Lucian briefly read the introductory part, then skipped ahead to where Nysa had marked.

"What arrogant words... And now you’re dead," Lucian’s lips curled up in disdain as he read the first few lines.
"This Venerable is known as the Poison Emperor Qi Ye. In this life, I have reached the Ruler Realm after cultivating for three thousand years.

Lucian’s mouth twitched as he continued reading the first two page which contained so of Qi Ye’s life experiences.
He could now understand why he hadn’t killed Eris’s father directly, even let Eris live. This person was quite sadistic and he loved to kill geniuses.
As he reached the last line of the second page, Lucian had a "now-I-understand" face.

He even took out his Halberd and gave it to Iris and Nysa to inspect it. Even Sylvia joined, getting out of his lap to check the Halberd.
He didn’t ntion anything about how the Demon Emperor had reincarnated as that would be hard to explain how did he get to know such information.
Certainly an enemy wouldn’t tell that, right?
However, there was another thought that flashed through his mind involuntarily!
