Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives Chapter 1390: New Player Enter The Game
Villain Ch 1390. New Player Enter The Ga
The girls remained silent, exchanging quick glances. They knew the answer.
Sohow—yes—they had a plan this ti.
Not as shady as the last one, obviously. Their goal was to make Allen relax, so pulling another sneaky trick would only make him put his guard up again. And they really didn't want that.
But they had to admit, Allen had that quality.
None of them had said a word about their plan, and yet sohow, Allen had already figured it out and turned the tables on them in a snap.
Bella sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Uh… can you turn down your guard a bit for us?"
Shea imdiately shot her a look. "Seriously?"
Bella held up her hands. "What?! I just hope he has a bit of rcy on us!"
Alice groaned, shaking her head. "Oh my God. This is a ss already."
Before Allen could say anything else, soone rushed toward their table.
Vivian.
"Hey guys!" she greeted, slightly breathless. "Sorry, I'm late!"
Allen smirked. "Don't worry. We were just getting started."
Vivian, who had zero context for whatever disaster had just taken place, bead. "Really? Perfect timing, then!"
Allen chuckled, shaking his head. "Sure, let's go with that."
Vivian set her bag down and took the empty seat between Larissa and Bella. "Oh, right, Allen—I have good news for you!"
Allen arched an eyebrow. "Good news?"
Vivian nodded eagerly. "Mr. Bell has a new project for us. He wants you to model for the agency again." She grinned. "Apparently, there's been a lot of requests for you lately."
Allen exhaled. "Great."
But before he could say anything else, Vivian leaned in slightly. "And also… there's one more thing."
Allen narrowed his eyes. "What is it?"
Vivian hesitated for half a second before flashing a bright, way too innocent smile. "This ti… Mila will join us."
Silence.
The girls instantly stopped whatever quiet plotting they had been doing.
Larissa raised an eyebrow. "Mila?"
Vivian nodded. "Yup!"
Jane glanced at Allen, tilting her head slightly. "So… is she gonna be one of us too? Allen's new girlfriend?"
The question made the entire table pause.
Allen didn't answer imdiately. Instead, he just stared at his drink, his mind already drifting elsewhere.
Larissa tapped her nails against the table and smirked. "Maybe… but…" She turned her gaze to Allen, studying his expression. "I guess it won't be that easy."
Allen still said nothing.
Larissa continued. "She's from Goldborne's rival family, after all. And let's be real, she might be approaching Allen for information or sothing else."
Alice crossed her arms. "Do Jas and Noah still have their control over her?"
Zoe raised an eyebrow. "I an, we know she genuinely has a crush on Allen. But does that an we can trust her?"
Bella sighed, stirring her drink. "I don't think it's that simple. Sure, she likes him, but if her family is pulling the strings, then it's not just about feelings. It's about power."
Shea leaned back, thoughtful. "So the real question is—why now? Why would she suddenly join this shoot now?"
The girls continued analyzing, throwing out theories, but Allen remained silent.
Instead, his mind replayed what Red_King—Tommy—had told him yesterday.
"Yeah. I didn't tell Alexander. You know how he is. As for the others… Jas and Noah seem really interested in investigating this."
The realization hit Allen then, like puzzle pieces clicking into place.
Mila wasn't here just because of him.
She was here because Jas and Noah had made their move.
Allen finally spoke. His voice was calm, but sharp. "I think… Mila is there not only because of ."
The table fell silent. The girls turned to him instantly.
"What do you an?" Larissa asked.
Allen leaned forward slightly. "Last night, I accidentally t Tommy—Red_King—at the station. He told that Elio, Gil, and the others were very interested in all of this and wanted to start an investigation."
Vivian blinked. "Wait. Investigation on what?"
Allen exhaled. "I guess… that's why Mila joined the photoshoot. She also wants to know what happened. She's digging for answers."
Alice narrowed her eyes. "Answers on what?"
Allen's expression darkened slightly. "They want to know what Sophia has on Mr. Bell and why he obeys her."
Silence.
Shea leaned forward, placing her elbows on the table. "You're saying… Mila's part of this investigation?"
Allen nodded. "Most likely."
Larissa smirked slightly. "Well… that does make things interesting."
Bella sighed. "So… another player enters the ga."
Zoe chuckled. "And of course, it's a girl who already has a crush on Allen."
Larissa gave Allen a look. "Seems like your plan is going well, huh?"
Allen smirked slightly. "You could say that," he finally said, exhaling as he leaned back in his chair. "And I have to say, I am happy with all of this."
Shea nodded. "Alright, then. We'll stop the conversation for now."
Allen arched an eyebrow. "Oh?"
Shea grinned. "First things first—lunch."
At her signal, waiters approached their table, each carrying beautifully plated dishes. The scent of freshly cooked food filled the air as the plates were placed in front of them.
Allen barely glanced at his plate before giving Shea a flat stare.
It was steak.
A huge one.
Allen didn't even need to ask to know where this was going.
He glanced at the others, noting that none of them had the sa dish. Larissa had pasta, Zoe had a seafood platter, Bella had a light salad with grilled chicken, Alice had risotto, Jane had a sandwich, and Vivian had so kind of soup.
Allen sighed, crossing his arms. "You guys really want to make sure my protein intake is t, huh?"
The girls all smiled sweetly. "Of course," Shea said.
Allen let out a deep sigh. "I knew sothing was up."
Zoe grinned. "Oh, co on. You're always training, always planning, always doing sothing. We're just helping you keep up with it."
Allen rolled his eyes but picked up his knife and fork. "Right. And I suppose the extra-large portion is just a coincidence?"
Larissa smirked. "Nope. We specifically asked for the biggest one they had."
Allen exhaled, cutting into the steak.
