Yujun’s POV

He knocks twice again but doesn’t co into his own room.

"I am knocking because I respect you, Yujun" he says from outside the door.

My breathing seems to cease, I have nowhere to hide, the scalpel is on the floor right next to and his diary is in my hand.

I have no excuse.

"Calm down, I won’t hurt you" he says and takes a deep breath, "your pup is too weak to handle all that stress" he adds.

The ntion of my pup ignites a part of as I reach the door within seconds, snarling as I grab his collar and pull him in.

"Just what do you think you are!" I roar in his face, spittle flying out of my mouth as my eyes blur.

I am so angry that I can’t see clearly, my body won’t stop shaking and my heart won’t stop pounding.

"How many tis do I have to tell you? I’m a doctor...I’m just a person who loves to make people feel safe" he says and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear.

"Don’t touch " I growl and his whole expression changes from teasing to sad in a minute.

"Your words are hurting " he murmurs and goes against my instruction, running his fingers along my jaw with a warm smile.

"You should be good" he says the word and I gasp, the book in my hand falls to the floor and my chest rises and falls with my unsteady breathy.

"I told you not to use that thing on " I says through my teeth, clutching my stomach, as my body is going backward on its own, while my oga is resisting, fighting for the both of us.

"You fascinate Yujun...you really do" he says and I shudder at the way he says my na, almost like he’s mocking .

"As much as Cho Yujin?" I ask and his eyes go cold, and the warm smile leaves his face.

"Even more, so you rember?" he asks as he chuckles without mirth.

"Yes, you bastard" I lie.

I don’t rember what he took away from when he used the alpha voice on but I refuse to be played.

"Yujun" he calls my na softly and walks forward with a soft look on his face before taking my hair between his fingers again.

I shake my head violently to get his hand off .

"You are supposed to understand ...you’re supposed to..." he says and winces.

"You..." I start to speak, wanting to shut him up.

"Shhh" he shushes and my mouth snaps shut.

"I bought you because you and I are the sa..." he says and turns his back on to run his fingers through his hair.

"We are not alike" I hiss, bending slyly to pick up the scalpel.

"I might be sick and broken but I chose to heal, unlike you" I say and stab the scalpel in his shoulder.

"Argghh" he screams and falls to the floor.

I run out of the room as fast as I can, I need to leave this place, that man is deranged and I will not end up like the rest of his victims.

Out of the front door, I stop to catch my breath as I find so of the Kang guards keeping the front of the mansion.

"Oh, he’s here!" one of the guards say and the rest turn around to glare at .

"You bastard, you keep making suffer!" the man with the dark shades says and I look at him disgust.

"Where is Gawon?" I ask and he smiles like I’m being funny.

"Where the fuck is she?" I ask and rush at him, giving him a punch that sends him flying backwards.

"FUCK" he shouts as he lands on his ass to the concrete floor.

"This bastard!" he gets up and lurches to return the punch, but I dodge it and hold his hand tight.

"Wow...this bitch is strong" he says and I push him to the floor again, moving with accuracy and speed, I pull his gun out from his own holster and aim the gun at his head.

Realizing how serious I am, his smile drops and he lifts his hands.

"Gawon. Where is she?" I ask through my teeth.

"Take him to the bitch" he says to another guard, and I step back for the man to walk in front .

"You think you can get away?" the man with the dark shades shouts at my back and spits blood to the floor.

I keep the gun aid at the man taking to Gawon, and as he leads to a separate building, I hear the screams coming out of it.

I push the slow guard out of my way and find Gawon tied to a chair with her hair being pulled.

"Get away from her!" I shout as I push my way into the room and the young girl looks up at with her eyes hard and glassy.

She looks like a woman that is in pain but refuses to back down or give in.

"This low oga again" the woman pulling on Gawon’s hair hisses as she turns around with the belt in her hand, it’s the housekeeper.

"Untie her and get the hell out of my way" I say, pointing the gun at her with my finger hovering over the trigger but she doesn’t react.

"You don’t know? I will die for the honor of our Lord" she says loudly.

"Yujun-ssi, hurry and leave, there people are mad!" Gawon says and she’s slapped across the face with the belt.

With a growl, I snatched the belt out of the housekeeper’s hand and throw it to the floor.

"If you try anything, I will shoot you" I warn and get on my knees to free Gawon from the thick rope around her body.

The young girl looks at in surprise as loosen the rope and carry her, bridal style.

"Let’s get out of here" I say, I won’t leave this hell without her. "I will be here when you two fools return" the housekeeper says as she watches us leave.

As we get to the door, I find Chan leaning against the fra with the scalpel in his hand, and his eyes gold as he plays with the bloodied tal.

"I told you I’m a born alpha and you...attack a simple tal?" he asks and looks straight into my eyes.

"Are you dumb?" he asks and my body locks in place.
