Chapter 1608: Perfect Ti to Grind

Villain Ch 1608. Perfect Ti to Grind

Kafra, Ren, and Lani all stood proudly, duck avatars reactivated, sparklers blazing again as they waddled in celebration around the crypt—glitter bursting with every step like they were casting so unholy disco ritual.

And then…

Alice hopped on her broom, flew a lazy circle above them, and without hesitation dropped down—transford her broom into a parasol, and joined the march with a smug grin.

Jane, of course, didn’t need an invitation. She skipped into the line with dramatic flair, grabbing a duck by the wing and spinning it like a ballroom partner. “Let’s crank the chaos to eleven!” she laughed, sparks flying around her robes like a festival on fire.

And then—Bella.

At first, she just stood in her usual place, arms crossed, glaring like she was above it all.

Until one of the duck avatars waddled over and handed her a sparkler with a bow on it.

Bella stared at it.

Then at them.

Then sighed.

“Fine,” she muttered, and took her place beside Jane—expression deadpan, but sparklers glowing between her fingers.

Now they were six.

Waddling in wild, glittering, chaotic formation around the crypt—duck avatars, a witch, a priestess, and a fox demon—spinning, tossing confetti, laughing.

Allen… just sat down.

Back on his throne.

His kingdom.

His players.

His ga.

It was absurd.

And sohow, it was perfect.

Because the players were hyped.

The devs were happy.

The Crypt was alive with celebration.

And the Devil Emperor?

He just leveled up his legend.

Shea strolled up to him, arms crossed loosely under her chest. Her voice was soft, amused.

“So… we’re celebrating now?” Shea asked, cocking an eyebrow as she leaned on the edge of the throne’s steps. “Just forgetting about the whole dungeon conqueror thing?”

Allen leaned one elbow on the throne’s armrest, eyes calm but watching the ridiculous glitter-sared scene unfolding like a fever dream.

Jane was now leading two duck-suited staff in so kind of sparkler tango while Bella watched with deadpan resignation. Alice hovered above them, raining tiny illusion fireworks, and of course—Emma was trying to escape.

“I still want to do it,” Allen said, voice low and casual. “But look at those kids.”

He tilted his chin slightly toward the scene.

Even Jane had managed to drag Emma into the madness, yanking her knight avatar into a mock battle-dance with a waddling duck. Emma struggled at first, muttering under her breath, “I swear I will uninstall your organs,” but her resistance didn’t last. She tripped once, caught herself, then laughed—a real one—sparkles bouncing off her polished armor.

“They look happy,” Allen said simply.

Larissa, perched elegantly on the edge of the dais, legs crossed and hair draped like silver velvet down her back, nodded with a faint smile.

“Indeed,” she murmured. “They do.”

“Too happy,” Zoe muttered from behind a pillar, but even she was smirking.

Allen didn’t speak for a mont. The last of the sparkles fizzled out, catching in the grooves of the obsidian floor as the dev staff finally began to pack up their ridiculous parade. Lani gave him a wink and blew a kiss. Ren snapped into a salute so dramatic it could’ve broken his spine. And Kafra?

She turned one last ti, eyes glittering.

“More events soon~” she mouthed with a grin before disappearing in a final flash of admin light.

Allen sighed.

“God help us all.”

Then ca Emma.

She walked over to the throne.

But her expression had softened a little after being dragged into the glitter ss.

“I’m heading out,” Emma said, tapping her gauntlet with a stretch. “Don’t forget dinner~”

Allen gave a small nod, amused. “You’re already ordering the nu again?”

She flashed him a grin over her shoulder. “Of course. I’m asking Chef Michael to make extra pastry this ti. If you’re late, I’m not saving you any.”

Allen smirked. “You say that every ti.”

“Just be on ti for once, okay?” she teased, stepping away with a wink before her avatar flickered and vanished from the throne room.

The throne room slowly quieted.

No more sparklers.

No more duck chaos.

Just the regular gang again.

Jane stretched like a cat and flopped onto the arm of the throne, one leg hanging off the side. “Sooo… the party’s over. That ans it’s back to grinding?”

Allen leaned back, eyes half-lidded. “Yeah.”

She flicked his shoulder lightly. “Unless you wanna rest?”

Before he could answer, Zoe—leaning against one of the blackstone columns with her arms crossed and hair shifting in ethereal waves—spoke up.

“Rest?” she scoffed. “This is the perfect ti to grind. The players are still dancing in the plaza. They won’t touch the dungeons for hours.”

Bella looked up from her interface, where she was already scanning dungeon tirs. “She’s right. Three side instances just reset. One of them’s the Obsidian Forge.”

Alice floated overhead, lying stomach-first on her broom. “I want forge loot. I want sothing new to enchant. Last boss dropped garbage last ti.”

Allen stood, dusting off the edge of his cloak with a lazy flick.

His lips curved into sothing subtle, dark, but not unfriendly.

“Then let’s go.”

There was a brief pause as the girls exchanged glances.

Then smiles. Wicked, tired, but ready.

“Dibs on the rare mob kill,” Jane called, already spinning her staff like a baton.

“You always say that and then run straight into an explosion,” Larissa replied, sliding down gracefully from her perch.

“She likes the explosions,” Zoe muttered, already shifting her gear set.

Allen didn’t say much else. He didn’t have to.

This was the rhythm.

The players partied.

They went back to work.

Back to the grind.

Back to the chaos that kept the world moving.

He felt the click of his boots echo across the throne floor as he led the way out of the crypt, the heavy doors groaning open with familiar resistance.

Beyond them?

A field of darkness.

A glimr of dungeon entrances.

A challenge waiting in silence.

Allen’s sword rested against his back, thrumming faintly.

He rolled his shoulders, eyes sharp.

Ti to conquer sothing real.

Again.
