had finished feeding her Master, wiped the potion that had spilled from the corner of his lips with a handkerchief.
She and Samantha had used their powers to diagnose Ethan's condition, and they were shocked by what they discovered.
Ethan's Origin Crystals had eleven layers, each of them shining with a different color.
Actually, they weren't really shocked that it had eleven layers. What caught their attention was that each layer brimd with a different kind of magic power.
And those powers matched the magic powers of all his lovers.
Lily's Lycanthropy Magic.
Luna's Moon Magic.
Chloe's Fire Magic.
Lilian's Water Magic.
Samantha's Healing Magic.
Illumina's Deep Sea Magic.
Emma's Dark Magic.
Lilith's Shadow Abilities.
Princess Ramona's Summoning Magic.
Nicole's and Baradiel's Ice Magic.
And last, but not the least, was Ethan's Absorption Magic.
Usually, a Wizard only specialized in one type of magic.
Although they could cast other spells belonging to other elents, they wouldn't be as powerful as those cast by the people who had a magic affinity for that particular magical
elent.
And yet, Ethan had mastery over eleven branches of Magic, a feat even the most powerful Wizards weren't capable of doing.
As such, Ethan's Magic Reserves were vast.
Extrely vast.
After making the Ouroboros his Spiritual Beast, his Spiritual Sea had expanded exponentially.
What Chloe and Emma were currently doing was trying to fill up that vast sea with power,
which had been drained during Ethan's battle with the Will of Ouroboros.
The two Witches couldn't even fathom how strong Ethan was at the mont.
The reason?
There was only one person whom they could think of who had a nearly endless supply of
magical powers aside from their lover.
This was none other than the Progenitor of Magic herself, Lady Hecate, who was also aware of
Ethan's condition.
Because she was curious to see how strong Ethan was, she decided to stay and watch over him
until he woke up.
After that, she would fight him in a duel to see just how strong the young man, whom she had
bullied in the past, had beco.
Truth be told, Lady Hecate was looking forward to this battle.
She wanted to know if the person whom Baradiel had recognized would be able to live up to
her expectations.
