Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives Chapter 1350: What A Bunch of Fools!
Villain Ch 1350. What A Bunch of Fools!
Allen leaned back in his throne, exhaling as he drumd his fingers on the armrest. "Since everything seems settled for now, shall we hunt? I need to blow off so steam. The daily quests aren't cutting it anymore. Instead, I've got players hounding to go back to being 'Prince Zael.'" He rolled his eyes, his tone laced with disdain. "Like Sophia tried during the last event. What a bunch of fools! I don't understand what's going on in their heads."
Jane's face lit up. "Oh, about that! I think I know why."
Allen turned his sharp gaze toward her, curious. "Tell ."
Jane leaned forward, her expression a mix of amusent and exasperation. "It's because there's this theory floating around. Apparently, the only way to defeat the Devil Emperor is to make you fall in love or remind you of your past."
The room fell silent as Allen and the others exchanged glances.
Bella finally broke the silence, crossing her arms with a smirk. "Hasn't that theory been around since the devs hosted the Devil Emperor flashback event?"
Jane nodded eagerly. "Yup! But here's the kicker—after the announcent of the last event's winner, and Father^Alex being the only healer to ever win, guess who threw fuel on the fire?"
Allen's eyes narrowed. "Sophia."
Jane grinned. "Bingo! She's been flooding the Hell's Gate forums with theories. She's painting this elaborate picture of how you're just misunderstood, how reminding you of your past could 'redeem' you. It's ridiculous. She's trying to justify everything she's done, playing the long ga to 'save' the Devil Emperor."
Zoe snorted, shaking her head. "Save the Devil Emperor? That's rich. Does she really think people are buying this crap?"
Jane shrugged. "Well, it sounds reasonable enough for the average player to latch onto it. You know how they love a good redemption arc."
Shea leaned back in her chair, smirking. "So basically, she's turning you into a tragic hero. What's next, fan art of you with a halo?"
Allen sighed, rubbing his temples. "Just great. Not only am I stuck dealing with her antics in the real world, but now she's turning into so kind of twisted fairytale character in the ga."
Larissa chuckled darkly. "Sounds like you're the star of her fantasy. Too bad for her it's a nightmare, not a dream."
Vivian smirked. "If it's any consolation, her theories are getting roasted in the comnts. There's this one thread where soone wrote an essay about how the Devil Emperor would never fall for such cheap tactics."
Allen's lips curled into a sinister grin. "Smart player. Maybe I should find them and recruit them."
Bella nudged him playfully. "Careful. They might join the 'Devil Emperor simp army' instead."
Allen groaned. "Don't remind ."
Zoe tilted her head thoughtfully. "But it's interesting, isn't it? How obsessed people are with this idea of redemption. Like they can't handle the concept of a villain who's just… a villain."
Shea smirked. "Because deep down, everyone wants to believe there's a happy ending. Even for soone like you."
Allen chuckled, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "How heartwarming. Maybe I should host a 'redeem the Devil Emperor' event just to see how far they'd go."
Jane's eyes lit up with excitent. "That would be hilarious! You could set impossible tasks and watch them fail spectacularly."
Bella grinned. "Or better yet, make it a trap. Lure them in with promises of redemption and then crush their hopes."
Allen shook his head, laughing despite himself. "You're all terrible. I love it."
The room burst into laughter, the tension lting away as they shared in the absurdity of it all. For a mont, Allen allowed himself to relax.
But then his gaze hardened, his thoughts returning to the ss Sophia was creating. "Enough about her. Let's focus on what we can control. Hunting sounds good. It's been a while since I've had a proper massacre."
The girls exchanged wicked grins, their eyes gleaming with anticipation. Larissa stepped forward, her voice low and eager. "Lead the way, Emperor. Let's remind these players why they fear us."
Allen smirked as he rose from his throne, his dark aura flaring slightly around him. "Let's make it a night to rember," he said, his tone carrying his infamous title. He gestured for the others to follow.
Before they reached the portal that would take them to the hunting grounds, Shea cleared her throat. "Wait a second," she said, her tone teasing. "Before we start wreaking havoc, I need to know—do you have ti for us tomorrow?"
Allen glanced back at her, one brow raised. "Tomorrow? My schedule's pretty light. Just the gym in the morning. You know Gerry's been hounding about it. I swear, if I miss another session, he'll probably hunt down himself."
Alice grinned and leaned against the wall. "And what about your brother and Geralt? You said they were still at the hotel."
Allen nodded. "Yeah, I'm eting them this evening to say goodbye. For now, they're enjoying the facilities and Geralt is using this opportunity to visit his friends. Hopefully, they make the most of it. I owe them that much, considering all the trouble I've caused them over the years."
Shea's playful smirk softened into sothing more thoughtful. "You've got a good heart, Allen. Even if you don't show it often."
He rolled his eyes but didn't deny it. "Anyway, they're taken care of. What's this grand plan you're hinting at?"
Shea crossed her arms, her smirk returning. "After the gym, I'll pick you up. We're going to have so fun. So don't bring your bike, okay?"
Allen frowned slightly. "You're being suspiciously vague."
Zoe leaned closer, grinning. "That's because it's a surprise. Just go with it."
Vivian added, "It's been a while since you let loose with us outside of this ga. You need it, trust ."
Allen exhaled, shaking his head with a faint smile. "Fine. But if this turns into so kind of ridiculous spectacle, I'm blaming all of you."
Larissa chuckled darkly. "As if you don't enjoy the chaos."
Jane suddenly chid in, her voice tinged with mischief. "I'm just saying, Allen in casual mode is hot. Maybe even hotter than Devil Emperor mode."
The room erupted into laughter, and Allen shot her a mock glare. "Thanks, Jane. That's definitely what I needed to hear."
Bella nudged Alice with a grin. "He's blushing."
"I am not," Allen shot back, but the tips of his ears betrayed him.
Shea waved her hand dismissively. "Alright, alright. Enough teasing. Let's get this hunt started before Allen decides to punish us all for insubordination."
Allen smirked, regaining his composure. "Oh, trust , Shea. You'd know if I was punishing you."
