Lynch stared intently at the enormous crystal screen, where countless streams of complex data finally halted and converged, forming a continually rotating and enlarging three-dinsional energy structure model.

The core of the model was not the energy waves or particle surges of ordinary flas, but displayed an intensely disturbing structure that seed composed of countless extrely tiny, constantly writhing and entangled pale worms! They crowded together densely, forming a dynamic, living fla shape!

"What is this...?"

Lynch’s pupils slightly contracted as he imdiately realized sothing. He swiftly adjusted another precise instrunt beside the laboratory table—a magic microscope inscribed with the rune of the "Eye of Microscopy," directing its focal point at the pale spark isolated within the crystal prism.

Through the lens of the magic microscope, able to magnify the microscopic world by millions of tis, the scene before Lynch sent chills up his spine!

That seemingly calmly burning pale spark was fundantally not composed of energy particles, but constituted by countless extrely fine, semi-transparent biological entities resembling maggots!

Each of them was only the size of bacteria yet had distinct mouthparts and segnted bodies, frantically writhing, rolling, biting each other, and continually splitting and proliferating!

They were not "burning" but were consuming everything around them at a terrifying speed, including the trace energy of the crystal prism’s interior walls that confined them, excreting remnants with a frigid, deathly aura, thus forming the seemingly fla-like cold halo!

This was not an elental fla at all, but a living biological cluster with a terrifying instinct to devour! A microscopic worm swarm!

"Death worms..." Lynch almost blurted out the na, his grey eyes filled with shock and gravity.

He instantly understood the truth of this white fla. It was not a product of the Wizard World, but originated from the endlessly feared Endless Abyss, a special variant of the terrifying Abyss Worm clan!

This entity is a bizarre lifeform of the rules system, existing fundantally to represent the rules of "devouring" and "demise."

They possess an extraordinarily dreadful ability to devour and assimilate. A thumb-sized cluster of death worms can entirely engulf a dense forest and the mineral veins beneath it in a very short ti!

Because they do not burn but decompose, devour, and convert matter into nutrients for proliferation at an unimaginable speed, the process is so fast that it appears as if the matter is "lting" or "burning," thus being mistaken for a special kind of fla.

Lynch’s brows furrowed tightly, his expression turning exceptionally serious: "Death worms... that guy could even get his hands on such forbidden items..."

His thoughts raced, recalling records seen in the history of the Wizard World.

Due to accidental leakage, the death worms once went completely out of control in a Three-Ring Wizarding Domain, causing a terrifying disaster that swept across the entire domain, turning countless towns, secret places, and even powerful wizards into nothing within the endless white "worm flas."

Ultimately, the Supre Council paid a great price, deploying several Rule Wizards and even Truth Wizards to barely contain and seal the catastrophe.

Since then, death worms have been classified as the highest-level contraband, strictly guarded against throughout the Wizard World, with any activity involving the private possession, research, or trading of death worms subject to the most severe sanctions by the Supre Council, except for a few special permissions granted to top Wizard Organizations for extrely dangerous research.

"Is it the Land of Freedom? The Tower of Order?" Lynch imdiately considered this possibility. Only in such chaotic and unrestrained places like the Land of Freedom, daring to challenge all rules, could forbidden items like this be secretly preserved and traded.

"But... what kind of price did he pay to make the Tower of Order defy the Supre Council’s prohibition and hand over such a thing to him?" Lynch was filled with doubt. The price must be beyond imagination, possibly involving so unspeakable secret transactions capable of shaking the foundation of the Wizard World.

And what surprised Lynch even more—

"How did he manage it?!" Lynch watched the frenzy-writhing microscopic dreadful creatures under the microscope, muttering.

Death worms are notorious for their extre greed and uncontrollability. They devour any energy and matter they co into contact with, including spiritual power or magic power attempts to control them!

Wizards historically attempting to control death worms often ended up as fodder for their proliferation.

Alfred not only successfully acquired them but seed to have found so thod to harness this terrifying power to a certain extent? This was utterly inconceivable!

Shaking his head, Lynch temporarily pressed down this headache-inducing question into the depths of his mind.

What’s more crucial now is how to utilize this discovery!

"Since knowing that the real identity of this thing is death worms..." Lynch pondered, a cold glint flashing in his grey eyes, his mouth involuntarily curling into a smile tinged with danger, "then perhaps I should prepare a grand ’gift’ for this ’old friend,’ a big ’surprise’."

At this mont, the imnse advantage brought by his vast comprehensive knowledge base manifested. With centuries of accumulation spanning alchemy, Magic Plants, Demon, runes, elents, and various forbidden knowledge... all now ford his most solid backing.

Almost instantly upon confirming it was death worms, it was as if a vast database opened in his mind, with countless related information—traits, weaknesses, historical cases, control thods, and... counterasures—automatically surfacing, filtering, and combining to quickly form several clear, feasible response plans.

He was entirely familiar with effectively dealing with death worms.

And more importantly—

He knew even better how to cleverly exploit the traits of death worms to let them spiral out of control...

"Buzz..."

With a thought, a rack beside the experintal platform automatically slid open, revealing rows of tightly sealed materials cabinets with danger labels. His gaze swiftly scanned, and his spiritual power accurately locked onto several specific materials.

He reached out, performing telekinesis. Several containers of different materials steadily flew onto the main experint table and began the operation.

Under the dim yellow lamp, Lynch’s face flickered with an intermittently appearing smile:

"Hopefully next ti we et..." he whispered, as if already seeing so intriguing scene, "you won’t be too startled, Al...fred."
