The others went to hide in a nearby grove and waited for Karina to bring so intel while they looked around and heard so signs of battles. While they had seen pretty of people that didn't look like humans, it was the first ti that they saw an Ogre commanding an army of skeleton warriors. The combination was weird, if anything…
Regardless, they couldn't see the enemy's paraters, but they could tell that he was pretty strong. On the other side, they found a cloaked figure summoning mummies… they already could tell that fighting either of them would be bad news. Not to ntion, they had a hard ti fighting the mummies before, not so much since Frederick helped them. Still, they didn't do well against debuff casters.
"It isn't good. The area around is filled with troubleso enemies. Three of them are flying enemies," Karina said when she returned after a couple of minutes. "They are pretty close to each other, so they will tell if I manage to ambush them."
"That will raise their guard, huh…" Lana said. "Louise can probably use their debuffs to enhance her mana and even cancel them, but hitting them back will be difficult. Moreover, we won't be able to attack them often, even if we defeat one."
"That is right, but we can't exactly waste too much ti choosing our targets," Louise said. "We should investigate three other areas and then select the less difficult enemies that we will find in those."
The others nodded and prepared to move. It would be better if they find their targets before they waste too much energy and resources moving around, after all. Although they never said that out loud, they were also a bit guilty for wasting those ten days without doing anything while Jake had to deal with the guilds trying to capture him. He wasn't exactly the most sociable of the people they knew, but he helped them when he had the chance and didn't ask anything in exchange. Between the few seconds, the frozen Salamanders spawned, Jake managed to take a few naps and clear his mind. While resting like that. He was able to use his dark flas and Master Thief to so extent. Thanks to that, his recovery was steadily increasing again.
"I know what I will do…" Jake said while smirking. "I will wait here for a couple of hours while increasing my recovery. After that, I will defeat the dungeon boss. After that, I will attack the core and cause a dungeon break. That will be my revenge against those fucking trolls, and that also will make my pursuers waste so ti here. I am so devious."
Jake wondered if that kind of thing ca from him or from the mories of king Judas… It sure was annoying that even in two different universes, there were people who used that na to annoy him. He wondered if that guy changed his na as well, and things still stayed like that.
Regardless, when night fell, the temperature dropped again, but this ti, Jake managed to withstand it. Around that ti as well, the wolves also finished their al. It was kind of scary how strong they could beco just by eating.

"Spiritual Recovery doesn't work when the summons does the fighting, so I guess the only downside of being a summoner is that they would need to have a shit ton of recovery or use many potions." Jake thought.
Since Jake decided to wait until morning before challenging the boss, his recovery reached the two thousand mark. Now he could summon a crystal wolf once every five minutes. It wasn't the best way to asure his progress, but it was probably the most efficient one when it ca to offense. When it cos to defense, he could recover all of his health in less than ten minutes.
When morning ca, Jake stretched his body. Although he didn't sleep for long periods of ti, the naps sure helped him.
"You guys will stay behind since I want to fight the boss alone," Jake declared to his wolves. "Still, to avoid unpleasant surprises, I guess you all should stay inside the dungeon and attack the enemies together if they show up."
Jake was a bit bothered by the fact that other trolls didn't co for his head. While they started the fight, it was clear that he had killed several of their allies. Unless those fifteen were the strongest in that city, they wouldn't have any reason to leave him alone.
"Well, now, I managed to defeat the small fries with an ax, but it might be troubleso to fight the boss with this kind of weapon," Jake thought. "I need a new weapon… One that will make my enemies tremble with the idea of stealing it..."
