Chapter 993: Chapter 993: A Wife Who Cares So Much About

Matthew Saxon finally looked at her directly: "Do you realize your mistake?"

Scarlett Yates quickly nodded, earnestly admitting her fault: "Yes, I got it."

"Will you say things like that in the future?"

"I won’t say them anymore."

"Do you still think I’m the kind of man who can’t resist temptation?"

"No, how could you be a man who can’t resist temptation? You’re the most resolute man I’ve ever seen. I know that even if a woman stripped naked in front of you, you wouldn’t waver." Scarlett Yates certainly knew how to flatter.

Anyway, it’s just saying a few cheesy words. Saying them doesn’t cost anything, so there was nothing to be conflicted about.

After lots of sweet talk, although Matthew Saxon’s expression eased a bit, his tone still carried so dissatisfaction: "Why do I feel like you’re saying one thing but an another? Be honest, are these words truly from your heart?"

Scarlett Yates imdiately raised three fingers: "I swear to the heavens, they are absolutely heartfelt words."

Matthew Saxon snorted, reached out and pinched her cheek heavily, without any gentleness: "Silly, as long as you realize your mistake, it’s good. Since you’re so proactive in admitting it, I’ll forgive you this ti. If you dare say that again, I’ll make sure you can’t get out of bed for three days."

Can’t get out of bed for three days...

Scarlett Yates was only able to hear this half-sentence.

Her mind started to wander to so romantic scenes, and thinking about it made her face heat up.

"After a whole day of fuss, even I feel tired. You must be exhausted too. Let’s go back and have a good rest, we’ll pick the wedding rings tomorrow."

Matthew Saxon adjusted the down jacket wrapped around her, holding her half-embrace and walking out.

The wedding photos were taken outdoors.

It was early winter, and in a half-valley setting, the temperature was extrely low.

Even though there were more than a dozen heaters around them during the shoot, wearing a shoulder-baring wedding dress was still very cold.

Thankfully, the shooting ti was not long, and they worked so well together that many scenes were done in one take, so they finished quickly.

As soon as the shooting was done, soone handed them the winter clothing.

Scarlett Yates had a long down coat wrapped around her, from neck to foot, and wearing it felt like being enveloped in a blanket, instantly warming her up.

The ntion of the wedding rings brought back the uncomfortable feeling in Scarlett Yates’s mind.

She hesitated for a few seconds, gently biting her lip corner, and asked: "Are the wedding rings from before irretrievable?"

Scarlett didn’t even understand why she was so bothered by it, given she wasn’t a superstitious person; yet she felt uneasy about losing a pair of wedding rings.

Matthew Saxon shook his head: "Found them we didn’t, but if you really like that style, we can have the brand company custom-make another pair." For him, such things were easy to handle.

Although the counter staff claid those rings were unique in the world, what in this world is truly absolute?

With the Saxon Family’s status and connections, most items deed limited edition can be procured again.

Upon hearing this, Scarlett Yates imdiately shook her head: "No need, I just felt it was really unfortunate, especially knowing those rings cost a lot. If they could be found, it would save a significant expense."

Matthew Saxon chuckled and turned to look at her, playfully teasing: "You’re already thinking of saving money for

before we’re even married. With a wife like you who considers my welfare, I’ll feel assured leaving the whole family managent to you in the future."
