Above the sky, a dialogue among the elites.

The Dawn Wizard Aizer greeted, "Long ti no see, Erodion. However, as a junior, you should co over and pay your respects first."

Erodion replied blandly, "Do you think this is so Elder Council of a family? Still playing those seniority gas. This is the world of wizards, where strength speaks louder than words."

"Ha!"

A cold laugh rang out. It ca from Antonio, the Master of Star Dust, who said sarcastically, "I never thought soone like you, from a fallen family, not even a direct descendant, a Muggle, could have the fortune to stand here and talk to us one day."

Margaret chipped in, "This is how it looks when a commoner seizes high rank. Their minds are full of flaunting their newfound identity and status, eager to cut ties with their forr self. A few generations for a rare chance—just pity him for a mont."

In the shadows, it was glaringly evident that the three were targeting Erodion.

Erodion’s patience was wearing thin, his brows furrowed, "Did the three of you co here today just to pick a fight?"

"No!"

Margaret twirled her hair, shook her head, and said, "We’re simply displeased with you, so we threw so shade. As for fighting... we all know none of us can truly overwhelm the others. It’s aningless to start a fight."

"Enough!" Aizer took over the conversation, "It’s rare to et like this—not to argue, but to handle so business."

The disputes in the sky temporarily ca to an end.

The four Third Rings took their respective Second Ranks from their Wizard Organizations and flew to the four corners of the square. Standing their ground, they spread out and each brought out their magic wands and witchcraft.

"Let’s begin."

The wizards exchanged glances, then unanimously began chanting spells.

At the sa ti, in the center of the square, a large magic array slowly lit up. The space within the array began to ripple, visibly distorting and vibrating, and started to spin gradually.

In the blink of an eye, an elliptical vortex over 100 ters in diater and over 200 ters in height appeared in the middle of the square.

anwhile, a loud and clear voice resounded across the square:

"All apprentices, imdiately enter the Blood Moon Battlefield and comnce this year’s Blood Moon War!"

"All apprentices, imdiately enter the Blood Moon Battlefield and comnce this year’s Blood Moon War!"

The square, previously tranquil, burst into motion.

"It’s happening now!"

"Oh my gods, are we really heading in?"

"I’m not ready yet..."

"Haha, I can’t wait for this!"

Nerves, unease, excitent, and eagerness—apprentices carried a myriad of complex emotions as they stepped toward the vortex.

The vortex seed to have an infinite suction force; as apprentices approached, they were pulled in, the surface rippling slightly before they disappeared.

"Alright, everyone—take care out there."

Lynch bid farewell to his familiar companions.

He intended to approach Avery to exchange parting words too, but as he neared her, he noticed Avery surrounded by admirers and completely ignoring him. Seeing this, he said nothing more and turned to walk toward the vortex, quickly entering it.

anwhile, Avery had been watching Lynch closely. Seeing him approach earlier had eased her simring anger sowhat—thinking that at least he finally understood so human decency.

She had planned to utter a few polite words and let it slide. But before she could, he turned around and left...

"You just wait!"

With clenched silver teeth, Avery shoved through the crowd and darted straight into the vortex.

...

A peculiar sense of distortion hit, as if the entire body was twisting.

At first, Lynch’s vision blurred, and when it cleared again, he found himself in an unfamiliar place.

This was a forest.

Lush greenery and flourishing life—the vibrant grassland was dotted with colorfully blooming flowers, while the gentle sound of trickling streams reached his ears. It resembled an ordinary forest.

However, the sky here was riddled with cracks, like shattered glass. Through these fissures, one could vaguely see three suns: one large and two small—a truly surreal scene.

Lynch marveled, "So, this is Dinsion World?"

In the Main Material Plane, hidden beneath its surface were nurous secondary worlds, many with their own independent ecosystems. Such worlds were known as Dinsion Worlds.

The Blood Moon Battlefield was situated within one such Dinsion World.

"Such dense elents! It’s just as the rumors say—a place like this greatly enhances cultivation efficiency, let alone other tasks..."

The abundance of elents here was utterly astonishing. Lynch even felt he could absorb them just by breathing. He extended his hand casually into the air, and a visible cluster of elents gathered in his palm.

Lynch couldn’t help but exclaim in awe, "Wow, no wonder this is a prized land of the Wizard Families! What an amazing place!"

The Blood Moon Battlefield, this small world, was a secret realm collectively managed by ten Great Wizard Families. It served various purposes like cultivating materials, breeding specific demons, conducting experints, and cultivating magic. Only purebloods with special approval could enter.

"I’d better make my way to the safe zone first."

Shaking his head, Lynch retrieved a sheepskin scroll from his space pocket. It was the map of the Blood Moon Battlefield, distributed to all apprentices before entering the realm.

On the map, certain areas marked in white represented safe zones.

One rule of the Blood Moon Battlefield was that no warfare could occur within safe zones. Apprentices unwilling to participate in the war could stay in these areas indefinitely.

Of course, such apprentices were considered to have forfeited their choices. The fate of chaos or order in the world would then be left in the hands of others.

"Two hundred miles... quite a distance..."

Glancing at the map, Lynch noted that the nearest safe zone was over 200 miles away from his current location. There was no choice; apprentices’ entry points were random upon entering the battlefield—it all depended on luck.

Covering such a distance wasn’t feasible on foot—walking that far would take an eternity.

"Parker!"

He called softly, and soon, his cloak’s sleeve ruffled as Parker erged from the Dragon Nest, affectionately jumping onto his shoulder like a playful pup, licking his cheek.

"Alright, alright."

Lynch played with it for a mont before pulling out a frog leg to feed it, finally calming it down.

He then ordered, "Show your true skills. It’s ti to move."

Parker understood, leaping to the ground and flapping its wings.

Then ca the mont to witness a miracle...
