"Okay, okay," Britney murmured, her face flushed as she lay in Lin Kuang’s arms. I feel so shy, but so happy.
Perhaps it was the Blood Clan’s oath that forged a connection between them, or maybe it was the influence of the Force of Nature. In any case, Britney loved this feeling. She felt no aversion to Lin Kuang whatsoever; in fact, this feeling had been present from the very first ti they t. That feeling grew even stronger when they t for the second ti on the antique street. After all, Britney wasn’t a casual woman; otherwise, why would she have asked Lin Kuang such questions when they had dinner together? It all happened for a reason, and that reason was the Force of Nature.
"You said it, so you can’t go back on your word later," Lin Kuang said, his eyes crinkling with a smile.
"Yes, I... I won’t," Britney replied, her face growing even redder.
"Alright then, let’s go. I’ll take you ho." With that, Lin Kuang set Britney down and took her small hand. Britney nodded with a flushed face, following behind him.
The two left the luxury hotel, got into the car, and headed straight ho. By now, Britney had composed herself, and the blush on her cheeks had faded. Western won tended to be more open by nature, after all.
"Ahem. By the way, Britney, I just thought of a very serious problem," Lin Kuang said, glancing back at her from the driver’s seat with a strange expression.
"Hmm? What is it?" Britney asked curiously.
"Well... how old are you? They say Vampires live for a very long ti. How long have you been alive?" Lin Kuang asked, a little embarrassed.
"That’s right. Many in the Blood Clan are ancient—so are even one or two thousand years old. I’m still young, though. I’m only twenty-six," Britney said with a smile.
Hearing this, Lin Kuang couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. Thank goodness she was only in her twenties. He wouldn’t have minded if Britney were over a hundred, but he had to admit it would have felt a little awkward.
"Hey! You didn’t think I was a few hundred years old, did you? Did you take for so old hag?" Britney demanded upon seeing his expression.
Lin Kuang froze for a mont before his face grew embarrassed. "Ahem, well, that is what I was thinking."
"Hmph! Even if mbers of the Blood Clan were several hundred years old, we’d still look this young. In a few hundred years, I might not want you anymore. You probably won’t even live that long," Britney said smugly.
"Don’t worry, I’ll live a long ti just for you. It would be a waste of such a beautiful woman otherwise, right?" Lin Kuang said with a mischievous grin.
Britney giggled. "You rascal, you think you can last that long?" she teased, raising an eyebrow.
"You don’t believe ? How about we give it a try right now?" Lin Kuang said, smiling as he gazed at her. A man has to be firm! If challenged, you fight! Especially in this area, Lin Kuang had never been afraid of anyone. His powerful stamina was a great source of pride.
"Not right now. Maybe in a few days," Britney said, blinking her large eyes with a sly smile. "You can show what you’ve got then."
"Of course. No problem at all," Lin Kuang replied with a proud tone.
"Hmm, by the way, are we going straight ho? These are the only clothes I have. Do you mind taking to buy so?" Britney asked.
"Uh, sure. Let’s go shopping." With that, Lin Kuang turned the car, and the two of them went off to buy clothes.
After buying several outfits and so lingerie for Britney, they had a few snacks before finally heading ho. Although Britney was wealthy and didn’t care about the cost, in Lin Kuang’s mind, this little vampire was his now. It was only natural that he should be the one to pay for her clothes. Britney was very pleased with his actions. Such small details showed that he truly cared for her.
He drove on, and it was after nine o’clock at night when they arrived back at the villa.
"Britney, I should tell you, I’m not a one-woman man. There are six other won living in the villa, so don’t be too shocked," Lin Kuang said, his tone unabashedly smug.

"Let’s go. Don’t be too surprised in a minute. They’re easy to get along with, but don’t you be arrogant, you hear?" Lin Kuang cautioned her seriously.
"Don’t worry, I understand. I’m not stupid. I’ll get along well with them and won’t cause you any trouble," Britney said with a smile.
Lin Kuang smiled and nodded, leading Britney into the villa’s spacious living room. Inside, Liu Shilin and the others were already standing by the entrance. They had, of course, seen Britney, and her beauty truly was stunning to them.
"That bastard. He goes out for a bit and brings back another beauty. He’s even changed his tastes to a Western woman this ti," Lin Guo’er huffed, puffing out her already ample chest. "Yeah, we need to teach that scoundrel a lesson. He’s such a bastard!" the Witch fud, her impressive chest rising and falling dramatically. "She only t Lin Kuang yesterday when they were racing on the highway," Mu Wan said, annoyed. "I can’t believe he’s already won her over. That bastard’s ga is getting scarily good."
