"No problem at all," Ge Dongxu said with a relaxed smile.

"Really?" Feng Yaping's eyes widened in disbelief as she blurted out the question.

As a practitioner of traditional Chinese dicine herself, she was acutely aware that her husband's condition was no longer suitable for conservative therapy. Hence, even though Tang Yiyuan had said quite a lot, she always found it difficult to believe in her heart.

Ge Dongxu did not respond; he simply smiled and then began to press and knead along the Hand Shaoyin Heart ridian and the Pericardium ridian, eventually resting his hands on Sang Yunlong's chest and gently rubbing back and forth.

Standing nearby, Feng Yaping watched Ge Dongxu intently, her expression growing increasingly puzzled.

Being a traditional Chinese dicine practitioner, she naturally understood that the points Ge Dongxu was massaging were all related to the heart.

However, the problem was that such a severe heart failure, if it could be revived by just a few simple massages, would render Western dicine obsolete and without a trace of its existence! What market would there be left in Huaxia Country?

But just as Feng Yaping's confusion deepened and she even began to suspect that Ge Dongxu might be faking or showing off esoteric tricks, Ge Dongxu withdrew his hands and smiled at Governor Sang Yunlong, who was on the hospital bed, "Governor Sang, you are now fine. You're free to do whatever you want now."

"Phew! Lying here was driving crazy." No sooner had Ge Dongxu's words fallen than Sang Yunlong unhesitatingly removed all the sensors attached to his hands, took off his oxygen mask, took a long breath, and spoke.

His voice was booming and powerful, not at all like that of a sick person.

"Old Sang, you…" Feng Yaping trembled violently at the sight, staring in disbelief at her husband, who was now lively and getting out of the bed.

"Director Ge, hello, hello, thank you for saving my life!" Sang Yunlong, without waiting to greet Feng Yaping, extended his hands toward Ge Dongxu first, full of awe and gratitude.

The heart was his own, and Sang Yunlong was well aware of the extent of his illness, to the point where even breathing was difficult.

But now, he felt full of energy, much better than before his illness took hold.

Before the onset of his illness, although he appeared healthy, there was always a feeling of being unable to muster his strength, as if sothing heavy pressed upon his chest. Now, all these feelings were gone.

"You should thank Professor Tang, and yourself. It was Professor Tang who told you are a good official, which is why I ca," said Ge Dongxu, shaking hands with Sang Yunlong.

Upon hearing this, Sang Yunlong was montarily taken aback, then he laughed and said, "It seems the ancients were right; good deeds do lead to good rewards. If I hadn't been an upright official, I might have been lying on an operating table today."

"In any case, I still believe in the saying that good people are rewarded," Ge Dongxu said with a smile.

"Thank you!" Sang Yunlong grasped Ge Dongxu's hand tightly upon hearing those words, then finally let go, turned to Tang Yiyuan, and firmly shook his hand as well, saying, "Professor Tang, we go way back, so I won't say much in thanks."

"I'm glad you're alright," Tang Yiyuan said excitedly, his hands gripping Sang Yunlong's just as fiercely.

"I'm fine now. Never felt better," nodded Sang Yunlong.

"Old Sang, are you really completely fine? Are you truly all better?" Feng Yaping couldn't help but step forward, pinch Sang Yunlong's arm, and habitually grasp his hand to take his pulse.

There was no helping it; everything had happened too quickly, too miraculously. Feng Yaping simply couldn't accept that there was soone in the world whose dical skills were so profoundly effective.

"Do I not know my own body? I'm fine now, completely fine. Let go to the track and run a few laps, no problem at all," Sang Yunlong said.

"A three-foot-thick sheet of ice does not form overnight; to say you've fully recovered is not quite true," Ge Dongxu said with a mix of laughter and helplessness when he heard Sang Yunlong claim he could run a few laps around the track just because he felt a little better.

While his dical skills were exceptional, Sang Yunlong's condition was, after all, a cardiac one, an old issue at that, and not sothing that could instantly be cured completely. Ge Dongxu had simply infused so True Qi to moisturize his heart, giving his weakened heart a new lease of life and preventing further decline. But there was still so distance to go before his heart could be robust and undamaged again.

"Not fully healed yet? But I feel more spirited than I ever did before!" Sang Yunlong said in astonishnt.

"That's because you had a preexisting heart condition, and you were so weak before that you could only lie in bed. It's the stark contrast between your past and present states that is giving you this illusion. However, there's no big problem; you can be discharged from the hospital now, and you're able to return to work. But to fully recover your cardiac function, you'll need to follow the Traditional Chinese dicine prescription I'm going to give you for two or three months. By that ti, you should be fully healed, including your knee joint, stomach issues, high blood lipids, and so other chronic problems," Ge Dongxu explained.

When Feng Yaping heard Ge Dongxu casually bring up Sang Yunlong's knee joint problems, stomach issues, and high blood lipids, her mouth fell open in shock, and she looked at Ge Dongxu as if she had seen a ghost.

It was only then that Feng Yaping finally understood why Ge Dongxu previously dismissed the Western dical imaging pictures.

No matter how advanced and precise Western dical diagnostic technologies were, they still required separate tests for each condition. Different parts and diseases needed different equipnt, especially for stomach issues where an endoscopy tube had to be inserted into the stomach, an unbearable procedure for patients.

But what about Ge Dongxu? In the brief mont he had taken Sang Yunlong's pulse, he had identified a number of problems, sothing Western dical diagnostic technologies couldn't match.

"Thank you, thank you!" Sang Yunlong was stunned for a mont upon hearing this, then gripped Ge Dongxu's hand tightly again, his face filled with excitent and gratitude.

"You're too kind, Governor Sang. Since you're alright now, I'll take my leave. I'll give the prescription to Professor Tang later, and he will be in charge of your follow-up treatnt. As for the hospital, if you could kindly instruct them not to let those doctors talk nonsense, and perhaps you could pretend to be a little weaker than you are? This may seem a bit too exaggerated," Ge Dongxu said, patting Sang Yunlong's hand and smiling.

Sang Yunlong was slightly taken aback by these words, then suddenly burst into laughter, saying repeatedly, "Right, right, I need to save so face for those doctors."

After saying this, Sang Yunlong indeed bent over a little, no longer looking as vigorous as before.

Yet even so, when the door to the intensive care unit opened, and the experts from the conference room saw Sang Yunlong able to get out of bed with a faint rosy glow to his face, all of them had their eyes wide open, stunned as if turned to statues.

When Sang Yunlong and his wife escorted Ge Dongxu out of the ward, holding his hand and bidding him goodbye, the experts finally ca to their senses, their cheeks burning hot as if they had just been slapped several tis in succession.

Indeed, they had all been full of bluster before, and even when Zheng Director confird Ge Dongxu's identity, deep down they still looked down on Ge Dongxu's dical skills and even wanted to see him make a fool of himself.

But what happened?

In just over ten minutes, the vice-governor Sang, who they had determined needed to undergo an urgent heart transplant, was already out of the hospital bed and had personally seen the young man out of the ward.

Does that look like soone who's in critical cardiac failure and needs an urgent heart transplant?

If this were said aloud, not only would others find it hard to believe, but even these experts who had just reviewed Sang Yunlong's diagnostic imaging and discussed his condition couldn't believe it!
