"A woman? It’s a girl, right."

"Uh, right, it’s a girl." Vic raised his hand to gesture, "About this tall."

"Not that tall, shorter by a head."

"Okay, seems like it." Vic furrowed his brow tightly, "And has gray... uh?"

He was stunned.

"How do you know so clearly?"

"Because she’s hiding outside." Bai Wei said with a smile, then turned his gaze towards the door they ca from, "Stop hiding, just co in."

Vic was montarily dazed, then suddenly turned his head to look outside the door, but saw nothing.

But not seeing anything was normal, considering the limited visibility, but for Vic to sll nothing, that was unusual.

If soone really approached, with his sense of sll, it was impossible to not detect it.

Did Bai Wei make a mistake?

He was about to ask when Bai Wei calmly said: "If you don’t co out, I’ll kill you, please believe I have that ability."

After Bai Wei said this, Vic’s nose suddenly caught a whiff of an unfamiliar scent.

The scent was very faint, like it could disappear completely into the air at any mont, impossible to detect without careful sniffing.

After a while, a petite figure appeared in their vision.

She first glanced at Vic, then her gaze swiftly fell on Bai Wei.

"This is the Senluo Temple." She said, "I am Ivana, the Holy Daughter of Senluo. Stranger, don’t you think your words just now were too audacious?"

...

Outskirts of the Sacrificial Arena.

The Devourers crawled towards the corpse with half a head missing.

They had already sensed Visas’s presence.

Just inside that head.

Rip it apart! Destroy it! Devour it!

Endless ambition drove their actions, so they extended their claws, wanting to tear apart the remaining half of the head as well.

Thus, the remaining half of the head beca a bloody ss.

Finally, one of them touched the sharp teeth.

This excited them even more.

However...

"Crack" sound.

The head, almost devoid of flesh, suddenly reacted, the mouth fiercely biting down, the sharp teeth instantly severing the entire finger of the Devourer.

But that wasn’t enough, the head went further, directly gnawing off most of the Devourer’s head in front of it, decayed and fresh blood splattering together.

"You want to eat ... impossible!"

Abek roared wildly while chewing.

"You’re just a bunch of monsters that should have died long ago! Want to eat ... impossible!"

He suddenly flipped over, pressing the Devourers beneath him, then tearing their flesh with his hands, shoving piece after piece into his mouth, chewing with his teeth and swallowing.

"I won’t die here... absolutely not!"

He was like a famished madman who had encountered unlimited, delicious at.

So he devoured greedily.

If the Devourers tried to resist, he would tear off their limbs and eat them.

If the Devourers’ mouths were mumbling, he would crush their entire oral system and eat it.

If the Devourers’ hearts were still beating, those hearts too.

As long as it was edible, it went into his mouth.

And as long as these teeth were there, anything could be devoured.

As he continually chewed, new flesh rapidly grew from the damaged head.

"Indeed... indeed." Abek muttered as he touched the bloody new flesh on his face, "As long as I devour these undying things, then I will be undying, indeed it’s like this... indeed it’s like this!"

He grew even more excited, his excitent mirroring that of the Devourers before.

"I am about to be undying... undying!"

He accelerated his eating pace, stuffing more flesh into his mouth.

Finally, all the Devourers were devoured by him, not a piece left.

He devoured the Devourer.

"Huff, huff, huff..."

Abek breathed heavily, the air he exhaled still carried traces of blood.

But that no longer mattered.

He had never felt so good in his body.

All his wounds were healed, and the missing flesh had grown back.

He felt an endless surge of power.

"I don’t need it anymore." Abek murmured, "I no longer need to hide, it’s already... unnecessary, hehe, haha."

His laughter grew louder and more manic, until his eerie laughter echoed throughout the entire forest.

"What should I do next?" Abek murmured.

"Visas." A voice answered him.

"Hmm?" Abek was stunned.

Before he could figure out where the voice ca from, more voices answered him.

"Visas!"

"Visas!"

"Visas!"

The sound source was very close, so close it seed to co from the sa head.

Abek suddenly turned his head, looking towards the pond nearby.

Through the reflection on the water’s surface, he saw what he looked like now.

And then he was relieved.

Luckily, nothing was wrong.

Abek thought.

It was just a few more mouths on his face speaking.

...

Bai Wei raised his head and looked into the distance, his brows tightly furrowed.

"What’s wrong?"

Vic noticed Bai Wei’s movent, and seeing Bai Wei’s tightly furrowed brows, he couldn’t help but feel a trace of unease.

After all, in Vic’s impression, Bai Wei had never shown such obvious emotions.

What is going on?

But Bai Wei didn’t hold that expression for long, his brows soon relaxed, and he showed a helpless smile: "It’s nothing, just felt disgusted."

"...Ah?"

Vic was quite confused, but Bai Wei was not going to say more.

However, Bai Wei indeed didn’t expect things to develop this way, as if sothing remarkable had been created.

But that’s not the main point, the more crucial part is... is it possible to give up that tooth?

This was his first encounter with Corpse Blocks that he didn’t want to retrieve.

He truly didn’t want to.

But what Bai Wei was thinking in his heart, the other two naturally didn’t know, especially the girl nad Ivana who just walked out, her eyes widened imdiately upon hearing Bai Wei’s words.

"You call disgusting?!" she shouted, "I am the Holy Daughter of Senluo, and you dare to say I’m disgusting?!"

"So what?" Bai Wei shrugged, saying, "I am the Priest of Rhein, I even dare to say the Rhein God is a disgusting thing."

Ivana was instantly speechless.

And Vic, in order to prevent Ivana and Bai Wei from continuing the entanglent, quickly stepped forward to ask, "Have we t before? Right here."

"Of course." Ivana also shifted her gaze to Vic, her brows slightly furrowed, "Half a month ago, didn’t I guide you on the path to seek the Hunter’s Power? It’s been such a short ti, and you’ve already forgotten... Also, where is the little wolf you brought?"

Hearing Ivana say so, Vic was so moved that tears were almost falling.

"You rember, you actually rember!" Vic said, "Can you tell what happened back then? My Ade is missing, do you know what happened?!"

Vic briefly explained his situation to Ivana, and after listening, a slight look of surprise appeared on Ivana’s face.

"Such things have happened." Ivana first pondered for a while, then said to Vic, "Don’t be too upset, since your little wolf got lost here, it can definitely be found again, no one knows this place better than I do, just follow ."

Vic nodded repeatedly like holding onto a lifeline, instinctively wanting to follow Ivana, but realized Bai Wei was still standing in place, hence restrained the thought.

"Miss Ivana." Bai Wei said with a smile, "Are you the only living person here?"
