Capítulo 1152: Chapter 1008: Divine’s Canyon

The next day, early morning.

As sunlight stread into the room, dispersing the darkness inside, Shane slowly woke up.

He instinctively reached out to embrace sothing, only to find himself holding nothing but air.

This realization brought Shane to full consciousness.

Staring at the empty space beside him and feeling the absence of warmth, Shane remained in a daze for a long ti before finally letting out a breath.

“Gone already?”

The room was left with only Shane.

The beauty from last night had long departed.

As expected, today, there would be no one to help Shane complete his morning routine in his sleep, allowing him to leave in perfect condition.

This left Shane with a slight feeling of solitude.

But this solitude ca quickly and left just as fast.

“It was sothing I anticipated after all.”

With that, Shane patted his cheeks.

“Ti to get up.”

The dream was no more.

What awaited was the reality Shane needed to confront.

What would the future hold?

“Let see for myself.”

Shane got up, completed his morning preparations, and walked out of the room, heading towards an unknown end.

At the sa ti, in a corner of the world, a group of people appeared here.

The Princess, still accompanied by two Undead Knights in black and white, surveyed their surroundings and murmured softly.

“Is this the Divine’s Canyon?”

Currently, the place where the Princess stood was a desolate ruin.

Wherever the eyes could see, all was barren land, devoid of vitality, with not a trace of life.

Danass stood calmly beside the Princess.

“Based on the ancient texts collected and records from ruins around the world, after comparisons and conjectures, this is the site that was determined.”

Danass expressed this.

“Is that so?” The Princess nodded, yet said, “It’s hard to imagine that such ruins were once the first place the Supre God created when the world was first ford, as well as the residence of that omnipotent Goddess and the Hero first summoned by her.”

————「Divine’s Canyon」.

This is a place known only to those with so understanding of the distant history that occurred during the Super Ancient Era.

It is said to have been the center of the once complete world, a forbidden land of a world that existed a thousand years ago, before the Human Realm, Divine World, and Demon Realm were cut apart.

It is said to be the initial residence of the Supre God and the First Generation Brave.

“According to the records, this place was originally a sea of flowers, but the Demon King and the Supre God devastated it during a fierce battle. Additionally, the Supre God wept here for nearly a century at the world’s center due to the First Generation Brave’s death, and the ensuing deluge that swept across the globe washed everything away, turning it into this.”

Danass explained with a neutral expression.

“According to the records brought down by those Evil Gods from the Divine World, the Holy Sanctuary of the Supre God was modeled after the forr appearance of this place.”

In other words, this is the prototype of the Holy Sanctuary where the Supre God slumbered for thousands of years, the original site of the vast sea of flowers that Shane once saw.

“If I’m not mistaken, this was where the Demon King and the Supre God fought. The First Generation Brave was also here, and the three supre concepts of the world clashed here as its battleground. Coupled with nurous events that occurred at the ti, the result left the spatial field here in an ambiguous state.”

Danass explained one by one.

“Here, the form of various forces exists differently from outside.”

“Here, even the boundary between life and death is ambiguous.”

“Those who have studied this place all indicated that sothing significant must have happened here initially. Perhaps it was because the First Generation Brave died, or perhaps because her death was interfered with by so power, causing this strange state here.”

Hearing Danass’s words, the Princess was lost in thought.

“You’re interested in the nature that can blur even the boundary between life and death, aren’t you?”

The Princess made this assertion.

“That’s right.” Danass nodded, saying, “As long as one sets up a ritual here or uses so powerful dium to stimulate it, then due to the anomalous nature of this place, things that usually won’t happen outside are bound to occur.”

“For example, breaching the limits of space and even dinsions to reach places ordinary people cannot.”

“Or perhaps, unifying the concept of life, performing miracles to resurrect the dead.”

Danass was interested in the latter.

“Waging war and creating turmoil in the Human Realm, Demon Realm, and Divine World were partially to collect the records and information of various places including Divine’s Canyon, but the primary objective was to gather ancient relics from the era before this canyon beca a ruin, to use them as diums for the ritual.”

“The stone tablet left by the Demon King in the ruins served as the guidepost, with the lingering power and aura of the Demon King, it will inevitably lead the ritual to the Demon King himself.”

“Under such circumstances, by restoring the components of the Demon King’s Body to their place, with the Demon King’s Treasure Jade having been liberated from the Supre God’s hand, it will undoubtedly facilitate the Demon King’s resurrection.”

Danass had gathered all conditions.

As for the ritual for resurrection, Danass had naturally prepared it all.

“I see, so that’s why you need , why you need the magical knowledge of my Demon King’s Body?”

The Princess finally understood the origin of everything.

As a Necromancer, the Princess’s power lay in manipulating the concept of death.

Her magical knowledge, for soone wanting to resurrect the dead, was certainly indispensable.

Of course, re knowledge in Death Magic was not enough.

Death Magic could only use corpses as diums to create dead spirits, not genuinely bring soone back to life.

Therefore, Danass also needed a master skilled in various systems of magic, with ample magical knowledge, capable of integrating Death Magic to create a true resurrection ritual for the deceased.

Finally, with the assistance of That Person, the basic ritual was produced.

“Now, all the conditions have been t.”

Danass’s voice echoed around as if it ca from a distant place.

“We can begin the ritual to resurrect the Demon King.”

Upon hearing this, the Princess began to feel sowhat oppressed.

Resurrecting the Demon King.

No matter when, or who hears of this, it will evoke terror.

The Princess felt the sa.

She was a figure from a thousand years ago, living in an era when the Demon King still threatened and ravaged the world. The fear and awe of the Demon King were deeply ingrained in her soul.

Even though she has fallen from grace now, she still harbors an ingrained fear and dread of the “Demon King.”

And such an existence was about to be resurrected right in front of her, by her own hand.

The Princess felt the pressure, an inevitability.

Yet, she could not turn back.

From the mont she fled the Royal Palace a thousand years ago, collapsing in the wild, brimming with endless pain and impending death, she was left with but one purpose.

To prove her own existence.

So, the Princess composed herself.

“Shall we start now then?” the Princess asked Danass, “No longer need to hesitate?”

“Almost,” Danass’s eyes glead, “Although there are still several mysteries unsolved, like why the Demon King’s Treasure Jade was released by the Supre God or where it is now, but indeed, it is a rare opportunity.”

Those mysteries would naturally unravel after the resurrection of the Demon King.

What happens next is beyond even Danass’s prediction.

The final act is about to unfold.

The entirety of the truth will gradually erge in this world.

What developnts lie ahead?

No one knows.

Not Danass.

Not Shane.

Nor the Supre God.

But this is what Danass pursues.

“Predestined fate.”

“Predestined world.”

“Predestined future.”

“These things are indeed unbearably dull.”

At this mont, Danass thought about his life.

Being destined to be swallowed by his father, used to fulfill the Demon Dragon Magell, and provide the Demon Factor as a sacrifice.

If not for having clear consciousness and mories from the mont of birth, he would have ended up rely as a tool sacrificed for his father’s success until the end.

The descendant of a half-demon, whose mission and existential purpose is to be sacrificed to create the future wanted by Helimis.

For this, Danass rose in rebellion.

If that was his destiny, why should he accept it?

If his future was to be sacrificed for such a despicable father, how could he not want to revolt?

If fate, the world, and the future were ant to bind him, he would break them all.

“The aning of my existence is rebellion.”

“Rebellion against everything in this world.”

“Rebellion against that predestined future.”

Nothing more.

“For this, I need the resurrection of the strongest power.”

Danass declared thus.

“Everything will comnce here, and the final curtain will fall as well.”

With that, Danass turned to the side.

There, a pair of twin girls stood, clad in ritual vestnt robes.

“Are you ready?”

Danass asked softly.

Regrettably, the twin master and servant did not respond to his query.

The two exchanged a glance and then smiled.

Then, the identical twins held hands and slowly moved forward.

Upon seeing this, the Princess lowered her gaze and floated gently into the air.

Danass also took out the Magic Book, opening it to release countless globes of light.

“Then let’s begin.”

“Call our Demon King back to this world.”

In the Divine’s Canyon, mysterious forces began to operate.

Before long, a pillar of light ascended to connect heaven and earth.

At this mont, all the powerful beings across the Three Realms felt a twinge of unease, prompting them to turn their heads towards a direction.

The final war is about to co.
