Villain Ch 557. What Kind of Stealthy Dual Dagger User Forgets She Can Go Invisible?

The forest echoed with the monsters' agonized roars as they recoiled from the unexpected assault. Shanty, still catching her breath, turned around to survey the unexpected savior who had joined the fray. A figure adorned in high-level equipnt erged from the shadows, the glint of advanced armor and a ticulously crafted bow catching her eye. The realization dawned upon her – it was her brother, Noah.

Noah, with an air of concentration, drew his bow with a fluidity. His gaze locked onto the remaining monsters, and without hesitation, he unleashed a volley of arrows with precision. The arrows sailed through the air like guided missiles, each finding its mark with deadly accuracy.

The monsters didn't stand a chance. They collapsed, their roars silenced by the void. A smirk danced on Noah's face, a cocky satisfaction that seed to say, "No big deal, just another day in the ga for ."

He casually stowed his bow, the confidence in his movents. As he approached Shanty, her relief at the monsters' demise mingled with a hint of displeasure. She couldn't decide whether to be grateful for the tily assistance or be irked by the fact that her brother had seemingly effortlessly overshadowed her mont in the spotlight.

Noah's smirk widened as he reached her, a glint of mischief in his eyes. "Need a hand, little sis?" he teased, ruffling her hair in a way that mirrored their real-world interactions.

Shanty rolled her eyes, a mix of annoyance and sibling camaraderie. "I had it under control, you know," she retorted, but the ghost of a smile played on her lips.

"Under control? Yeah, right," he sneered. Noah's mischievous grin widened, a playful glint in his eyes. "What's wrong with that face?" he teased, "Why are you not happy to see ?"

Shanty turned away, a pout evident in her expression. "I'm still angry with you," she admitted, crossing her arms in a gesture of defiance.

Noah chuckled, reaching over to pinch his sister's cheek. "Co on, sis, don't be like that. You should be thanking ," he quipped, his tone light but edged with an older sibling's authority.

Rolling her eyes, Shanty retorted, "Thanking you for what? Stealing my thunder?"

Noah's smirk persisted. "Nah, for saving you from a respawn point, obviously. And being a dual dagger user doesn't an you can wander around alone like a fool, especially since you're still weak."

Shanty's expression shifted from annoyance to a begrudging acknowledgnt. "I had it under control," she defended.

Noah raised an eyebrow, a playful challenge in his gaze. "Oh really? But from what I saw, it seed like you still need your big brother to bail you out."

Shanty's cheeks flushed, a mix of embarrassnt and stubbornness. "I didn't need bailing out. I had a plan!"

Noah's laughter echoed through the forest."Sure, sure. You even forgot that you had a hiding skill. Instead of using it, you decided to stay still and wait for the attack to co. That's really stupid," he teased, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

Shanty's annoyance was palpable, displaying a scowl that mirrored her frustration. She couldn't deny, though, that her brother had a point. A hiding skill in her arsenal, and she forgot to use it during the ambush. It was a rookie mistake, and Noah wasn't about to let her live it down.

Noah continued, needling her with good-natured ribbing. "What kind of stealthy dual dagger user forgets she can go invisible? I expected more from my little sis."

Shanty huffed, crossing her arms. The annoyance lingered, but there was a begrudging acceptance of the truth in her eyes. "Shut up," she muttered, not willing to admit defeat in so many words.

Noah, sensing that he had pushed her buttons enough, decided to ease up. "Alright, alright. I'm just looking out for you, sis. Don't go getting yourself KO'd out there."

With a final smirk, Shanty turned around, her determination reignited. "I can handle it. I don't need you watching my every move."

Undeterred by Noah's teasing, Shanty turned around, a determined glint in her eyes as she decided to continue her solo hunting venture. However, it didn't take long for her to sense a presence behind her. Noah, ever the mischievous older brother, had decided to casually trail after her.

Shanty stopped abruptly, coming to a standstill as she turned to face her brother. The irritation on her face was unmistakable, her brows furrowed as she demanded, "What are you doing? Why are you following ?"

Noah, with a mockingly casual smile, shrugged nonchalantly. "Oh, just thought I'd keep you company. You know, the solo adventurer vibe gets lonely."

Shanty's eyes narrowed, a hint of anger seeping into her voice. "I don't need company, especially not yours. Go find your own monsters to bother."

Noah chuckled, a teasing glint in his eyes. "Well, I was getting bored. Needed so entertainnt. And what better entertainnt than watching my little sister navigate the perils of the ga world?"

Shanty's frustration bubbled to the surface. "I'm not your entertainnt. I can handle myself just fine."

Noah's smile persisted as he retorted, "It's pretty clear you're my entertainnt, though. I'm just here, waiting to see what kind of stupid thing you'll do next."

Shanty's face flushed with a mix of embarrassnt and anger. "I don't need you babysitting . If you're so bored, go find a boss monster or sothing."

Noah's laughter echoed. "Oh, I'm sure you can handle yourself. I'm just here for the show."

Shanty, not one to back down, scowled at her brother. "Fine, have your entertainnt. But stay out of my way."

"Alright, have it your way," Noah conceded with an easygoing shrug as Shanty voiced her irritation. However, as she turned around, an unexpected comnt slipped from her lips, "Jezz, why are you so different from Allen?"

Noah's playful deanor shifted, his expression turning serious. In an attempt to halt her departure, he gently gripped Shanty's shoulders. "Did you et him? In-ga or real life?" His tone held a hint of concern, a departure from the typical sibling banter.

Shanty, feeling the shift in atmosphere, let go of his hand in annoyance. "It doesn't matter. I don't need to answer you," she replied defensively, her guard up.

Just as Shanty was about to leave once more, Noah interjected, "Hold on. The company's got sothing they want to do with Allen."
