Villain Ch 814. Guest List

Allen sat on the plush sofa in his room, surrounded by laptops, photos, lists, and docunts. Kai and Alex were seated on either side of him, their expressions a mix of patience and expectation. The event would be a big night for Allen. He had never planned an event bigger than a surprise birthday party with cake, pizza, and beer.

Now, he was organizing a formal conference party, a concept that felt foreign and overwhelming.

"Alright," Allen began, glancing at the array of materials before him. "Let's get started. I want this event to be perfect, but I also want it to reflect who I am, not so exiled young master discovering his true identity."

Kai chuckled, nodding. "Don't worry, sir. We're here to help. Let's start with the basics. What's your vision for this event?"

Allen sighed, rubbing his temples. "Honestly, I have no idea. I just don't want it to be too formal or too boring. It should be a mix of elegance and fun."

"Good start," Alex said, typing away on his laptop. "We need to consider the guest list first. Most of the attendees will be from similar companies or networks related to the gaming industry."

"Exactly," Allen said, leaning forward. "I want to use this opportunity to boost the company's ga reputation. Maybe even snatch back my gaming reputation I abandoned two years ago."

Kai nodded, sorting through the photos. "That's a good angle. We should create a the that reflects your journey in the gaming world."

Allen's eyes lit up. "I like that idea. But how do we make it elegant without losing the fun aspect?"

Alex clicked through a few files on his laptop, then turned the screen towards Allen. "Here are so examples of similar conferences. Notice how they balance formality with engaging activities."

Allen studied the screen, his mind racing. "We could have a showcase of the latest gas, maybe even so VR demos and friendly competition. And we need a few speeches, but not too many. Just enough to keep people interested."

Kai jotted down notes. "What about the decor? We could use elents from the ga to create a unique atmosphere."

"Yes, exactly!" Allen said, feeling a surge of excitent. "And the food. It has to be amazing. Maybe we could have thed dishes based on Hell's Gate."

Alex smiled. "Now you're thinking. Let's talk about the budget. Jordan said money isn't an issue, but we still need to keep things reasonable."

Allen nodded. "Right. We don't want it to look too extravagant. Just classy and morable."

Kai handed Allen a list of potential venues. "We need to decide on a location. Sowhere that fits your vision."

Allen scanned the list, his brow furrowed. "I don't know any of these places. Can you recomnd one?"

Alex leaned back, considering. "There's an indoor venue in the heart of the city that would be perfect. It has a great view of the city, and it's modern but elegant."

"Sounds good to ," Allen said. "Let's book it."

Kai scribbled on his notepad. "Now, let's talk about entertainnt. We need sothing to keep the guests engaged."

Allen thought for a mont. "What about a live band? Sothing contemporary but not too loud. It will be suitable for older non-gar guests. And maybe a DJ for later in the night for younger guests."

"Good idea," Alex said. "I'll make so calls and see who's available."

They were all absorbed in their own task. Allen felt a mix of excitent and dread. He wanted this event to be a success, but the pressure was imnse.

Kai noticed Allen's tense expression. "Sir," Kai said softly, breaking the silence. "You're doing great. Rember, you're not alone in this. We're here to help you."

Allen smiled. "Thanks, Kai. And you too, Alex. I couldn't do this without you guys."

Alex nodded. "Now, let's finalize the plan."

They worked through the details and wrote down the potential vendors list. Allen's confidence grew. He could see the event taking shape in his mind. The elegant rooftop venue, the stunning view of the city, the thed decor, and the guests. This was going to be a night to rember.

"Kai, can you handle the invitation design?" Allen asked. "Make sure they're elegant but not too formal and also match with the the."

"Of course," Kai replied. "I'll draft sothing and show it to you for approval."

"And Alex, can you start working on the entertainnt?" Allen continued. "We need to lock down the band and the DJ as soon as possible."

"Already on it," Alex said, typing away on his laptop.

An hour had passed and the night was getting late.

"Let's take a break," Kai suggested. "We've covered a lot tonight. We can continue tomorrow."

Allen nodded, realizing how late it had gotten. "Good idea. Thanks, guys. I really appreciate your help." Explore hidden tales at My Virtual Library Empire

Kai and Alex gathered their things, Allen stood up, stretching. He felt a mix of exhaustion and exhilaration. This was his chance to prove himself, to show everyone what he was capable of.

"Get so rest," Kai said as he headed for the door. "We'll pick up where we left off tomorrow."

Allen smiled politely. "Goodnight, guys. And thanks again."

After they left, Allen sat back down on the sofa, looking at the docunts and photos spread out before him. This was more than just an event; it was a turning point in his life. He was stepping into a new role, embracing his future.

He glanced at the laptop screen, the examples of past conferences still displayed. He could do this. With the right support and a clear vision, he could make this event a success.

Allen took a deep breath before he closed his laptop, gathered the papers, and headed to bed, his mind buzzing with ideas and possibilities. He lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, he thought about the journey that had brought him here.

'Even an absurd fantasy can co true, huh?' he thought. He couldn't deny there was one guest na that made him feel uneasy.

With a final sigh, Allen closed his eyes, letting sleep take over.
