“Outsider, who are you?”

“Why have you co to this village?” ɴᴇᴡ ɴᴏᴠᴇʟ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀʀᴇ ᴘᴜʙʟɪsʜᴇᴅ ᴏɴ N0velFire.ɴet

Kiriman’s nearly two-ter tall fra made him stand out even among the generally sturdy northerners, let alone among the slender elves who passed through the village.

He had just approached the blacksmith shop when the female elf who was hamring tal noticed him.

Also being a swordsman, Kiriman’s keen Witcher instincts imdiately told him that this elf blacksmith was a formidable warrior.

This conclusion ca from a combination of her aura, physique, movents, and gaze, backed by Kiriman’s decades of combat experience alongside Kovirghm. There was no way he could be wrong.

Before he could answer, the elf’s pupils shifted, recognizing his identity as a Witcher. Her tone softened slightly as she asked,

“Are you a Witcher?”

“Did you co because you saw the commission notice posted by our village?”

Kiriman thought for a mont and didn’t deny the claim. Instead, curious, he looked at the elf and the fine weapons displayed in her shop and said,

“I have accepted the dragon-hunting commission and am preparing to hunt the wyverns on the mountain peak.”

“Ma’am, are you the village blacksmith?”

“I think your forging skills are quite superb. If possible, could you craft a longsword? It would help complete your village’s commission more effectively.”

The elf frowned slightly, her expression serious as she studied Kiriman carefully from head to toe, then said,

“Where did you get the commission, Witcher? Have you already t the village chief?”

Noticing her change in attitude and apparent wariness, Kiriman answered truthfully to avoid misunderstandings,

“Not yet, ma’am. I’ve just arrived at this village.”

“But I have already discussed with Captain Alpan of the dragon-hunting team. There are two wyverns; we will each take one and split the reward.”

“I will also visit the village chief later since the wyverns are powerful monsters. Both intelligence and pre-battle preparations might require the chief’s assistance.”

“If possible, I’d like to ask if there are any other Witcher commissions.”

A highly skilled blacksmith held high status anywhere, especially in a small village like this. For that reason, Kiriman explained in detail.

Perhaps sensing his sincerity, the elf put down her hamr and stepped out of the forge, standing less than half a ter from Kiriman. Crossing her arms, she spoke with a sowhat proud attitude,

“Hello, Witcher.”

“My na is Valessa Priscilla Minastor. I am the village chief, the head warrior, and the blacksmith of Ammonite Village.”

“A year ago, I personally led a team to hunt those two wyverns. If you need any information, no one in this village knows them better than .”

“Although we lost two excellent archers that ti, I managed to shoot out the mother wyvern’s eye.”

“Since then, these two wyverns have often caused trouble near our village, stealing livestock and sotis attacking lone travelers.”

At this point, whether out of goodwill or so warrior rivalry, Valessa snorted lightly and continued,

“I’ve heard Witchers are highly skilled warriors who can also use so magic.”

“However, I must warn you, these two wyverns are over seven ters long, imnsely strong, extrely cunning, and quite intelligent. Ordinary arrows can only pierce their hide, unable to harm their internal organs.”

“Even among wyverns, they are in the upper echelon in terms of toughness.”

“If you want to take them on alone, it will be very difficult. Don’t recklessly risk your life if you’re not confident.”

Her words, a mix of warning and advice, sounded sowhat awkward.

Kiriman, however, paid no mind.

Upon stepping closer, he realized that the elf nad Valessa was incredibly beautiful—not in a typical feminine way, but with the heroic, cool aura of a female warrior.

Whether judged by human or elven standards, she was undeniably stunning.

When it ca to beautiful won, Kiriman was always quite tolerant.

Valessa’s lengthy na clearly indicated she was not a commoner, likely from a pure-blood elven family.

No wonder this village was wealthy enough to offer generous rewards for dragon-hunting commissions.

The fact that a pure-blood elf warrior could be appointed village chief and head warrior gave Kiriman so ideas about the village’s origins.

Without defending his own strength, Kiriman pulled out several parchnt blueprints from his pocket and handed them to the elf beauty, saying,

“Ms. Valessa, these are the exclusive equipnt blueprints for Witchers: a set of leather armor, a Witcher steel sword, and a Witcher silver sword.”

“If you could forge them for , it would greatly aid my upcoming battles.”

“Of course, I will pay the required fee.”

“If any materials are lacking, I will find a way to obtain them.”

Seeing Kiriman produce the blueprints and call them exclusive Witcher equipnt, Valessa’s expression brightened with interest.

She took the blueprints, examining them carefully—sotis furrowing her delicate brows, other tis smiling at the exquisite designs.

Kiriman’s gaze openly admired the elf beauty in front of him.

Her long, straight legs; slender waist; the clear muscle lines; the elegant ‘rmaid line’ and eight-pack abs; and even the broad chest that could not be hidden by her layered chest wraps—all looked like a heroic elven warrior had stepped right out of a story or a screen. It was a feast for the eyes.

Such a natural elven beauty made Kiriman almost drool.

Yet Valessa seed unbothered by his sowhat aggressive gaze.

After a few minutes of examining the blueprints, she looked up into Kiriman’s eyes and said seriously,

“Witcher, I can forge both the Viper Silver Sword and the Viper Steel Sword you requested.”

“However, since these weapons require expensive materials like teorite iron, refined steel, and large amounts of silver, their cost will be quite high. I estimate at least six hundred Orens, but the exact amount will be clear only after I finish forging.”

“If you confirm, I should complete them within three days.”

“As for the lightweight leather armor in the last blueprint, I suggest you wait until you kill the wyverns and get their dragonhide before coming to for that.”

“Otherwise, I only have ordinary leather here, which won’t et your desired defensive standards.”

Valessa truly had the straightforward nature of a female warrior—no rchant’s pettiness in her words.

Her quoted price was even a bit cheaper than Kiriman had expected.

After thinking for a few seconds, Kiriman pretended to reach behind his waist but actually pulled two pouches containing one hundred Orens each from his storage space, handing them to the elf.

“Then I’ll trouble you, Ms. Valessa. This is a two-hundred Orens deposit.”

“We plan to set off in three days to hunt the wyverns. But before that, if you have any Witcher commissions, I hope you will co to .”

“As you can see, my pouches are already almost empty because of you.”
