Getting on the long line of people and carriages, Noah waited , until it was his turn.
Unlike Mariwa, Vonol had a small building attached to it's wall, right before the massive tal gate of equal height with the wall.
"Show your ID".A burly middle aged man, who had bored expression like he had said those lines uncountable tis.
"I don't have one " Noah replied with his eyebrows arched. Honestly he didn't know there was such a thing as an ID in this world.
Glancing at Noah's figure for a second, a look of surprise appeared on the man's face before going back to his bored expression.
"Step out of the line, and enter that place an IDwill be made for you" The man said pointing at the small building attached to the wall, it had only a small window.
Doing exactly as he was told , Noah stepped out of the line, and moved to enter the building.
Imdiately he got in front of the tal door, it opened as though it was automatic.
Raising his eyebrow at this detail, Noah was surprised that such a thing actually existed, though it was probably achieved through Mana.
Stepping inside the building, Noah's eyes widened in surprise, the space inside the building was at least 10 tis as what was shown on the outside.
He had felt so fluctuations now that he thought about it. " Dayum!" was all he could mutter.
Inspecting the buildings Insides, Noah noticed the Mana light bulbs that lit up the room. The sll of fresh paper lingering in the air, and the different compartnts filled with people that the place had, though he could not see everything from where he was.
During his inspection , a man walked up to Noah and stood directly in front of him, the man inspected Noah, and raised an eyebrow when he saw his face. Noah inspected the man too.
The man looked to be in his early fourties, he wore what in earth one would call a black tuxedo and black shoes, though both looked cheap, Noah didn't care about that.
Then Noah decided to inspect his power.

Noah was pleasantly surprised, the man; Nelson was at the cusp of tier 2, and the system recognized him as soone strong.
During the inspection , Nelson opened his mouth to talk " First ti in a place like this?".
"Is it that obvious?" Noah replied with a helpless smile.
"Yes it was. I saw you all the way from the other side of the room, though it's normal, spaces that have been stretched are hard to find, even I had the exact sa look when I first got here" Nelson explained with a short laugh at the ending.
Noah simply faked a smile ,before introducing himself, " I am Noah, nice to et you sir".
Nelson smile's and introduced himself " I am 'Nelson Bellion' ,I work for the 'Identification Bureau', our work is to identify every citizen of our great nation".
Nelson said offering a hand shake ,which Noah promptly shook.
And imdiately Noah shook his hand, a heavy pressure landed on his body. He shot a surprised glance at Nelson, figuring out what he wanted do ,Noah smiled and unfolded his own aura.
Nelsons expression changed to that of surprise, as a wide smile grew on his face when he saw that Noah could withstand his aura.
After a minute or so, their aura fight had begun to attract attention from the other staffs, who looked at Nelson and sighed , shaking their heads, this was probably a normal occurance.
Nelson let go of Noah's hand and he said in a surprised tone , " You are a tier 2?" He said more of a surprised statent than a question.
"And a strong and very young one at that" Nelson added.
Noah limited himself to a shrug, actually he had barely been able to stand, Nelson was at the cusp of tier 2 almost spilling over to the next tier, anymore than that ,and he would be on his knees.
Then he said "I was told I would get an ID if I entered this building".
Going straight to the point ,Noah liked to have fun, but he was still too excited to play around, he wanted to see the city, since he couldn't due to the gates being closed.
"Oh yes follow " Nelson replied directing Noah to follow him.
As they walked pass the other staffs, Noah couldn't help but admire the scene of people doing paper work with pure seriousness, he almost missed that type of life.
'Almost'.
Stopping at a compartnt that had a desk and two chairs, Nelson sat on the chair facing the desk directly, and asked Noah to sit in the other one.
On the table there were weird looking things that Noah had never seen before, there was a strange Yellow box that had a blue gem planted in the middle, there was also a thing that looked like a cup holder only that there were lines made of Mana that ran down the object then disappeared inside the desk, apart from that the rest were paper files,a pen that had a blue glow ,and so other stuff
"Please place your palm here, and inject Mana into it." Nelson said pointing at the Yellow box with a blue gem.
Doing as he was told ,Noah injected Mana into the gem, and it lit up projecting an illusory 'Tier 2' into the air.
Nelson nodded at that, and said in a surprised tone " You are at the lower stage of tier 2 and you withstood the pressure of my aura ?".
Noah looked at him confused " How do you know all that detail" He asked.
Nelson glanced at him before saying "when a person injects Mana into power scales, we get their mana signature and their tier. The brighter the light the higher the stage they are in."
"Though this one can only read up to tier 3, anymore and it would explode" Nelson added.
Nodding his head, Noah wondered why Gerald had not told him about this, it was either because he didn't know they existed ,or he simply did not want ruin his surprise.
"Co with please" Nelson stood up directing Noah to follow him. They walked to a room that had a big rectangular ,crystal though not as big as the one in Mariwa.
" Place your hand on it to check your affinity" Nelson explained.
" But i already know my affinity" Noah said .
" You may already know ,but protocol says you have to do it ,to complete your identification." Nelson explained.
"Ohh" Noah replied.
Placing his right palm on the big rectangular crystal. Noah watched as the crystal shone with white radiance until two colours 'Ash' and 'Green' beca dominant.
Noah thought the sa thing that happened in Mariwa would repeat itself ,but ,the man was right ,until he was tier 4.
"Double affinities!!" Nelson shouted with wide eyes.
"Li...li.. lightning !" He stuttered , looking at Noah like he was a monster.
"I need to inform the bureau ,we must not lose an opportunity like this" Nelson muttered to himself.
At this sight, Noah cleared his throat, snapping Nelson out of his monologue.
" Ah, I'm sorry, um follow ".Nelson said.
He directed Noah to a waiting room ,where Noah sat for about half an hour. Before Nelson returned.
"Sorry for the wait, have your ID" Nelson said handing a blue scroll over to him.
Noah collected it , looking at the strange scroll, before Nelson told him to imprint it with Mana.
Imdiately he did that, the scroll shrunk, until it was as small and solid like an iD card on earth, though unlike earths ID card ,this one radiated Noah's Mana signature.
"When you reach new tiers, visit any adventurers guild and they will update it for you" Nelson explained.
Nodding his head and thanking him ,Noah was about to leave when Nelson talked " Um what do you think about working for the 'Identification' 'Bureau'," Nelson said with expectation in his eyes ' If I can recruit him I would be promoted imdiately' Nelson said in his mind.
" Ahh, I am sorry, but I will have to refuse" Noah said politely.
At this Nelson turned desperate " They pay a lot, and with your affinity you will probably be put in a good position, and don't worry if you like to fight or explore ,we have a departnt like that." Nelson said in the tine of soone trying to advertise a product.
Noah nodded his head with a look of disinterest before saying "I already have an offer from a guild " .
Nelson raised his eyebrow before he asked in a mocking tone " Which guild?".
"Divine Lightning" Noah stated with the sa tone one used when talking about the weather.
"All those guil..., Sorry what? !!!" Nelson asked In astonishnt.
"Divine Lightning? ,you an one of the great guilds?" He asked again with wide eyes.
" Yes". Noah replied and began to walk away, This man was already taking too much of his ti.
He exited the building and, walked up to the man at the gate.
The man recognized him and said the sa sentence he said earlier " Show your ID?".
Giving the man his ID, Noah watched as the man's face went from boredom to wide eye surprised.
Looking at Noah with tinge of jealousy and respect, the man returned Noah's ID Before saying in his bored tone.
"Welco to Vonol, you may enter" He said pointing at the already opening gate.
Storing his ID inside his inventory, Noah nodded his head with a smile, proceeding to enter.

Unbeknownst to Noah, imdiately he had exited the building, Nelson's eyes lost their lustre ,then a purple rune flashed in them, before they went back to normal.
