Chapter 109: Chapter 109 Early Morning with Younger Aunt’s Husband

Lin Kuang was no stranger to Ye Tiannan. Back at the Yang Family estate, Ye Tiannan had personally sought out Yang Ruotong, wanting her to be his woman. At the ti, Yang Ruotong disliked him, and Lin Kuang had stepped in on her behalf. Obviously, because Lin Kuang had intervened, Ye Tiannan now held a grudge and had sent people after him.

So it was this guy behind both attempts. Tsk tsk, and I was wondering who it could be. I’ve finally found the culprit. Lin Kuang thought.

"You can go. Just rember to move your cars out of the way," Lin Kuang said. He waved the Desert Eagle in his hand before turning and getting back into his vehicle.

Once he was back in the car, a sparkle of what seed to be admiration lit up the Witch’s large eyes.

Although Liu Shilin had witnessed Lin Kuang’s domineering side before, she was still startled that he had actually pulled out a gun. She didn’t say much, though.

Just then, the two cars blocking the road were driven away, and Lin Kuang drove off.

In no ti at all, the trio returned to Liu Shilin’s villa.

Perhaps because of the earlier incident, Liu Shilin just told Lin Kuang to get so rest before heading upstairs.

The Witch, however, sat on the sofa with her head bowed, not saying a word. Who knew what the girl was thinking.

Lin Kuang paid her no mind and went straight to his room, took off his clothes, and lay down on the bed. Just then, his phone buzzed. He glanced at it and saw a text ssage from Fan Bingbing. A small smile touched Lin Kuang’s lips as he chatted with her for a while before finally getting so rest.

「The next morning」

Lin Kuang woke up early, freshened up, and jogged to the small square.

Before long, Yang Ruoxi’s lovely figure appeared in his line of sight.

Yang Ruoxi, of course, saw him too. Apparently still upset about what had happened yesterday afternoon, she shot Lin Kuang a glare.

Lin Kuang simply chuckled in response.

Once Yang Ruoxi finished her Tai Chi, Lin Kuang shalessly sauntered over.

"Hey, Ruoxi," he greeted with a grin.

"Hmph, you jerk!" Yang Ruoxi snorted irritably.

"How can you say that? I’m a good person, you know," Lin Kuang said with a smile.

"Pah! If you’re a good person, then there are no bad people left in the world," she retorted.

"Ahem, don’t be like that," Lin Kuang said brazenly. He knew perfectly well why she was angry.

"Hmph, I can’t be bothered with you," Yang Ruoxi muttered, starting to walk away.

Lin Kuang wasn’t offended. He simply fell into step beside her, keeping up a stream of cheerful but aningless chatter. He kept up his incessant chatter until they reached the Yang Family’s villa.

"Little Uncle, good morning!" Xinxin called out, greeting Lin Kuang with a bright smile. Her big eyes blinked as if they were sharing a secret.

Hearing her, Lin Kuang grinned happily and swept the little girl into his arms. "Xinxin, you’re the cutest!" he declared, planting a kiss on her cheek.

Xinxin was quite familiar with Lin Kuang and giggled in his embrace, looking utterly adorable.

Standing to the side, however, Yang Ruoxi’s face flushed as she glared at the little girl. "Xinxin, if you dare spout nonsense again, just see how I deal with you tonight!"

"Little Uncle, Auntie is going to hit !" Xinxin pouted, looking aggrievedly toward Lin Kuang.

"Don’t worry, Xinxin. Your Little Uncle will protect you," Lin Kuang said with a grin, fully embracing the role. He was truly thick-skinned.

"You jerk! Your shalessness has reached the limits of humanity!" Yang Ruoxi seethed.

"Really? My skin feels pretty thin to ," Lin Kuang said innocently, touching his own cheek.

"Hmph!" Yang Ruoxi huffed loudly before turning and storming upstairs, as if she couldn’t be bothered to deal with him any longer.

"Hee hee, Little Uncle, you made Auntie run away!" Xinxin giggled, still draped over Lin Kuang.

"Don’t worry, Little Uncle will coax her into a good mood," Lin Kuang said with a laugh as he set her down.

At that mont, Yang Ruotong ca downstairs dressed in comfortable loungewear, her gaze landing right on Lin Kuang. As their eyes t, her pretty face blushed for no reason, her heart filled with an undeniable shyness.

Lin Kuang gave an awkward smile. Recalling the scene he had witnessed in the bathroom earlier, his heart couldn’t help but stir.

"Lin Kuang, you’re here," Yang Ruotong said with a smile, despite her embarrassnt.

"Yeah. Morning, Sister Tong. You look really beautiful today," Lin Kuang couldn’t stop himself from saying as he looked at her captivating face.

Hearing his complint, Yang Ruotong’s face grew redder. She couldn’t help but roll her eyes at him, a gesture reminiscent of a lover’s playful pouting. The sight moved Lin Kuang so much that he wished he could pull the mature woman into his arms, but he didn’t dare.

"Ahem, Sister Tong, I’ll head upstairs now. I’ll let you get back to what you were doing," Lin Kuang said sowhat awkwardly before brushing past her.

For so reason, as Lin Kuang walked away, Yang Ruotong felt an unexpected pang of reluctance in her heart, a feeling that frightened her.

"Mommy, do you like Little Uncle too?" Xinxin asked curiously, having toddled over.

Hearing her daughter’s words, Yang Ruotong’s charming face instantly turned crimson with shyness.

"You silly girl, don’t say such things!" she said irritably, patting Xinxin’s head.

Inwardly, however, she asked herself the sa question. Had she really developed an interest in that sowhat domineering, sowhat arrogant man? It was a question to which even she didn’t know the answer.

By this ti, Lin Kuang had already reached Yang Ruoxi’s room.

Looking at her pretty face, still etched with a hint of anger, Lin Kuang chuckled. "Beautiful, please have a seat."

"Sit? Sit my foot! You jerk, aren’t we going to settle the score from yesterday?" Yang Ruoxi said fiercely, her cheeks reddening slightly.

"Uh, what score? Did sothing happen yesterday?" Lin Kuang tilted his head, his face a picture of pure confusion.

Seeing this, Yang Ruoxi was so frustrated she stomped her foot. "You jerk!" She swung her delicate fists and pounded on Lin Kuang’s chest a couple of tis, venting her frustration.

"Ah! Ah! That hurts!"

Instantly, Lin Kuang’s face flushed red. He doubled over, his expression a mask of pure agony, as if he were in extre pain.

Yang Ruoxi froze, completely dumbfounded.

"You... you’re faking it! I didn’t even hit you that hard," she stamred.

At that mont, Lin Kuang collapsed onto the bed. His face trembled, one hand clutching the bedsheet tightly while the other pressed against his chest. His expression was one of extre pain, and it didn’t look like he was faking it.
