This is a unique aspect of individual competitions; it encourages tests between ridian Opening stage SSRs. Since ridian Opening matches score more points, it sotis leads to unusual outcos.
For instance, even if a school wins all its matches, if they all choose the Qi-Controlling stage, they would only score 80 points, while so schools winning only five matches but all in ridian Opening could reach 100 points.
Of course, that scenario didn’t occur this year.

Once both individual and team matches have concluded, if two schools are tied in total points, the results from the individual matches determine the outco.
Of course, ranking first in individual matches doesn’t guarantee victory because many lower-ranking schools sotis kill a large number of desolate beasts in the team wilderness expansion, earning high points and potentially turning the tables to claim first place!
