"Truly, never a mont of peace."

Looking at the chalk emanating continuous soul fluctuations, Richard knew this was definitely not a signal for him to get the hamr.

In these three years, both sides of the war had no large-scale conflicts. Whether it was the attacks of the Civilization Devourer or the Wizard Alliance, both were very restrained.

The Wizard Alliance was training soldiers, while the Civilization Devourer needed to devour wars.

Richard originally thought the Civilization Devourer had chosen to fully recover, but did not expect it to set its sights on the Monster World.

Without hesitation, Richard’s rationality instantly made him make the most correct judgnt.

The Rune Gate slowly opened, and Richard entered the eting hall of the City of Eternal Truth. The Secret Keeper stood by his side, holding his brass bell.

"Governor, do you need to convene a eting?"

"Convene it."

Dong——dong——dong——

The lodious sound of the bell emitted from the eting hall, conveying through dinsions to all civilization dinsions of the Wizard Alliance, and shortly thereafter, incarnations from each dinsion began transmitting this ssage to all the Dominators of the Wizard Alliance.

"Hmm? Is Miracle calling a eting?" The Shaping Energy Crown lifted his head, a hint of doubt flashing across his face.

"Might have found sothing or so news again." Beside him, the Alchemy Crown spoke with a calm voice.

"Destiny will watch over everything that could possibly lead to a deviation in destiny."

Saying this, the Alchemy Crown looked at the hand of the Shaping Energy Crown, where a highly complex rune model was in motion.

"Really, when it cos to energy studies, I still need to consult you. I’ve been working on this for three days, and you ca over in less than a day and solved it."

The Shaping Energy Crown casually tapped twice on the model, altering the order of a few runes.

"It’s not done yet; it can still be optimized. Once I’m finished optimizing it, the energy consumption rate of the World Ring should be reduced by three points."

...

Abyss World.

Dong——dong——

Listening to the sowhat harsh bells, Beelzebub halted what he was doing, a hint of doubt flashed in his eyes.

"A eting as soon as I return? Did they find out so bad news?"

Beelzebub knew Richard had so confidential information channels, but he only knew of their existence.

Beside him, several big belly demons, almost carved from the sa mold as Beelzebub, were busily engaged.

At the center of the room where they were located, a large cauldron was brewing sothing, and the work of these big belly demons was to maintain the flas beneath the cauldron fueled by curse creatures.

In the cauldron, a colorful liquid was constantly boiling, releasing smoke with an illusory hue.

Beelzebub glanced at the cauldron, an evil smile appearing on his face and stomach.

"Hehehe, almost done, almost done."

...

Frontline of the Gods Civilization.

"How many believers do you still need? How many subordinate gods?"

In front of the Eternal God King, a Main God clad in armor, resembling a centaur, whispered, "Still need three high-level gods, God King."

"Only three left?"

The voice of the Eternal God King carried a hint of surprise, but this surprise quickly turned into delight.

"I’ll arrange for a few of the young ones to go over."

The Centaur Main God slightly bowed: "Thank you for the nurturing from you and the other two God Kings, rk keeps it in mind."

"It’s not our nurturing, we need you," the Eternal God King corrected, "The current Pantheon needs strength, especially the strength of a God King.

You have ability, you have talent, which is why we chose you, do you understand?"

rk slightly nodded, "I understand. I will put all my efforts into the construction of civilization."

A hint of red light flashed on the Eternal God King, signifying a nod.

Dong——dong——

The sound of the bell echoed in the soul of the Eternal God King, and he looked at the sky.

"I have matters to attend to; you are in charge of the battlefield."

"Yes."

...

Border of the Curse Demon Empire and Natural Federation.

"I never thought we could all gather in a room alone."

Looking at the avatars of the Curse Demon Empire Dominators before him, Youming’s voice carried a tinge of sarcasm, or perhaps self-mockery.

"I never thought so either." Across from him, Wild Wind’s voice also carried a hint of sigh.

"In my imaginings, the only room we might peacefully gather in should be the collection room, and you should be either a head sealed in amber or a wax figure mixed with flesh."

"Enough, I’ve heard enough idle talk for today. Cherish your ti, short-lived races."

The avatar of the World Tree impatiently interrupted the trivial conversation between the two Dominators, the technological developnt of the Abyss was feared not only by the wizards.

The heart of defense should not be absent.

Even though the Natural Federation was separated from the Abyss by a wizard, in the eyes of other civilizations, wizards and the Abyss were civilizations that shared the sa pants.

Heaven knows whether these two civilizations will rge in the future.

If they rge, then the Natural Federation will directly confront the impact of the most powerful civilization in this cluster.

Under this pressure, the Natural Federation had no choice but to abandon past grudges and unite with the Curse Demon Empire.

As for why the Great World Tree agreed to this plan...

"The short-lived races still have short-sighted views."

The Great World Tree looked at the two Dominators who were once adversaries and sighed slightly in his heart.

As a Dominator who had witnessed the war between the Predecessor Civilization Alliance and the Civilization Devourer, he was well aware of how dangerous the looming war was.

Even he dared not say he could survive this war.

Let alone Dominators like Youming and Wild Wind who had never experienced it.

"After this cooperation, the relationship between the Federation and Curse Demon will normalize." Great World Tree murmured to himself, "The Alliance’s power has strengthened once more."

Great World Tree is an ancient Dominator who understands that hatred between civilizations is aningless.

If the benefits are sufficient, even ironclad alliances can instantly shatter. If the threat is great enough, mortal enemies can beco friends.

Therefore, he does not care about the hatred between two civilizations.

All he cares about is the power that the two civilizations can utilize in the upcoming war.

He is a ghost of the past, who should have honorably died in that war. But he didn’t die, and the war is not yet over.

Dong—dong—

The sound of a bell transmitted by the Dinsional Incarnation of the Great World Tree, as a wooden-gathered false eye suddenly looked towards the sky.

"The Governor is summoning us; we’ll continue this eting after the session ends."

...

Eternal Dark World, Central Sky Island.

"Leader, as per the Gods’ thod, the Abyssal pollution has temporarily halted."

In the council hall, an Eye Demon Elder is reporting on the post-war reconstruction of the Eternal Dark World.

Eye Demon Leader Rakat glanced at the elder and softly asked, "Can it be restored?"

"It’s very difficult. According to the Gods, our world is too vast, even if it can be restored, it will take a massive amount of ti."

"We are not short on ti."

Rakat looked towards the wall, his gaze piercing through the wall and resting on the land infected by the Abyss.

"This is our mother world. For her, we will pay any price."

"Yes, Leader."

"By the way, how is the recent recruitnt of tribesn?"

Rakat paused for a mont and suddenly asked a particularly strange question.

Can tribesn even be recruited?

"The Alliance has given us great support; so far, it has provided us with more than thirty billion First Level natives and around three million high-level natives."

"Hmm, do not stop recruiting tribesn." Rakat replied calmly, "Be thorough in brainwashing; these people are destined for the battlefield and must not cause any trouble."

Eye Demons’ research into souls is not just limited to laboratories and theory; they have long begun applying soul technology.

In the past, they were limited by the constraints of flesh technology and couldn’t carry out large-scale transformations of Eye Demons. But now, the technological support from the Wizard Alliance has broken this shackle.

The current Eye Demons can now mass-produce high-level bodies.

With soul transformation and the body, Eye Demons rely need enough natives to convert a large batch of Eye Demons.

However, this is just an ergency asure.

Soul transformation cannot be complete; otherwise, they would have begun mass-producing spiritual limit breaks long ago.

These converted Eye Demons have a chance of their offspring reverting to their original races, so in the Eye Demons’ plan, they all must die on the battlefield.

Dong—dong—

The crisp sound of a bell rang within Rakat’s soul, and he glanced at the sky; a Dinsion Gate appeared before him.

"The Governor wants to convene a eting; it seems bad news is coming."

...

eting hall, Dinsion Gates slowly open one after another.

These Dominators entering are either avatars or entities, each arriving quickly.

They hadn’t heard much of any major rumors; Richard’s summoning them to this node indicates the news cos from Richard.

As Richard is the destined one, his information is naturally of utmost importance.

Nurous Dominators took their seats.

"I will not say much nonsense." Richard straightforwardly spoke, "I have a docunt here for you to see."

As he spoke, a light screen appeared before the nurous Dominators.

"Monster World?" God King of Transformation looked at Richard, "Why are you bringing them up? They’ve been gone for a while."

"Yes, they’ve indeed been gone for quite a while." Richard exhaled a breath, his voice sowhat somber, "But coincidentally, I still have so contact with them.

They are asking for aid, Civilization Devourer has found them."

Civilization Devourer has found them... With this news, all Dominators were suddenly shocked.

"If the docunt is correct, this world is a Great World, right?" Rakat said, "Seems this monster has a preference for large-scale worlds."

Richard slightly shook his head: "Don’t know. But without a doubt, devouring this world would bring imnse benefits to it."

"Then we will assist."

Eternal God King spoke.

"Those guys have high technology; if we can get them to join us, our technology can go up another notch."

Richard looked at Eternal God King, a hint of surprise flashing across his face.

"I thought you would be very angry. After all, they sold you."

"We are indeed very angry." Sun God King spoke, "But anger won’t bring us technology and craftsn."

Richard’s gaze swept across the Dominators.

"Gentlen, what is your opinion?"

Beelzebub’s voice was very indifferent: "Abyss has no objection, Dominator."

The Great World Tree also spoke almost simultaneously: "Natural Federation has no objection."

"Curse Demon agrees." Wild Wind’s voice, hoarse yet calm.

Rakat opened his frightful mouth, a trace of venom flickering in his enormous eye.

"As long as it can thwart that creature’s plans, Eye Demons agree."

"Good," Richard clapped his hands, "Since that’s the case, the Alliance Council unanimously passes the proposal to support Monster World.

Rescue mission, comnce now!"
