{The Ideal day to look for a dog Part 1}

Three days ago...

"Sir Nicholas, how long will it take for the ship to be repaired?"

"It would be around two weeks."

'Two weeks...That was quite a long ti to wait.'

"Then we shall return here ti to ti to check things." Malaya just gave her usual calm smile.

---⚓⚓⚓---

Back at the inn, they were staying in, Malaya went straight to her bed, stretching both her limbs. 'It feels like forever since I have this last laying on my...'

A sudden wired of pain ca from her back.

"Ow ow ow...." she hissed as she rotated. 'Damn this wound. I wish Hyun Jae could be here so she could heal right away.'

"Milady!" The door to her room suddenly opened.

"What is it, Dorris?" Malaya said trying to maintain her voice.

"The Inn Keeper Lady wants to talk with you."

"Let her co in," Malaya said as she carefully straightened take a seat.

"I apologize for disturbing your rest dear guest but I just want to inquire sothing."

"Feel free to ask anything as long as it is not about money or love, I'll be able to answer. Hahaha." Malaya chuckled, but it soon dissipated when either none of the innkeeper or Dorris laugh.

They just looked at her with serious faces. 'Darn I guess they don't find that a joke. Well, whatever.' Malaya coughed twice. "Anyways what are you going to ask?"

"I just wanted to ask if the ti you went here in the inn, if you notice a big white dog, he had a red collar on his neck."

"Hmm..." Malaya pondered for a bit. "Is it the dog, who always greets us when we enter the inn?"

The innkeeper nodded her head. "Yes," she answered.

"No, I didn't see that big fella."

"I see..." The innkeeper looked down dejectedly. "That's all I want to ask, and I apologize for the trouble."

The innkeeper lady walked out of the room, leaving only Dorris and Malaya with awkward silence.

"Hmm. Is her dog, got lost or sothing?" Malaya inquired, breaking the silence.

"Yes." Dorris nodded her head in response. "Lady Iris already went to help the innkeeper look for her dog."

'Iris did?' Malaya pondered for a bit. "Well, let's help too. Since I have nothing to do anyways." Malaya said as she stopd up.

---⚓⚓⚓---

And after a few monts of telling the innkeeper that they would like to help, Malaya and Dorris went to the streets to look for the dog.

They walk on each alley, looking for the dog.

"Brusquo!" Malaya shouted as she kept glancing around. But with that call, she paused when soone shouted with her.

On the opposite side of the road, she saw a girl that was smaller than her by two-inch with green hair looking in her direction.

Though she dyed her hair, for now, Malaya completely recognized those almond eyes. She waved at Iris and ran towards her.

"So you're also looking for the dog."

"Yeah," Malaya chuckled. "Any clues on where he is?"

"Will I still be calling him, if I found him already?" Iris remarked sarcastically. "Well enough with the idle chats and let's go look for him."

"Yeah right," Malaya said. And they both went on their ways to look for Brusquo

"Brusquo!" Malaya called once again.

"Brusquo, co here kitty kitty..." Iris said as she kept on looking.

Malaya opened her mouth to retort but just decided to shut up. She would just probably receive another of Iris' sassy remarks if she speaks anything. So better be quiet and move on with the flow of life.

"Milady!" They both turned towards Dorris who was running towards them. "I found him!" She said with a bit of excitent lace to her voice.

"Where is he?" Malaya quickly inquired.

"Please follow after !" Sounding grim, Malaya and Iris exchanged glances before they ran after Dorris.

After a few twists and turns through the alleys, they finally stopped, catching their breaths from all that running.

"Where is the dog?" Malaya said, panting. As Malaya glanced around she noticed that they were almost near the shore. It was a quiet and desolate area where people wouldn't venture much.

"There he is," Dorris pointed out.

"Where?" This ti Iris asked.

"Up there!" Dorris explained.

Both Malaya and Iris glanced up, bewildered by what they saw.

"How in the world did that dog got stuck there?" Iris said, amused.

Malaya's gaze remained fixated on the dog who got stocked between the towering poles forty feet high.

"Most of the ti there are wonders in the world, that we can't comprehend, no matter how much we wanted to know," Malaya said sounding a bit poetic.

The white dog seeing them started to bark. His dog's dark eyes sparkled at them as if it was on the verge of crying.

"Let's get that dog down there, first," Malaya said which earned a nod from the two girls.

"Shall I use teleportation, Milady?" Dorris inquired.

Malaya shook her head. "No, he is stuck there, if we used teleportation, it would cause him harm."

"He could split into half, and the body that remained stuck would be severed from him."

Dorris grew pale hearing Iris' explanation.

"We could simply teleport up and get him out there by our own hands," Malaya said as she started calculating the situation. "Then once we get him unstuck, that's where we will use your teleportation, Dorris. What do you think?"

"Let's go with that and get this thing done as soon as possible," Iris said.

"Alright." Malaya brought out two talismans and handed them to Iris. "Assist ." She tore the talisman.

As soon as she appeared in the poles, she grasped one of its bars right away. Iris followed suit and now both of them were holding on to the pole.

"Arf!" The dog, seeing them wagged its tail happily. Like it was telling them, 'yes, finally soone will save this poor .'

"It seems happy now that will rescue him," Iris said as she started to climb towards the dog. Malaya also did the sa.

"Alright, ti for dog rescue," Malaya said as she finally got hold of the dog.
