Leon had to use Transfer many tis before he could get close enough to the castle to the point where he could touch its walls. The building was massive. It was ten kiloters tall and forty kiloters long and wide. The material was just regular earth, and it looked like it had been made by the sa woman who talked with Leon.
"I wonder how many years it would take to build sothing like this with my current status," Leon rubbed his chin. "Rather, why build sothing so massive? Just to show off or level up her skills? I guess it is probably the second option... I did sothing similar, creating the spear that killed the galactic snake, and I received a lot of points."
There were no windows on that building, but it had four massive entrances that were being used only by the elentals. As expected, they were leaving in groups of fifteen and walking toward very specific locations... they were going toward several purple crystals.
Leon entered the building, and this ti the elentals ignored him. Despite the lack of windows, the interior of the castle was well illuminated by candles made of mithril... it was quite an inefficient way to use mithril, but thanks to the numbers, Leon found the way to the center of the building. It was weird, but the whole castle had only one room... the woman created four walls and a ceiling and then decided to call it that a castle just because it was big.
Leon found the woman sitting cross-legged right in the middle of that massive room. She was a redhead... it was the only thing Leon could see since her hair was so long that covered her whole face and most of her body. Leon could see so parts of her clothes, but those beca brown thanks to the dusty, and Leon couldn't recognize if she was wearing a dress or sothing else thanks to it. It looked like she stayed in that position for a very long ti...
"Oh, you really ca," The woman said. "Guess you aren't a coward, after all, a coward wouldn't choose the path you are following. My na is Ilyana Daeyarus. You can call Ilyana."
"My na is Leon... nice to et you." Leon hesitated for a second but decided to greet the weird woman.
"Well, Leon... how about we make things fair for both of us?" Ilyana asked. "You can ask a question, and then I will answer whatever you ask. After that, I will ask a question, and you will answer with the best of your ability. How about that?"
"I guess it is fine..." Leon said.
"Well, then, let's start," Ilyana said. "You can sit down; I don't think this conversation will end anyti soon."
"All right..." Leon sat down but decided not to relax too much. "Do you know how to use Teleport?"
"Yes, but to think that you would start asking such a thing..." Ilyana frowned... at least it looked like she frowned, it was impossible to know since her hair was covering her face. "For soone who only experienced the system for more than a decade, you certainly are quite hasty."
Things were getting weird again, Leon already knew that Ilyana could read minds, but he couldn't imagine how she discovered that, given that Leon didn't think about that.
"Don't make such a face," Ilyana said. "First, you have to learn that every spell, skill or passive skill can be countered. There is no power that is absolute for creatures like us. The appraisal is very useful and all, but it has its limits. The improved version of Appraisal is much more useful. I can even see your age, date of birth, and the planet you co from."
"That is..." Leon frowned.
Terrifying, to say the least... it was like the universe had the register of every single living being, and that skill granted Ilyana such knowledge. That being said, Leon didn't know how such knowledge could be used during a fight.
"Well, it is my turn now," Ilyana said. "You got transported to another world, right? How many tis and by who?"
"You asked three things..." Leon said. "Yes, I was summoned by a lizard man once and by a shadowy figure that I couldn't see another ti. The second teleported to the insides of a massive monster."
"I see... I know them," Ilyana nodded. "I never t them, though. Well, you can ask three questions."
"How do I learn teleportation? Can you teach how to summon creatures?" Leon asked. "And lastly... why did you call ?"
"You are not ready to learn teleportation," Ilyana said. "You have to have at least ten thousand points in intelligence to control it effectively. Not only that, but you also have to understand the principles of dark magic. I can teach you how to summon basic creatures like golems, to summon sothing else, you will have to study for months, maybe years. And I called you because I want to ask you where you t them."
As expected, to learn certain skills or spells, minimum attributes were necessary. Perhaps that woman could see that by using the skill she used to counter Leon's Mind Armor. Regardless, Leon obtained so valuable information, but he could obtain, even more, he just has to be a bit patient.
"There is a planet called Miebos. I found a dungeon that spawned liches, and that was connected to the world of the shadowy figure," Leon answered. "As for the lizard man, he did so things here and there on Earth, but a long ti has passed since then. I only saw him once on Miebos, too."
