Chapter 1212: Chapter 512: Well-Trained Demon Army

Accompanied by the roaring wind and thunder, one silver teor after another soared backward—

Gryphons clad in silver armor, enveloped in lightning, ferociously crashed into the demons in the sky amid the blood rain.

The grey-black storm forcefully tore the demon formation apart from the center.

The Great Guardian charged ahead, the invisible dual blades in his hands crossed into an “X” shape, facing a scantily clad Succubus.

“Philip!”

He lowly called his gryphon’s na.

“I understand.”

Philip replied solemnly, its body suddenly sinking. Then it transford into a storm together with the Great Guardian, accelerating instantly!

When they reappeared, he was already behind the Succubus.

The Great Guardian split his twin blades, and the Succubus’s body instantly showed “X”-shaped slashes, disintegrating into black ashes with a scream.

This also ant that George had crashed into the demon horde!

—Boom!

He raised the scimitar in his right hand, colliding with a scythe. He knocked the Demon of Winter erging from the blizzard back, while Philip below suddenly leapt up—its talons enveloped in lightning, slamming into the Demon of Winter like a bear’s paw!

At the mont of contact, a mass of lightning erupted, heavily injuring the Demon of Winter and blasting it away!

At this ti, a Penalty Demon enchanted its Thunder Javelin—the originally two-ter long weapon suddenly transford into a five-ter long nacing thunder whip, striking fiercely at the Great Guardian’s back!

A burst of lightning accompanied by the sll of burning flesh, his armor was instantly damaged, and his back beca a grotesque mass of bloody flesh, with scorpion-like scorched marks appearing on his skin.

Even for a Fourth Level Transcendent, taking a solid hit from this would likely cause a heart attack and ruptured internal organs!

Yet, the Great Guardian relied on his physical strength and Affinity for Lightning, withstanding the blow without changing his expression!

He didn’t even turn to retaliate—

because the Great Guardian trusts his subordinates.

The Penalty Demon hadn’t managed to deliver a second blow when the subsequent gryphons charged in.

“Ahhhhhh!”

A Sky Cavalry of the Fourth Level roared, charging with his gryphon—the silver-white spear enveloped in azure lightning pierced through the Penalty Demon and sent it flying!

Imdiately after, the gryphon below him viciously bit the lower half of the Penalty Demon. The Penalty Demon cursed in Herasier Language, reversed the dissipating thunder whip of the Thunder Javelin, and stabbed it heavily into the gryphon’s shoulder!

It intended to pierce through the heart, but the gryphon suddenly swivelled its head, making the Penalty Demon’s attack slightly off-target. Relying on the protection of the Sanctified Armor, the gryphon was not pierced through, only staggering in flight.

At this mont, another gryphon rushed over, biting the Penalty Demon’s head. The two gryphons simultaneously exerted force, tearing that piece of “at skewered by a toothpick” into two halves!

The Great Guardian swung his scimitar, unleashing storms—visibly crescent moon-shaped strikes continuously swept through the demon horde, his entire being turning into a storm, crashing into the demons!

The teorites in the sky finally fell at this ti.

With the agility of the gryphons, they couldn’t possibly be hit by such an attack.

Yet, a few Gryphon Knights overestimated themselves and tried to cleave the teorites, only to be directly smashed down into the sea by the weighty rocks.

The ships and rchant vessels carrying Mages each revealed protective shields—so shields endured the teorite collisions, issuing deafeningly violent clashes, barely deflecting the teorites; others, along with their shields and ships, were smashed into the sea by the teorites; so shields shattered upon contact; so couldn’t even summon shields in ti and were directly struck by the teorites.

The ships with their shields broken, or unable to summon shields in ti, were hit by the teorites and imdiately ceased to respond, starting to catch fire on the ocean.

Where the ships passed, blazing flas burned even on the surface of the sea, leaving behind trails of golden-red fiery marks as they drifted forward.

The fiery teorites that fell into the sea emitted a hissing, sharp sound. Dense white smoke rose from the surface of the sea, filling the air with an acrid sll of sulfur.

So Mages, Soldiers, Knights— even so gryphons who died in the blaze were turned into puppets by the animated fire, their corpses controlled. Their limbs bent, bones fractured, skin torn, and the fiery fla burst like blood from the gaps.

They rose like the Undead, imdiately launching indiscriminate attacks on those around them, like Spellcasters, like warriors.

The flas that fell into the sea or failed to attach to the corpses, condensed into indistinct forms, much like the demonized Fire Elents summoned by the Magus Craftsman.

At this point, the spells prepared by the Mages finally completed.

They were well aware of demons—thus choosing nearly identical spells.

From those ships, chain-like lightning surged forth, leaping over the demons; in the skies, lightning bolts fell like a rainstorm; becos shackles of lightning with one end sinking into the sea, the other bound to demons, dragging them to the ocean’s depths.

—Amidst those crackling, dancing lightning bolts, the demons finally retreated, transforming into purple vortices and were transported back.
