Chapter 490: Chapter 490: Settled with One Punch

Hearing Lin Kuang’s explanation, Heno Sumio finally realized he was being insulted, which only fueled his fury. "Calling

a frog in a well? Fine! Fine! Let’s see what kind of power this frog has!"

As he spoke, his power continued to surge, growing increasingly terrifying. A fearso black aura began to emanate from him, exuding a dark and eerie feeling that instinctively inspired fear.

Lin Kuang watched with a calm expression. His composure wasn’t an act. He truly possessed the power to utterly disregard Heno Sumio.

At this mont, Heno Sumio’s power surged to its peak. Feeling the terrifying energy coursing through him, he felt as if he could shatter a mountain with a wave of his hand.

"Damn Chinaman, your ti has co!" With a roar, Heno Sumio threw down his katana and launched a direct punch. A terrifying force erupted, carrying a dark, corrosive power that sought to obliterate Lin Kuang in a single blow.

However, upon seeing Heno Sumio’s attack, the corners of Lin Kuang’s mouth curled into a cold smirk. "A frog in a well will always be just a frog in a well," Lin Kuang said coldly. "Beneath this endless sky, there are far too many creatures stronger than a frog."

In that instant, Lin Kuang opened the Open Door, the Rest Gate, the Life Gate, and the Injury Gate within his body. A terrifying power surged forth as he blasted a punch directly toward Heno Sumio.

Lin Kuang didn’t even open The Du Gate. For an opponent like Heno Sumio, opening just the Four Gates was more than enough.

Heno Sumio also felt the terrifying power radiating from Lin Kuang. He couldn’t believe it—couldn’t accept that his strength was inferior. Instead of stopping, his ferocious punch continued unabated. He channeled every last bit of his power into his right fist, determined to settle things in one blow.

In an instant, their fists collided.

BANG.

A terrifying power was instantly unleashed.

In that mont, Heno Sumio’s eyes filled with utter disbelief and fear. He knew how terrifying his black aura was; it could corrode solid steel. Yet, when it enveloped Lin Kuang’s arm, it had no effect whatsoever! What horrified Heno Sumio even more was that his powerful fist was rapidly losing its strength. It wasn’t that Lin Kuang was absorbing his power—it was because his entire right arm had gone limp. Lin Kuang’s single punch had shattered every bone within it!

"I told you," Lin Kuang scoffed. "You’re a frog in a well, and an overconfident one at that."

The next mont, Lin Kuang threw another punch, slamming it into Heno Sumio’s abdon. The black aura around Heno Sumio instantly dissipated, and he collapsed to his knees, his face deathly pale. In truth, Lin Kuang had held back. If he hadn’t, Heno Sumio wouldn’t be kneeling before him; he’d be dead.

Giving the defeated Heno Sumio a disdainful glance, Lin Kuang turned to look at Zhang Tianyou and the others. Their battle was also wrapping up. The few remaining n from the Island Country were locked in hand-to-hand combat with them. These ordinary Yamaguchi-gumi mbers were no match for Zhang Tianyou’s elite soldiers. A short while later, all the assailants from the Island Country had been slain. The only one left alive was the severely injured Heno Sumio.

After the battle, Zhang Tianyou and the others checked themselves for injuries. Sun Lei, Li Liang, and Hu Yang had sustained so minor wounds, but nothing serious enough to impede their movent.

"All clear. Let’s wrap it up," Lin Kuang announced. His Perception swept the area, confirming there were no other survivors. At his command, everyone nodded, quickly boarded their vehicles, and left, taking Heno Sumio with them.

It was nearly eleven o’clock at night when they returned to the East Sea Military Region. Yang Wucheng was still waiting, worried about Lin Kuang and his team. When he saw Lin Kuang and the Seal Special Team return, he finally let out a sigh of relief.

These kids... they’re finally back. Yang Wucheng muttered to himself as he walked out of his office to greet them.

"Is everyone all right?" Yang Wucheng asked with a smile, his eyes full of concern.

"Yes, nothing serious. Sun Lei, Li Liang, and Hu Yang just have so minor injuries," Lin Kuang replied with a smile.

Yang Wucheng nodded. "Zhang Tianyou, take those three to the dical room."

"Yes, Commander!" Zhang Tianyou acknowledged, leading the three injured n away.

"Is this one from the Yamaguchi-gumi?" Yang Wucheng asked, gesturing to the prisoner Lin Kuang was holding.

Lin Kuang smiled and nodded. "Yes. Heno Sumio of the Yamaguchi-gumi. Uncle Yang, I’ll need to borrow your interrogation room."

"Of course, go ahead," Yang Wucheng said with a smile, leading them inside.

After Heno Sumio was tied to a chair, he remained defiant, howling nonstop like a rabid dog. However, after a taste of Lin Kuang’s Bone-dislocating Hand technique, he confessed everything. From the interrogation, Lin Kuang learned that Heno Sumio was also a disciple of Miura Ken. He served a ’Master’ as well, but he didn’t know the Master’s true identity. They had co to East Sea under orders from the Island Country’s military.

With the full story clear, Lin Kuang got up to leave. There was nothing more for him to do; Yang Wucheng could handle the rest. After bidding farewell to Yang Wucheng, Lin Kuang drove straight ho.

By the ti Lin Kuang got ho, it was nearly one in the morning, and the won had all gone to bed. Seeing the quiet house, he went inside, headed upstairs, took a shower, and then made his way to Lin Guo’er’s room. The girl had teased him relentlessly during dinner, and now it was ti for him to get his revenge.

When Lin Kuang entered, Lin Guo’er, who was still awake, turned over.

"You jerk," she said indignantly. "I thought you weren’t coming."

Lin Kuang chuckled. "Why wouldn’t I? How else could I punish you?"

He slipped into the covers beside her with a mischievous grin. Lin Guo’er always slept in the nude, so when Lin Kuang slid in, their bodies imdiately pressed together. Feeling his fiery masculine presence, her body instantly went soft.

"My dear Guo’er," he whispered, "don’t even think about going to work tomorrow."

With that, Lin Kuang rolled over, pinning her beneath him. The sounds of their urgent panting soon filled the room.
