Capítulo 1766: Chapter 1770: Recruiting the Director (Part 1)

The interview process officially started the next day.

In the center was Zhong Ran, flanked by Qin Xiaoyuan and Tan Liguo, while on the far end were Mr. Fang and Chen Cang.

Of course, there were also two staff mbers from the dical departnt responsible for statistics and services; Yang Tong handled statistics and behind him was a young and attractive girl in charge of calling people in.

After everyone was seated, the staff brought in the score sheets, one for each person.

Not many people were actually taking part in the interview since not everyone can pass the review for the position of director.

The preliminary review had already screened out many candidates.

Nevertheless, there were still quite a few top talents.

Among them were those who had previously served as directors of large hospitals, coming to An Yang for their ambitions and ideals.

Perhaps everyone felt that this was a place full of hope?

And naturally, the Second People’s Hospital of Dongyang Province is the place where such dreams begin.

After everyone sat down, Zhong Ran suddenly turned and looked at Chen Cang, asking, “Any favorites?”

Chen Cang was a bit surprised but smiled: “Let’s wait until the interviews are over to discuss anything; it’s too early now, and… I don’t know much about them either.”

Chen Cang was being honest; better to discuss after eting everyone.

Around eight-thirty, the recruitnt process officially began.

Indeed, most of the candidates who ca in were quite competent.

Upon entering, they were calm and composed; no matter what, their deanor was excellent!

To be honest, Zhong Ran knew most of the people here.

After all, Zhong, being the president of the Chinese dical Association, had a network that was definitely noteworthy.

So Zhong Ran had at least so contact and understanding of these individuals; the interview process went smoothly.

And Mr. Zhong’s questions were quite pertinent:

“What is your view on the path of intrinsic developnt at the Second People’s Hospital of Dongyang Province? If you were to beco the director, how would you plan to reinforce the intrinsic construction of the hospital?”

Intrinsic developnt and construction.

This was a difficult question right from the start given by Mr. Zhong.

However, in contrast, the candidate smiled slightly, seemingly well-prepared.

“I believe the intrinsic developnt of Dongyang Province’s Second People’s Hospital revolves around Chen Cang. Professor Chen Cang is the center core of the hospital, and the core construction is the driving force behind the hospital’s developnt.”

“Therefore, my proposal is straightforward: to build a clear hierarchy around Professor Chen’s specialty, from top-notch talents to key personnel and then to ordinary doctors for training…”

The interview process was running smoothly.

In fact, a structured interview differs greatly from this kind of free-form, random interview in that there is no fixed format or answer sche!

The responses do not revolve around questions like “What is it?” “Why?” “How to solve it?”

This seemingly logical response is the least favored in such high-end interview settings.

After all, there is only one director position at the Second Hospital!

What is needed is not diocre talent.

To stand out, one must showcase their own unique features and highlights.

This way, one can catch the interviewer’s eye.

Of course, most of those applying for the director position were between the ages of 45 to 55.

Too young would an lacking in qualifications and experience; too old would lack energy and assertiveness.

Life is similarly such; a person’s most precious ti is from 25 to 35, when you have enough energy to understand what you need and strive for it.

However, the real hallmark of a person’s brilliance truly cos at the age of 45 to 55 when sufficient life and social experiences allow you to revert back to simplicity.

The examination process proceeded smoothly!

Indeed, there erged many impressive individuals.

For instance, the doctoral graduate in managent studies who returned from overseas.

When asked about the future, she provided quite a precise answer.

An international dical center and global gathering place for high-end dical expertise.

In her precise answer, even Chen Cang saw a kind of yearning for the future.

Because the blueprint outlined by her was extrely detailed.

Everyone present gave her high marks, including Chen Cang.

When Zhu Qian arrived at the scene, the room fell silent.

Zhong Ran’s eyes lit up when he saw Zhu Qian, saying, “Please have a seat.”

Upon seeing Zhu Qian, Chen Cang was slightly surprised; this man had matured a lot compared to before; he seed to have beco restrained.

If it weren’t for the resolute words in the application, Chen Cang might have wavered in his thoughts.

After all, ti can change a person.

It can even change them thoroughly!

Zhu Qian smiled and bowed slightly to everyone, nodding with a smile, “Thank you.”

After sitting down, Zhu Qian glanced around, but when he saw Chen Cang, his gaze lingered with great interest.

Zhong Ran was evidently quite interested in Zhu Qian; he curiously asked, “Director Zhu, why did you choose to co to Dongyang Province’s Second People’s Hospital? As far as I know, many hospitals have extended invitations to you, even… the current cancer treatnt center also invited you.”

Zhu Qian smiled slightly: “Because here, there is no upper limit!”

“I’ve been out for two months now, and during these two months, I haven’t stopped for a mont, solely because of one person, and that’s Professor Chen Cang.”

“To be honest, Professor Chen’s talent in dicine has far exceeded my imagination; his insights into dicine, surgery, and research possess a unique genius!”

“However!”

“Professor Chen’s developnt seems smooth, indeed unobstructed, almost making achievents easily; but I feel there is a significant shortcoming!”

“This shortcoming may be trivial in the short term, but the further it progresses, the more it gets exposed; one could even say… it’s already becoming apparent now!”

Upon saying this, the surroundings suddenly grew silent!

Today, many people had arrived, including top experts from around the world and leaders of dostic hospitals.

But this was the first person to raise doubts about Chen Cang!

For a mont, everyone was a bit stunned.

Even Zhong Ran and Mr. Fang turned to glance at Zhu Qian, then curiously looked at Chen Cang, and continued to focus on Zhu Qian!

At this ti, Zhu Qian seed unfazed by any pressure; he t everyone’s gaze, his eyes filled with determination and certainty, even with a smile at the corner of his mouth.

He resembled the smiling Zhu Qian on the stand from before!

Five years later, he hadn’t changed!

Zhu Qian had changed a lot compared to before.

He had also made significant progress!

And today, at Dongyang Province’s Second People’s Hospital.

Zhu Qian was poised to prove himself.
